We booked a room with Mt Fuji view and it’s everything we wanted (bonus view of Fuji-Q). Room size was great, enough space for us to move around and sit comfortably around the coffee table. It’s got all the basic amenities we need, handphones cables were also provided. Love the room wear that is provided for our usage as well. There’s vending machine, microwave for us to heat our food at level 3. So thoughtful! Hotel is also a few mins walk to FujiQ Highland station/amusement park and some eateries. Definitely worth the stay!

TBH Mt Fuji is so big doesnt matter if you are level 6 or 7 (top floor) for views - only thing is onsen is on top floor 7 so a bit of a hassle to go onsen and back to room. But very minor issues. Overall, the hotel was very good, had even good tour reocmmendations locally, I loved the breakfast spread, the onsen was nice and warm and even had a little outdoor area that was so lovely in winter. The mountain views were great but because of the reflection and steam, u can;t really see Fuji while you are in the water. Only praises for this place. bed was big and comfortable. Room was cosy but had ALL the amenities. The location was closer to Fujikyu Highlands bustop and a bit of a hassle to get to Kawaguchiko station - had to walk 1.8k every day to get there, or take the train from FujiQ station. But because of this I discovered many trekking trails from the Ropeway to the back of this hotel which was quite fun. Will definitely stay at this place again if I visit Mt. Fuji again!

“Great Stay in Yamanashi – Perfect for FujiQ and Lake Kawaguchi Trips!”
We stayed here during our trip to Yamanashi and had a wonderful experience. We came by car from Tokyo, and the hotel was easy to find. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit Fuji-Q Highland, Lake Kawaguchi, or nearby museums — all accessible by car. The staff were very accommodating, humble, and spoke English well (though we can also communicate in Japanese). We booked a room with a view of Mt. Fuji — unfortunately, it was rainy and cloudy during our stay, so we couldn’t see the mountain clearly. Maybe next time! There’s a Watahan supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the hotel where we bought food. The hotel provides great amenities like a microwave, ice machine, vending machines, and free cutlery — very convenient! The rooms aren’t very spacious, but they are clean and well-equipped with everything you need. One of the highlights of our stay was the public onsen, which we used at night — so relaxing before going to bed. Breakfast was superb! A wide selection of Japanese food, breads, sandwiches, salads, fruits, and drinks — everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely come back here next time we visit Yamanashi!
