We stayed in the Vivaldi building. The location is great. The room was big and clean. Also great breakfast. Staff was very kindly.
Great hotel and Excellent location”
warm welcome on arrival. extremely helpful suggesting various restaurants. excellent location near piazza popolo. good quality shops near by. organised on time a taxi to the airport and driver very helpful.
it's a gem!”
We have stayed at the Mozart many times over the past years. I recommend it to many people who are looking for value and location. For that it cannot be beat. It is very well located for walking , shopping and sight seeing. It does not have certain luxury amenities that you may find in more expensive hotels but the staff is helpful, the breakfast adequate and there is a beautiful terrace for reading, dining or a drink that many hotels in its class do not have. There is also a comfortable sitting room for lounging or working. I will continue to always stay at the Mozart!
Nice hotel, not all friendly ”
The hotel is very clean and gives a great “Italian” vacation feel. However, the staff was not all friendly, only the guy who brought the bags to our room was kind. Overall, good hotel and location amazing
Well Located on the main Tourist/Shopping road (Via Del Corso) with lots of restaurants around it. Excellent breakfast, clean refurbished hotel in the traditional style. Shame my hair scissors disappeared while staying there.
It was not to clean there were insects and spiders”
The beds were comfortable the washroom was big.The food was very good and the staff was really nice and helpful. I loved it
Loved the hotel location and rooftop bar”
Stayed for 3 nights in the Vivaldi Suites - a few doors away from the main hotel. Don't worry if you get put in theses suites as they are perfectly fine. We didn't have any view to speak of but I had asked for a quiet room, so the view was overlooking other windows at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and had good quality bedding. It also had a nice modern bathroom with a great shower. We loved the location on Via Del Corso, as it meant we could shop and return our purchases to the room then head out again. The breakfast room was very airy and pleasant and had a nice selection. We went to the rooftop restaurant the first night and it was lovely to sit outside as the weather was warm and pleasant, although it was a bit chilly later in the evening and I need a jacket The food was okay but we had better when eating out. But it was great to come back from a long day walking about and just sit with a glass of wine on the terrace. The staff were mostly very accommodating.
Hotel Mozart - very helpful staff, great location, spotlessly clean with great decor”
Stayed here in March for a few days. Would love to return in the warmer months to take advantage of the roof terrace!. Breakfast was terrific with plenty of choice. Room was nicely decorated with tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were very professional and helpful. All in all a very enjoyable stay in the eternal city!
Excellent location ”
You are literally smack bang in the middle of everything and it's a perfect starting point for some walking sightseeing around town! The shower in our room was so tiny that u couldn't bend, otherwise good room! Breakfast was good - coffee not so good!
We stayed in a superior double for 4 nights in September. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and suitable for tall people (at least for 6`2). The breakfast was also great. The location was pretty good, only blocks from the Spanish steps and Piazza Popolo, and everything else was you would want to see was within walking distance, including the Vatican, which was less than a 30 minute walk. Unfortunately, the power went out twice and the wifi was spotty at best in the room. We also found the toilet quite frustrating - you had to flush, then wait a few minutes while the tank filled up and then pull on the button to stop the water from running, which was incredibly frustrating in the middle of the night. That said, the staff was very helpful. They helped us reserve a private transfer to the airport very early in the morning. Due to a marathon, the private car was delayed so they made arrangements for a taxi to be ready when we got downstairs to check out (we didn`t even know there was a problem yet) and we even saved a few euros.
Great location near the Spanish steps”
Room was very noisy as it looked out onto the street but was good value for the price we paid & was a great central location near the Spanish Steps. Room was small but clean. Breakfasts had exceptional choice & quality. Nice roof garden.
Small Hotel in the middle of Rome city.”
Hotel is in great location. Close to the shopping areas, which is very lively with street artists and buskers and to sightseeing spots. Spanish steps is about 10 mins walk. As the hotel rooms were small, they offered a rooms in Vivaldi luxury rooms in the annex building as we needed more space. I was absolutely surprised by the gesture and I really appreciate the change. The Vivaldi rooms are away from the main hotel but the rooms were absolutely fabulous.
Great boutique hotel next to Spanish steps”
Good breakfast, great shopping district, good toiletries, left luggage faculity, nice roof top restaurant in summers, taxi reaches the hotel for airport, very cute living room on first floor to sit , relax, read or use computer etc.. a wonderful gelateria next door , piazza popolo and via del corso close by , Spanish steps v close .. but room and bathrooms were v small
Location, location, location”
Our group was 5 older guys and the hotel moved 2 around the corner to their superior Vivaldi Rooms, after having no twin bedded room in the hotel. The Mozart was sold out during our stay. Very central location in a major street in the centre if Rome. A 20 minute leisurely walk to the Vatican along the side of the Tiber, or a stroll along the Main Street, passed the shops, to Piazza Venezia. The room was clean and always well maintained by the housemaid service. But the shower was so tiny and not what I would wish for comfort; I like to be able to turn and move!!!! The only real let down in a hotel that is still value for money, all things considered.
People are very nice here. I arrive Rome very late and cannot find the hotel, staff here are very nice and come to pick me up, and the way to the room is very narrow, but it's a suprise when I arrive the room.
Too many stairs to Shower facility very small and very inconvenientaccess rooms and breakfast Severe lack of hand rails and grab bars. Dangerous for the elderly and the disabled Room not cleaned till late afternoon..
Super location Very clean and neat crisp and fresh linen. ”
Excellent location Walking distance to just about every tourist spot Trevi Spanish steps piazza poppolo Venezia etc Great shopping lovely sidewalk restaurants close by Room was very small size Just enough for two So was the bed
Good LOCATION and STAFF”
The room is small, but has all things I need. Hotel Mozart is one of the best hotels I lived in Italy. If I come to Rome again, I will still live here. Thanks~!
Perfect location. All the sights within walking distance. The rooms are huge and clean. Will recommend to friends.
No lift and very small rooms”
Location ok but not comfortable. No normal quilt. Blankets with sheet. Steps small and very uncomfortable. Not recommended for couples and seniors. Breakfast below standard
