The hotel is right in the middle of Paris and the Metro is close by so walking or catching a train is very easy.

this hotel is fantastic!!! clean and specious lobby are just the beginning. helpful and friendly are just what you need to kick off a great holiday. highly recommended to try out room services, the foods were amazing. finally you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this exceptional hotel!!!

Great hotel in a great neighborhood”

It was a great hotel in a great location--right across from the Louvre--but the rooms are tiny. Still, the hotel was excellent and would go back. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly.

There is building work going on beware if travelling week days from 8am they start. rooms are small. I would expect larger towels to given in 5 start hotel.

Boutique Small Hotel”

If you like St. Germain area and wanna stay away from all the restaurants & bars but in walking distance, this is your choice. Four stars small boutique hotel, friendly staff. Five star hotel prices may cause you to expect too high. It is a small and quiet hotel. Room furnishing has much room to be improved, but bed and bathroom is good enough. Supermarket is closed on weekends. You may have to walk a bit to find any grocery stores.

Beautiful!”

We stayed here back in 2019, and whole browsing my bookings history I had realised that I didn't post a review that it deserved! The hotel is a stunning boutique hotel. It was a surprise booking for my 2 year old and hubby! Upon arrival, we were greeted so beautifully and were given a STUNNING room with views if the Eiffel Tower! Can it get anymore beautiful that that? Well yes! Arriving at night to our turn down room, we were greeting with a beautifully made bed and slippers by the bed/chocolate and perfect mood lighting :) The hotel itself was very clean as were the rooms which is a huge plus from me as I get very uncomfortable if the room is dirty ( especially for the price you pay per night 😄 ) The staff were very accommodating and the room service is a must! The lift is very very tiny, so if you have a pram ( as we did travelling with a 2 year old ) you cannot fit it in, but that's ok, the reception staff mind it in their room which is a huge bonus :) The Rosè here is a must! Such a beautiful wine! The breakfast was beautiful also. Highly recommend :)

五つ星ということで期待していましたが、客室も接客も特に五つ星とは思えませんでした。また、Wifiも速度が遅く、あまり使えませんでした。ロケーションだけがメリットのホテルです。

6星級的服務”

飯店的服務人員都很棒，飯店也很乾淨清爽，走路不到3分鐘就可抵達地鐵站，咖啡館和超市也是5分鐘可以走到，而且有免費的wifi可以使用，從房間窗戶往外看可以看到巴黎鐵塔（不過我的房間是在7樓），7樓以下可能看的不是很整體！整體來說就是讚，下次montalembert還是我的第一首選！

不愧為5星級的飯店，歐舒丹的盥洗用品，evian的礦泉水，每天都有驚喜的小禮物！很可愛的服務生，很可愛的電梯，速度超快的免費wifi，讓我住的非常開心與安心，即使到了check out那天都可以寄放行李到你想要的時間，讓我最後一天也可以輕鬆且放心的逛街，還貼心的替你叫車可到你想要的時間，這飯店真的很棒，法國人也很棒！

위치가 좋고 친절한 호텔”

위치가 좋고 매우 친절합니다. 객실이 좁긴하지만 깔끔하며 록시땅으로 모든 용품이 갖춰져 있습니다. 오르쉐 루브르 콩코드 광장등을 걸어서 갈 수 있구요. 호텔이 전체적으로 좀 작아서 답답한 느낌은 듭니다.

Room was not ready after 3pm though the checkin time is 3pm. Aircon not functioning. No hot water for shower. Staff suggested to go to my son’s room to shower while waiting for them to fix on the next day. Terrible experience.
