Exceptional”
We were looking for a halfway hotel stay between the train station and our final home stay. And Hotel Mystays Otemae was the right choice. We were 2 families traveling and we got 2 large rooms. The staff were very accommodating we requested for an early checkin without charge was okay. The rooms were large and complete with dining room and balconies. Highly recommended.

Just a few minutes walk from the nearest station.”
I am really glad I have booked this hotel for our first Osaka visit. Osaka Castle is a few minutes walk. Nearest station is about 5 minutes walk. Facilities and Staff are excellent. Definitely will book again if ever given a chance to visit Osaka again.

Convenient to Metro station, small park outside and family store, anot so far from the Royal palace, clean enough, staff is great, laundry facility, dining out is great near by, room had a kitchen facility, as hotel doent have brakfast facility. When u book for 2 adults and one child- facility provide only one double bed (or 2 single), with NO facilities for kids to sleep so additional couple blankets on the floor is the option. Other wise can recommend, cheers

Reasonable Price with good Location.”
This Hotel is suited for Family. Easily accomated 7 adults in 3 bedrooms. It is near the stations 5 minutes walk to access Osaka Namba,Universal Studios and other major Tourist spots. It was pleasant to go for an early walk to Osaka Castle around 15 minutes from this hotel. ✨They have the necassary utensils for your stay. ✨ Friendly Staffs. ⭐️Cleanliness needs a bit of upgrade. Weekly Mansion Otemae”
Weekly Mansion Otemae is a great hotel for friends who plan to stay for a longer period of time. The room I stayed was equipped with range and a tiny oven, large sink, a bit bigger bar fridge with freezer, microwave, separate room for toilet, japanese style shower and tub room, and two single beds equipped with A/C. The room was clean but I would suggest wearing the slippers. I found A/C essential to my stay in Osaka (Jun 2009). The room was an oasis to come back to, especially after 30+ weather. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, ranging from sushi to curry foods. 7-i and Family Mart are two blocks away on the main road. I found them very convenient for late nite food. McDonald's is also 10 min walk away and is open 24 hrs. Osaka Castle is a fifteen minute walk. It is a beautiful and historical sight that is a must-see. City Mall is about 20 min walk away and can be quite grueling for heat-sensitive individuals. You can take the Tenmachi subway system instead and cut time by ten minutes and it is not as hot.

Weekly Mansion Otemae Hotel is a mansion like hotel, which has plenty of equipment, such as microwave, rice cooker, pot, and other nescessary equipments for living wtihout entering high price restaurant. Location of the hotel is near subway, which is the key to travel around OSAKA. Although the room size is quite small when compare to other nations but it's normally size compare to other hotel in Japan.

Good services, great value”
I got this studio apartment at a discounted rate which is almost similar to the popular backpackers. The service is great as well. We reached the hotel early and we left our luggage at the concierge. Although they close after 8pm, they offered to send our luggage to our studio apartment so that we do not need to rush back to get collect our luggage. The location is near to a subway station and near to the Osaka castle museum as well. The reception had various information including eateries and convenience stores nearby (loved the 100 yen grocery shopping....). They also offer the Osaka castle entrance ticket at discounted price. Staffs are friendly and able to converse in english. There is even very cheap umbrellas (albeit not free) available for sale.

Great location and value room”
I got promotion due to early booking, so got good price for this hotel. All what I want, it has comfortable bed, small kitchen, air con, Microwave , fridge , lan internet, free soap, shampoo, shaver, toothbrush and hair dryer. Location is near Osaka castle, park (walk about 10 minute), and 3-5 min to subway. There are too many restaurants and convinient stores near by. But the hotel will not clean the room, if you required, you have to pay some money. However look like you can change towel for free and they have vaccum in the room, so you can clean by yourself.

Good price for Osaka”
I booked the hotel with its location in mind. Any Osaka travel itinerary would suggest a visit to Osaka Castle and Osaka Museum. This made crossing out Osaka to-do lists much easier. If you made prior reservation and came before check-in time, the staffs would deliver you luggage to your room for you. There are also washing machine and tumble dryer which makes the hotel very convenient for any tight-budget travellers

Nice hotel with a good location”
We stayed in a good equipped and clean studio room. Bathroom is abit small and hotel features are pretty basic. However, everything is working well, furthermore, the receptionists are so competent, helpful and all are very polite. Location is very good, close to the Osaka castle, 5 minutes from nearest metro and there are pleanty of local restaurant and convenience stores nearby (2-10 minutes walking distance). We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definetely use the same hotel again when we visit Osaka

Economic stay for big family”
There were 6 of us so we opted for family room that comes with with 3 bedroom and kitchenette. Few convenience stores nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest subway station and Osaka Castle. No wifi in the room but no issue for us since we rent a pocket wifi. We stay here during early spring so we manage to catch few blooming sakura tree from the neighbourhood. Overall we are satisfied with the hotel considering the price is quite reasonable.

Helpful and spacious apartment”
a clean and quiet apartment with sufficient space a family with older children, especially compared to other japanese hotels we have used. close to osaka castle and the nearby subway station made for easy access to the busier areas of osaka such as umeda and shin osaka. we purchased 3 day keinsai rail pass and the rest was very easy, including trips to kyoto kobe and nara. we will definately stay here again.

So Good We Stayed Again!”
This was our second stay at this hotel and were placed in a different room - slightly smaller but still very comfortable and spacious for three people. As mentioned below they don't service the rooms, but if you need new towels you can pick them up from the reception. Great location, only a couple blocks from the subway station and approx. 15min walk to a large department store. Also very close to Osaka castle. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Satisfying stay”
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was big and spacious by Japan standard. There are a number of Family Mart convenience stores nearby and a McDonald outlet. It's a walking distance from the Osaka Castle area and the Osaka Museum which my children enjoyed tremendously. The nearest subway station is just around ten minutes walking distance, which is a plus. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the hotel is highly recommendable to friends.
