Tidy, clean room, and close to public transport”

We chose Mystays Akasaka primarily for its value and location. We got a great price for our stay and relatively high quality room. The bathroom was well equipped, and the room while small, was cosy and had all modern furnishings. The queen size bed was a little uncomfortable typical hard mattress on a western bed, and hard as nails memory foam pillows. To be honest for the price we were quite happy with the room otherwise. The 7-11 downstairs is awesomely convenient and Akasaka subway Station is a 5 minute walk away, with Tameike-Sanno about 12 minute walk away, well positioned to get to most places in Tokyo.

Decent hotel”

small rooms, a little bit of walk to the station, especially as the main line stations are around 8 minutes away from the station.. akasaka is around 5 minutes away. You can use ana intercontinental and board and dropoff from the limousine bus from the airport .. Take a cab or walk over from the hotel to mystays, its less than half a mile. Overall good value for money hotel in central tokyo.

Great experience ”

Price is very reasonable as it is locate in Akasaka, though it require 5-10 mins walks to the Metro (赤坂駅 & 溜池山王駅), felt a bit itchy due to allergic for the bed & pajama they provided. Still I will book this again when travel to tokyo for sure.

Hotel Mystays Akasaka Experience”

Excellent central Tokyo location, close to transit and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Has a nice but very small fitness room but a great lounge next door. Room was basic and pretty small but quite adequate. Staff was helpful but does not offer true concierge service for tourist purposes. Cleaning staff were great and management were immediately responsive to any requests. Only issue was that we booked a 12 night stay through AGODA which was perfect but when we added an extra day via the hotel desk, internal hotel staff communication was not thorough ; we received a call on our last night (the added night) basically asking why we had not checked out...this was straightened out on check out and the staff apologized for the miscommunication.

Top stay at Mystays”

Everything was great and I Ha da Nixe stay at Mystays. It is very Central and in good loacation for Nightlife area Roppongi. The room is too small to Open a big suitcase on the floor and you have to use bed. Price is very good for such a Location and Services!!!

Nice, brand new hotel, but not ideal location and too pricey on a saturday. ”

The hotel is brand new and nice, even though you still get the same plastic bathroom as you would in some lower cost alternatives. I had to pay about $250 for a night which was too much for the size of the room and location. It's inconvenient to get to and from the airport as its not close to major subway lines in a hilly area, which makes it cumbersome to get to with luggage. If you get a good price at $150or so and if you plan on staying for a few nights then its good. The area akasaka is very pricey. The restaurants are expensive there. So we always went over to roppongi, but it's quiet a walk in aforementioned hilly area. Hotel is less than 2-month old, very clean and modern. Staff spoke english well too.

Excellent Room and Quiet Location”

I would like to review by category for others to consider this hotel. 1. Room - queen bed is cozy for a single person stay, even for non-asian body size, but if 2 person it is just nice for asian-size couple and it will be a little challenging for foreigner with large body. - Room is well-kept and clean, toilet comes with bathtub and water sprinkler level is great. - LCD TV is big enough to be viewed at any angle. - Best thing i like is the toiletries with extra complimentary goods like facial and hand lotion, shaver gel, and etc. - there are 2 USB port for charging devices which helps alot because for traveler who doesn't bring a universal charger and japan-type power port is more than enough (6-7 port) - Toilet seat can be turn on to be warm 2. Location - it is quiet due to far from city centre 3. Lounge - good for hangout, chat session. 4. There is a convenient store at B1 5. The only bad thing I don't like is the Laundry machine, not enough machines.

LOCATION IS GOOD, NEAREST SUBWAY STATION EXIT 5B (AKASAKA) MANY CONVIENIENT STORE ALONG THE ROAD SIDE AND EATERY RESTAURANT. IF YOU ARE OK WITH SMALL SPACE IN ROOM, OVERALL IS A FULL FACILITIES HOTEL WITH ALL AMENDITITIES AVAILABLE. RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL.

Great Stay ”

Centralized location by Ginza line that took us everywhere we wanted to go. The station entrances were less than a 10 minute walk. Nearby restaurants and cafe as well. Very clean and comfortable. Contemporary design throughout. Fabulous stay for a good price that won’t blow the budget. I would have liked coffee in the room, but there is a 7/11 downstairs connected so it’s not a big deal. Maybe a pool too. They do have a little lounge you can use if you are a group and an outdoor rooftop courtyard that was cool. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t eat it again though as there’s tons of better places nearby. I would stay here again though. Thank you!

Very good”

The hotel is very well located with short distance access to the Akasaka train station with convenient connections to numerous destinations of interest. The rooms are small but in Japan that can be expected but functional. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Cleanliness is to excellent standards. Overall was extremely satisfied and would book there again.

Great location. Within walking distance of Embassey, subway stations, etc. Great restaurants close by, awesome jazz bar across the street. Great price and service for the location. Will definitely useagain on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great hotel for the agoda price”

I was very pleased with the hotel and everything it had to offer. I paid $100 bit the regular listed price was over $300. If I had paid that much I would have been very disappointed. Not enough amenities for that rate. The staff was great, room was clean, bath tub was awesome. It was very quiet and close by the city. Really enjoyed my stay

Excellent location”

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with several restaurants and stores within a walking distance. There is a shopping mall and subway stations nearby. The limousine bus from/to Narita Airport stops at the ANA Hotel, which is about a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel room and bed are comfortable. The bathroom has a bath tub and several ammenities, such as shampoo, conditioner and creams are available. There is also a mobile phone with internet connection for our use during the stay.

I stayed here because its close to Tokyo Midtown and in walking distance to MRT. There are some convenient store and restaurant nearby. The hotel is quite new and well-equipmented, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was really clean. The rooms are modern, but small, which is something to always expect when in Tokyo. A little far from the subway station (Around 5 mins walk), but very good location. Especially loved that there is a 711 connected to it at the basement.

Exceptional”

Very nice friendly staff, and the hotel had much more available than most other hotels for the price. I really enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion would be to add heavier weights to the gym. The gym would have been perfect for my regular workout if the dumbells went up to 20kg!

Perfect location excellent service”

Could not have found better in terms of location, cleanliness , great staff, lucky to have found a brand new hotel ( 6 months old ). Simple but very comfortable rooms . Metro a 5mn walk. Every amenity around the hotel and an independent small supermarket within the hotel and equipped with a photocopier service. I will definitely return t this hotel .

Great mid range hotel”

Brilliant place to stay in a lovely area of Tokyo, worth waking around the surrounding areas to get a feel for the place. We both had an excellent stay here and were well looked after by the staff
