Clean, basic hotel at the right price ”

Hotel is located about 20min away from International hotel during non-peak hour. Friendly and attentive reception staffs with Malay speaking ability. Reasonable price and basic hotel (2star facilities) and clean (most importantly as room is clean daily). However, wifi service can be erratic especially at night. Ample parking space and not far from tea shop and local convenience shops (few minutes). Lcation is 45MIN away from downtown but this does not matter as i do not need to go there
