Great affordable stay in Ginza!”
We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It was well located in Ginza and quiet enough while being close to the happening areas. We very much enjoyed the provided amenities such as toiletries and the super informative tablet with local tourist information. One complaint is that there was hair on the bathroom floor upon first arriving. Coming from the US, this isn't a big deal as our standards are not as high as Japan's, but definitely notable as we've experienced high levels of cleanliness at all other stays in Japan. We read on many occasions that Shinjuku and Shibuya were the more fun/ better place to stay, but we actually really enjoyed retreating to Ginza as it felt slower paced (ha!) for the Tokyo region and quieter. There were some *great* food options (cheap and more expensive) close by which was also a win for us. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back if we're in Ginza again!

nice small business hotel around Ginza”
Room was small but doesnt feel cramped. compact is the right word. i love how toilet & shower are in seperate room. also wash basin next to work desk arent that strange. Woody accent on the room gave it a nice homey touch, love it. Location is superb. Don Quijote is just at the end of the alley. 7eleven downstairs if you need to withdraw money from atm and two other convenient stores around. It's on a quieter side of Ginza but the main road with shops like UNIQLO is just a short walk away. The hotel's surrounded by 3 train stations: Shimbashi, Ginza and Higashi-Ginza. None of it was particularly that close to the hotel, but it is convenient if you want to get around Tokyo using train or subway. The area has many other hotels around that provide limousine bus to the airports so it is a plus. It only costs 930yen, the bus has wifi and it only took 30mins to Haneda. A lot more convenient than riding the train.

mdm. Kok Y. L.”
It is a very convenient locaton to walk & shop & dine around the GINZA area. The subway or JR lines are easy to find around this hotel. The hotel cleaness is good. The Airport Limousine bus drop off is at MITUSI GARDEN PREMIER HOTEL AND WE TOOK IT from Airport when we arrive and walk with our luggages to this hotel Musse Ginza but the timing to take the Airport Limousine bus from Hotel Musse/Mitsui Garden Premier Hotel Ginza is not suitable for us becuase our flight was very early . So we have to make our own transport arrangement to the airport from Hotel Musse and the staff was very helpful to give us suggestions. This Hotel Musse Ginza has baggages storage which is excellent because we go to Hakone for Onzen and return back to stay again at this hotel. Very good this hotel. Excellent location, convenient to move around to other parts of Tokyo becuase of Ginza Station, Higashi Ginza station and Shinshibashi station. Easy to walk to Mitshukoshi Department Store.

Recommend very much”
The hotel has a good location in the area of Ginza, near to the Higashi-Ginza Station, where there are trains directly going to Haneda Airport. And it is convenient to go shopping in Ginza. There are three kinds of Convenience Store downstairs. The hotel hasn't opened up for long, so the facilities are very new. The room is bigger than many others in Tokyo business zone and has separate washing sink, toilet and bathroom, which is rare in Tokyo central hotels. We really had a good experience in this hotel.

Brand new hotel in Ginza.”
Everything was new and fresh. Room was good sized for Tokyo - great for the price. Although some luggage and clothes storage would be nice, so I could have used the couch in the room. Comfy bed and nice sheets and towels. Separate shower room which is very good. Super friendly staff that tried hard to please. Well located in Ginza, just a few blocks from the main retail strip. Short walk to major transit stations - less than 10 minutes to the direct train to Haneda. If you want to stay in Ginza this is a good option. If I were to stay in Ginza, this would be my choice.

Love it!”
Perfect location in Ginza. 7 Eleven on the Ground floor where we grab our daily Egg sandwiches and hot drinks :) There is Family Mart, Lawson and Don Quijote around the corner. Halal restaurant Annam nearby and just right behind the exciting shopping street of Ginza and a few minutes walk to some of the modern shopping malls. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us to find out the details of Bus Limousine which we took us from Metsui Garden Hotek which is just across the road - direct to Narita airport. Save us the hassle of going through the crowd at Tokyo Station for Narita Express. Room 17m2 just nice and cozy for us. Daily cleaned and there is washing machine that u can use and u can check whether it is being used or not from the room tv. You have to buy token for tv which works just fine for me as I don't watch tv. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Tokyo .

A New Boutique Hotel in Ginza”
Stayed in four rooms (2 standard doubles and 2 standard twins October 30-November 6, 2018. Our family of eight from Hawaii were happy with our choice of Hotel Musse Ginza. Facilities were new and maintained superbly; loved the way the toilet and shower/bath area could be separated from the room itself. Location was great; a few streets from the main Ginza shopping area and 5-8 minutes away from metro stations.

Returning Customers ”
Came back to the same hotel as it's well located to all the famous areas in Tokyo (Shibuya, Ayoma, Omotesando and Ginza). Hotel is only 5 mins walk away to Ginza and Higashi-Ginza station. If you're departing/arriving from/at Haneda Airport, there's a direct express metro train from Higashi Ginza station. Staff are very helpful in assisting you and the room service is efficient as well.

Great location, great service”
Me and my partner stayed at Hotel Musse and honestly we loved it. Close to the line Ginza, staff was friendly and was able to speak very good English. In between Lawson and familymart but also 7/11 is right underneath the hotel. Would return when we come back to visit Tokyo.

Small Hut right smack in Ginza Area.”
If you're looking for a place to stay at the heart of Ginza Tokyo Japan, this hotel is a place to be. Located 2 minutes walk from Ginza busy street, this hotel offers a great bargain for a Tokyo Hotel. Small, Clean & easily accessible to convenient store & Donki, one of Japanese 24hrs multi-store. Staff were friendly, breakfast was decent and I recommend this place for a single traveller or someone who is travelling with a small kid. however, it can be a bit cramp for a family, if you were to take a small basic room. But for a price like they offers, in the heart of Ginza, I don't complain much! will definitely be back.

Great value for new hotel ”
Took a chance on this property as it would have only opened 2 weeks before our arrival, so there were no reviews for me to read. We got this at a good price and as all of the facilities were brand new, I’m glad I took the chance. Staff English is basic but we got by fine. Washing machine and dryer works really well ¥500 / wash. (Just don’t leave your stuff in there - we got a call at 1:45am..) Deodoriser spray for socks etc worked better here than other hotels who used mainstream products like febreeze. This was great for us who didn’t have time after being out all day to do a big wash. Location is not too far from Ginza Station but also not right on the doorstep. 7/11 below hotel and Lawson on the corner. Fresh towels every day. Limousine bus located one block away at the Marriott so makes it convenient with large bags. Generous Shiseido shower products for use. Charger for iPhone provided and plenty of USB plugs in room for use.

Hotel is amazing for the price!”
Hotel Musse is in Ginza and about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station. This is my second time staying here and I would stay here again. It's in a nice location and the hotel room are great. My only complaint is there are only two washer and dryers. That's really minor though. I would stay there again on my trip to Tokyo!

BIG bed for a small room in Tokyo!”
we booked a standard double bed to find out it's unusually bigger than the standard double bed! good size for two. location is ok still walking distance to Ginza and Higashi-Ginza (Ginza East) station although we drove, parking is not free in the hotel (as usual in Tokyo). The hotel is rather new, with one coin laundry only but with 13 floors and so many rooms to share. but we saw hotel notice they would install the second coin laundry.

Must Stay in Tokyo”
For a solo traveler who is looking for a cheap stay in Tokyo but must be in the middle of the shopping district Ginza, and near the MRT subway, this hotel must be considered. Priced decently, the hotel is average-sized for Japan standards. I must say, at 6 foot high, I am super comfortable with the double bed, the bathroom height and size. TV is useless as it only plays local channels, yet wifi is strong. A complimentary bottle of water is good, with a small sized ref to put your quick bites from nearby 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart below, coffee sachets are a bonus. For someone who has been to Tokyo 4 times and have tried different hotels, I will surely stay in this hotel again and again.

Very comfortable stay”
The hotel is conveniently located in Ginza area and can easily access three different subway stations within a 5-7 minutes walking distance. The ground floor is connected to 7-11, with Lawson and Family Mart nearby, which is great for having late-night snacks. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is quite new, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. They also provide two complimentary bottles of Evian water everyday. Love everything about this hotel and would love to stay here again next time!

Decent stay in downtown Tokyo”
You can't expect hotel rooms in downtown Tokyo to be spacious, but we could at least open two medium-sized suitcases wide and lie them flat. The bathroom was surprising roomy given the size of the room and comes with a bathtub. The cleaning staff deserve compliments for their cheerfulness and effort to keep our room incredibly tidy every day. Breakfast was nice with reasonable variety. The hotel is located in the centre of the city so metro and JR connects to essentially everywhere but there's 8-10 minutes of walking to the stations. There were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants around so it's handy, but dining in the area can get a bit expensive. Department stores in Ginza tend to close a bit earlier than in other districts of Tokyo so it may not be for those shopping fans. Overall a decent stay.

Brand New 3 star hotel in Ginza/Shimbashi”
Brand new hotel just opened on March 1, 2018. Stayed at a standard twin room. Typical room size of a 3 star Tokyo hotel. Be aware that the 2 individual beds are placed next to each other, not separated by a bedside table/cupboard. Location actually closer to Shimbashi than Ginza or HigashiGinza, so much more quiet but still within proximity to shopping. Excellent staff service in reception. First night, down pillow was too thick, next morning I asked for a thinner pillow and they put an additional foam pillow in my room. I can't speak Japanese, but want to make a reservation for dinner at a local restaurant. The staff not only helped me phoned them. Next morning they even gave me a map printout of the restaurant and full address. Although it's just downloaded from google, but was appreciated very much. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Good location and service”
Hotel was in a really good location. Just a couple blocks to the main shopping street of Ginza (the one that gets closed off on Saturday's). It was pretty close to 3 station lines, Ginza, Higashi-Ginza, and Shimbashi which made traveling to a bunch of places super convenient. Hotel is also attached to a 7-11 so it was easy to run down and grab snacks, Sim card, water etc... We didn't have the hotel clean our room every day but each day we said to not disturb, they left a bag of goodies (towels, toiletries, water etc) that they would have changed out for us. It was really nice of them and we made use of the daily water they gave . Would definitely recommend.

Worth It!”
My bf and I stayed here for 3 days and it was just perfect! The room itself was tiny but we're talking about Tokyo so it will be tiny. Location itself is a 12 minute walk to the Ginza station. Downstairs, you will find 2 convenience stores and we found them very helpful especially during off hours when we're looking for midnight snacks. The hotel itself has a french restaurant and breakfast starts at $20 I believe. Staff was very friendly and they spoke English well. We asked for directions to places and they were super helpful and even provided a map for visual aid. The hotel offered complimentary water and replaced them every single day. We really enjoyed the private bath and shower and separate toilet. Overall, we loved our stay there and will definitely recommend!
