Feel so lucky to come across this hotel on Agoda. Have no regrets booking it. It is a relatively new hotel, so the interiors feel fresh and bright. Breakfast was awesome, and if you happen to be a vegetarian, the cook would specially prepare a vegetarian meal for you. Trust that you would be able to get a good night's rest after each day of tour.

Despite the small room, the hotel has everything to offer except disappointment. Friendly staff, good breakfast and more-than-enough facilities. Definitely will on my to-consider list if I visit Zhongli district again.

Very clean room with good breakfast”
Stayed there for a night with my child, the room is a little small but very clean. Did not hear much noise from the corridor. Breakfast choices not very impreesive but overall the quality is good. We had a good night sleep n will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is near to the train station and the hotel staff is very attentive and professional with a nice attitude, the room is not too big but with everything you need and the TV is loaded with a lot of movies for you to watch, the water pressure is high and you can enjoy the rain shower type of bath here. Breakfast is also nice

The hotel is very clean. The staffs were all courteous and concern for our safety. One staff check our taxi to make sure we did not leave anything. Another hotel staff offered to prepre us a packed meal upon learning that our flight was so early. I salute them for their efficiency and good manners. Dedication for their job is admirable. Keep it up. And another great thing is they offer free laundry with free detergent and fabric softener...a thoughtful deed.

I had a great stay at Hotel Mu, The rooms are compact, but quiet and very clean with everything you need. The hotel restaurant is good. For dinner or late night meals there are great local restaurants around. There is a fantastic local fast food restaurant just a few steps away that is open all night. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I got there at about 11pm at night and I was amazed that there were still so many staff there to greet me and help. I stayed here as a one night stopover during an Airport transit. I found I could get to the hotel from the Airport to the Hotel by bus in about 45 minutes for only NT$48 (around US$2). 1. After passing through the immigration and customs at the airport arrivals hall, go to where the Bus signs lead. There will also be signs saying bus to Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR). 2. Go to the UBUS ticket window and buy a NT$30 ticket for bus 705 to the Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) Taoyuan Station. Intervals: 5 - 20 mins. Trip length: 25 minutes. Buses run from 0615-2245. So if you get there after 10:45pm you will have to take a Taxi to the hotel (or you can take the taxi to the THSR and then take a Taxi to the hotel which will be cheaper). 3. After arriving at the Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) Taoyuan Station just get off the bus and walk a few feet towards the right at the same bus bay until you see the sign and bus number 170. (all the buses are at Platform 1, Gate 5 of HSR Taoyuan Station) Bus 170 costs only NT$18 to go to the Zhonli Bus Station. Pay the driver and it is best to have exact change. Operation Hours From THSR Taoyuan Station: 07:00 – 23:45 From Zhongli Bus Station: 06:20 – 23:05 Trip Length 20 minutes 4. Exit bus 170 at Zhongli train station (the last stop), walk along Zhongzheng Rd. for 750 m (about 8 min), turn left to Zhongyuan Rd., then turn left again on Bo’ai 3rd Rd., and you will find Hotel MU on your left side. (Takes approximately 10 minutes)

The best ever 4-Star hotel”
We stayed here for 5 nights on 2/3/2015, I've been travelling a lot and this was my first stay in Taoyuan city,it was the best ever 4-star hotel I've ever stayed i can said. The 1st day i step into this hotel i can feel the comfort, pleasant and kindness from the ground staff till the last day we left. Even they have only 2-3 staff on duty everyday, we were well taken care by in every details. They were so helpful, carry smiles and greeting every minute you pass them. I was given a free upgrade, and this boutique hotel is brand new in Taoyuan, 5-10 minutes to Zhongli night market and 5-10 minutes to the nearest station. Around the hotel there are lots of eateries, shops and convenient store. They also provide self free laundry service at the roof top and coffee machine at the lobby. We really enjoy our stayed in Hotel Mu and for sure will be back again whenever I'll be in Taoyuan.

Excellent Price, Excellent Time ”
I would recommend Hotel Mu to anyone visiting Taoyuan. You can tell it is a newer hotel, which is a plus. The rooms were very clean upon arrival, and they had all the bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo, tooth brushes, and cotton swabs. The only downside is that the rooms are small. We only stayed one night at this hotel, so for the short time there, the room size wasn't a problem. We didn't get to check out the breakfast/ cafe area, but when we arrived, we were even given a coupon for the cafe for 100 NT off of anything there. The hotel staff was very polite and nice to us. They made us feel welcomed, and when they saw the taxi drive up, they came out to greet us and help us with our bags. They also happily arranged taxis for us and spoke very good english with us. Overall, I recommend Hotel Mu for your next stay in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
