Very clean hotel and good location. Hotel breakfast was good although a little pricey. If you can’t use your breakfast voucher (ie you to check out before the breakfast starts at 7am), the coupon can also be used for a discount (if I remember correctly, it was 10% off) for their night time Beef Wagyu Restaurant OR exchange it for a (beautiful) handmade Japanese lollipop/candy. You are able to stack the night restaurant discount coupon. Not sure if I missed it but upon checking in, the did ask us to pay a tax. My only criticism is that I wasn’t aware of this tax beforehand (the Agoda site didn’t say anything) but I may also just have been unaware that all hotels(?) would charge this additional tax. For us, it was $1000+ Yen. Other than that, nice location and you can get the amenities (soap, toothbrush, etc) downstairs at level 2. Polite and helpful staff (they lent us a iPhone charger with no extra cost). Good location right in Ginza (expensive designer stores all around) so restaurant prices are likely higher there. Quiet room, couldn’t hear neighbours.

| Singapore | CoupleWe had an excellent experience staying at this hotel in Tokyo. • Location: The property is perfectly situated in Ginza, with countless restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. • Service: Despite our flight being delayed due to a typhoon, the staff were incredibly accommodating. We arrived a day late as a family of nine (five rooms), and they went out of their way to ensure all our rooms were adjacent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay much more comfortable. • Convenience: Direct access to a 7-Eleven inside the hotel was a huge plus, and with Lawson and Don Quijote nearby, picking up essentials or souvenirs was easy and fun. • Rooms: The rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all amenities. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail was clear. Overall, this hotel delivered on location, service, and comfort. It’s a fantastic choice for families or groups looking to enjoy Ginza with ease and convenience. Highly recommended!

| Philippines | GroupI would like to commend the front desk staff for helping me with my luggage to the next hotel. There were a few options and they recommended the cheapest type. The first type is Yamato which is most expensive for large luggage (3000+yen). Second option is Airporter (1500yen). The last option that the front desk gentleman recommended so I could save money is to bring my luggage to the next hotel to save money since it's only a few minutes away. They also helped me book the taxi which was incredibly helpful as I checked out quite early at 630am. As for the room, I booked the standard twin that is 18m2 and it is small but enough. There is space to open one big luggage at a time on the floor, plus one carryon small luggage on the luggage rack. There is lots of table space and wall plugs. The bathroom is decent size but the toilet room is quite small. However the toilet automatically turns on the fan once you sit down, auto flush, and auto turn on the hand wash tap above the toilet water tank. Pillows, bedding were comfortable. If you don't want them to clean or enter your room, they will leave fresh towels outside your door each day. Highly recommend!

| Canada | CoupleThis is my second time staying at Hotel Musse. The first was in Feb 2024. And let me tell you that the quality of service and care is still topnotch. If not better. For this stay i got the comfort twin room. It had enough space for 2-3 large suitcases to be open side by side at once. :) i shared the room with my mom and it was super comfortable and spacious My favorite details about the hotel (and what makes it a gem in Ginza) 1. Location: it is literally more or less a hundred steps away from Ginza Six. It has a 7eleven downstairs and a few steps away from Family Mart. It’s also just a 10-min walk from Tsukiji outer market! A fee stations away from Tokyo Station and Harajuku :) 2. Accessible: about a 8-10 min wall from Ginza station and 4 min walk to Higashi Ginza. 3. The staff! Their fronk desk staff makes this hotel shine. They have made our stay very enjoyable and amazing! They have helped us with everything that we need. It was my mom’s birthday trip and they gave us small tokens and a check out time extension. Will definitely be back!

| Philippines | Family with teensFantastic location and an excellent choice for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is very well connected to multiple subway lines and surrounded by convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart. In fact, there’s a 7-Eleven directly connected to the hotel, making it extremely convenient even during rain or snow. A Don Quijote store is also nearby and is just as good as the one in Shibuya. A great place for shopping nearby (Uniqlo, GU, On, Atmos, Muji and at Ginza 6 as well other luxury brands) and easily dumping your stuff in the room. The only drawback is that the rooms are tiny—and I truly mean tiny—with very limited space for luggage. While I understand that compact rooms are quite common in Tokyo’s 3- and 4-star hotels, I feel the design could have been better optimized in the bedroom and shower area. Otherwise, it’s a very comfortable stay overall with efficient staff.

| India | CouplePros - The room was exceptionally new and clean. I could not find a single dust on any surfaces. - The bathroom was separated from the toilet which is a big plus. The spacious bathroom came with a bathtub, a shower, a shower chair, a water scoop, anti-slip floor, and most importantly, a tap with temperature control. You can take some bath salt for from the reception after a day of exhausting shopping in Tokyo! - The humidifier saved my dry-as-hell skin after a long haul. - If you choose not to clean up your room, the staff will deliver a set of clean towels, eye masks, and bottled water to you door! - There are 3 train stations nearby, namely Shimbashi, Ginza, and Higashi-ginza. You can easily go to the popular tourist spots and even the airports (Haneda, Narita) directly. They are all 6-8min away from the hotel. - The hotel is located a few streets away from the Ginza main street so you can get everything you need. It is quiet with a hint of Ginza vibe. As a female sllo traveller, I felt safe when I walked from the train station to the hotel after midnight. - The room was small but compact. They literally made use of every space in the room. I had everything you need. Plugs were everywhere in the room. - The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me find the shops to buy the items I want! - There was a 7-11 right below the hotel. There were also Family Mart, Natural Lawson and Donki nearby. I bought my supper and did my midnight shopping there nearly every night. - I enjoyed the little walk from the train station to the hotel. Ginza was stunning. However, my trip was in autumn. Walking in summer may be a different story lol Cons - The standard double room is ok for a solo traveller (two suitcases). It may be a bit small for more than 1 person. Well, the hotels in Tokyo are known for being small. Given the price of this hotel, the room size is totally acceptable. When I go to Tokyo next time, I will try the bigger room. - The elevators are slow. - There is no elevator at the closest exit of the train station (not the fault of the hotel tho). It would be tricky if you travel with your luggage when heading from or to the airport. I had a hard time carrying my luggage from the train station to the hotel. Therefore, when I finished my trip, I called an uber to Ginza station, then caught the airport bus to Narita Airport (bus staff will store the luggage for you). I reckon it's the best way to go to the airport.

| Australia | Solo travelerWe stayed at this hotel for a week with our family and booked two rooms. Everything about our stay was excellent. The location is perfect — there’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs which was super convenient. The rooms were huge, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. The hotel itself looks modern and well-maintained, definitely not an old building. The service was great and the facilities were very good, everything worked well and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A nice surprise was the hotel restaurant, which served delicious sukiyaki for dinner — a big plus! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.
Angya
| Indonesia | Family with young childrenGood location in Ginza. Many restaurants and 7-11 right below. Room is clean. Shower and toilet are separated so it’s a good and bad thing. No hooks for clothes in the shower cubicle though. We have to hang it outside the door. Hotel is at least a 10-15 mins walk to the various train stations. Ok for the young people but if you have elderly and young kids, it’s a bit of a walk for them. Breakfast buffet is good. It’s Japanese breakfast. BUT it will be the same dishes every day. There’s no change so after eating the breakfast for 2 days straight, we didn’t really enjoy the breakfast anymore. Lastly, check out time is at 10am which is too early compared to other hotels. Something to take note of for guests with young kids and elderly.

| Singapore | Family with young childrenHotel location near to 3 subway. Ginza - come out straight away its all shopping area however you need to navigate abit to reach the hotel. Higashi Ginza - my personal preference- take the lift Exit A1 and turn left and walk all the way straight. Pass by Doutor Coffee and walk straight and you will see the hotel sign (look upwards its not eye level) and 7-11 is right beside the hotel very convenient. Shimbashi - maybe 3 to 5 mins further away from Higashi Ginza. Refer to the hotel main website for the directions. They have provided the screenshot. Hotel room is small but manageable. Toilet and Shower area are separated. Toilet door can act as a separator from the bedroom. Sink is in the bedroom. Toiletries are available at hotel lobby L2. Razor, facial cleanser, hair brush, sea salt, drip coffee, green tea, red tea, creamer, sugar etc Microwave and laundry washer available. Breakfast is nice if you are staying 4 to 5 nights maybe you can consider having it for once and keep the breakfast vouchers and offset it from the dinner (wagyu beef or kobe beef dinner) its Superb! CONS Check in at 3pm and Check out at 10am. Timing isnt great to be honest. 3pm Check in 12pm or 1pm check out will be more reasonable. Walkable to tsukiji fish market BUT not worth the effort and the vendors are pretty rude. I am planning to buy the vegetables hence I touched it. Then moment I touched and havent even take a picture and take out my wallet the store owner shouted PAY MONEY. ridiculous. I didnt poke the vegetables at all. I paid and I went to supermarket to buy my favourite vegetables and bring back to my country... fyi its all CASH payment. Prepare some cash not all places accepts credit card. Purchase of Amulet at the shrines are all CASH payment.

| Singapore | CoupleWe had a nice stay this second time around. Location is conveniently above a 7/11. It's about a 10 minute walk from a subway station, which isn't great when its hot and humid but ok if the weather is nice. They give you clean towels everyday with 2 water bottles and 2 heated eye masks, which I think is nice. They have many toiletry items available at the lobby. I like the bathtub, it's nice and deep. The TV has a youtube option which is nice. The space is big enough for two adults, carry on luggages, and a big one.

Plus, having a 7-Eleven directly connected on the ground floor is incredibly convenient for quick snacks and essentials. Highly recommended for a perfect Tokyo city stay!

| Indonesia | CoupleThe location is not bad. Just maybe 5 mins walk to the subway. The malls and restaurants are also nearby. Don Quixote is also 5 minutes away. The only issue I have is the breakfast, they offer the same food everyday for the 7 days that we are there. I was sick of the food by the 3rd day. The little bowls of Japanese food looked very pretty and artfully prepared, but are not to my taste. I just had that on the first day. They served bread, congee, beef stew and pork slices in soup also. Fruits and salad too. The rooms were clean and comfy enough but very small for the price even if we paid more for a bigger room. They should have put more hooks to hang clothes or towels. Beds should have been designed to have space underneath to slide in suitcases. Sink was in the room which was weird but worked well, surprisingly. Also liked the shower which was outside the bathtub and in a separate room as well as the toilet being in a separate room. Water pressure was strong enough and a lot of hot water. It was nice to soak after walking all day. Overall the hotel was not too bad. Location was good and the staff were polite, can speak good English and generally nice.

| Philippines | CoupleStayed for 11 nights with breakfast included. Hotel staff very kind and friendly, only two laundry machines but status was on the tvs. Breakfast was unique and tasty. Room was average for Tokyo, but clean and had everything needed. Only complaint would be the 10 minute walk to any station to get to the rest of Tokyo. Huge plus would be the food options around the hotel - so many amazing food places nearby that is walkable.

| Japan | Solo travelerAbsolutely perfect stay! The hotel is in a great location in Ginza, with shops (Don Quijote, GU, Gonza 6) restaurants, Manneken waffle all nearby and a 7-Eleven in the building.. The room was compact but very clean, sanitized, and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Just happy and love Hotel Musse Ginza

| Philippines | GroupIf you prefer to stay in the Ginza area, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Just a few minutes walk away from the main shopping street, Don Q and there is also a 7-eleven conveniently located on the ground floor. Room is small but it was able to fit all our luggages. The room was also kept very clean.

| Philippines | CoupleLoved the breakfast and wished I was able to get up earlier to enjoy it everyday. The hotel is right next to a 7/11 and 1 minute walk from a family mart. The hotel staff were all super kind and helpful! we got two free water bottles everyday along with clean towels (which was amazing!) The area is safe, quiet, and a short walk to the ginza station. It's super easy to get to the hotel from Haneda and Narita Airport. You only have to get on one train and it'll take you directly to the closest station without a need for transfers. For Haneda its the Higashi-Ginza Station which is only a few minute walk to the hotel (use google maps - I think the exit was A1 - there's an elevator). For Narita the closest station was Shimbashi Station -- that one was a short Uber ride to the hotel. The front desk provided plenty of info on how to get to the airport and you can ship your luggages using Airporter (super reliable!). Only con is that there are only two washer/dryers so laundry takes awhile. Also, it takes a long time for the clothes to dry, so my only suggestion is to keep the door to the laundry room propped open. That could help the heat escape and dry the clothes more evenly. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

| United States | CoupleStayed at the standard double room for 2 nights. Walking from Shimbashi train takes around 10-15 minutes. Included breakfast for our stay. We went around 7 plus and 9 plus and there are seats available. The restaurant is quite small located at level 2, where the lobby is also located. It's a buffet where each diner gets a tray with 9 grids for you to fill up with japanese/western dishes both hot and cold. There's also miso soup, rice, japanese raw egg, salad, bread, desserts and assorted drinks to choose from. There's a 7-11 just downstairs and Family Mart nearby. Ginza shopping area is around 5 mins walk away. Walking space in the room is quite limited after opening 2 luggages. There's a 2-seater couch in the room. Basin, toilet bowl and bathtub/shower are all separated. The basin is just next to the TV. The toilet and shower area can be segregated from the bed/tv and basin area by a door. There is also a small open wardrobe space for hanging clothes. However, if you have thicker coats, you can probably fit 4 pieces of clothings in the small space. The toilet area in our room smells abit funky, probably due to the small space? There is also a lack of hanging hooks in the shower area and the room. Probably need to come up with creative ideas to hang your clothes. Room slippers, towels, pyjamas, hair dryer and kettle are available in the room. Other amenities such as comb, toothbrush, shaver, teabags, coffee, even ear plugs. facial wash and face lotion packets can be obtained at the lobby. Housekeeping wise, you can opt for the team to leave fresh towels outside your door if you do not require the full cleaning done. We also saw a schedule that list down what food truck is available on which day. The truck is parked at level 1 but we did not try the food.

| Singapore | CoupleThe hotel has all the basic perks of a nice and simple hotel - - clean rooms, TV, fast wifi, toiletries, and an elevator. The rooms are reasonably sized for Japan but don't expect huge rooms. We had to figure out how to creatively fit our 2 large suitcases inside the room. There is also just 1 chair in the room so the other had to sit on the bed while chatting. But we appreciated how the rooms were very clean, the bed was a good size for 2, and how conveniently located the hotel was. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor and a restaurant on the 2nd floor. It is near a Don Quijote and less than a 5 min walk to the main Ginza street and a subway. The staff are very friendly

| Philippines | CoupleLocation and services are top notch. Their breakfast is what we look forward for every morning. Wide selection and delicious. The rooms are small with hardly enough space for 2 big luggages, but they are clean. Don’t forget to pick up the toiletries from the reception area.

| Malaysia | Family with teensI took the Skyliner, transferred, and got off at Shimbashi Station, which is about an 8-minute walk away! It seems like they don’t speak Korean, but they can communicate in mostly English or Japanese. There’s a Seven-Eleven and a FamilyMart right below, which was nice~ The soundproofing was good, but the downside was that I couldn't ventilate, so there was a lot of dust, which made me sneeze continuously... If you have dust allergies or rhinitis, I wouldn't recommend it~ It was also great that Don Quijote was nearby; I visited both the Shibuya and Ginza Don Quijote, but Ginza had more variety!
