The breakfast buffet is great and delicious. The location is good, very close to Tenjin station. The room is not spacious to put 3 lugguages. If you feel too hot inside the room, please turn off the air-conditioner and turn on the dehumidifier, as it is very cold and dry in Winter.

-711 convenience store is right next to the hotel -5 mins walk to center Tenjin -20 mins walk to Nakasu Kawabata where you can enjoy “Yatai” (Japanese traditional night market) -Subway station is 2 min walk -You’ll find lots of restaurants nearby -Room is very tiny if you have a big suitcase but if you have a small backpack like me, you won’t struggle much inside the room. -Overall rating I recommend this hotel to whoever care about the location.

Nice Hotel North of Tenjin District ”
The hotel has a classy feel to it, and the rooms are small but well equipped. I had a very comfortable sleep. I appreciated the fact that there's no carpet, so house dust is not an issue. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Recommended!

・1階と周辺にはコンビニエンスストアがある ・地下鉄も西鉄も繁華街にもアクセスがよい ・バスルームがはやや生乾き臭がしたけどシャワーカーテンもタオルも清潔 ・バスルームに引出し式の物干し用ロープが設置されている ・バスタブは深めでシャワーの水圧は強め（8階） ・Wi-Fiはもちろん持ち出し可能のレンタルスマートフォンがある 結構古いホテルのはずだけど館内も部屋も清潔官があり、スタッフの対応も品がある感じ。 拠点として過ごすのにロケーションも設備も便利だし部屋も快適でした。 食事は利用していないのでわかりません。 ・ There is a convenience store on the first floor and around the hotel ・ Good access to the subway, Nishitetsu and downtown from the hotel ・ The bathroom smelled a little but the shower curtain and towels were clean ・ A drawer-type laundry rope is installed in the bathroom. ・ The bathtub is deep and the water pressure of the shower is strong (8th floor) ・ Wi-Fi is available and there is one rental smartphone that can be taken out of the room We thought that it was quite old hotel, but the hall and the rooms were clean and the staff were kind and elegant. The location and facilities were convenient for this hotel to be used as a tourist base, and the rooms were comfortable. I do not know about meals because I do not use it.

Great location but Air-con problem”
Close to Tenjin subway. The air-condition can't set to cool mode (have only heater). The staff can only help by open the window and there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast is good but close too early (7:00-9:00)

Other than the location was quite far from the bus or subway station and the city center. Also there was no staff who could speak English when I was staying. It was not a big deal but yeah.

Functional and Convenient ”
The Pros: 1. Good Location. Heart of Tenjin a steps away. Metro station near. 7-11 on side of hotel. 2. Comfortable bed and Comforter. 3. Fairly standard Japanese breakfast offering. 4. Cute Art Deco theme. 5. Two Yatai’s right across the hotel. Cons: 1. Room is smaller than what we experienced in Japan, especially if you sleep three. No space for suitcases. 2. We stayed in Winter and the hotel runs centralized hearing. Take note. We found the room to be very stuffy and wanted circulation but cannot change any settings on ventilation because it’s fixed. We asked to have the window open. This helped but now we had to deal with the street noise. This is Tenjin so it isn’t quiet. I was contemplating checking out early and asking for refund, but we stayed instead and bought ear plugs at the local drug store.

Central Hotel in Daimyo”
Hotel is in a great location, which makes Tenjin is walkable. There is a 7-11 on the Ground floor and it is less than 30mins to the airport via taxi. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location, good breakfast”
Excellently located in the Tenjin area, breakfast had a good wide variety. Rooms are a bit more spacious compared to other similar accommodations in the area. Wish they had a fitness centre/gym for times you want to work up a sweat.
