We enjoyed our Osaka holiday because the location of the hotel is so convenient. Just a quicl walk to the train station and 7 eleven is a few steps away from the hotel entrance. The rooms were kept clean and room service was great!!!

Excellent location and spacious room”

My family loved our stay at Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi. They have very spacious room unlike the one we had in Tokyo which was very small. It is very near the Shinsaibashi Station which made it easier for us to roam around Osaka. We'll definitely go back to this hotel when we go to Osaka again.

Super good location. Metro Osaka exit just 100m away from the hotel. Come out from hotel, turn left and right, near Family Mart. Adidas original shop. Opp hotel Dr Marten outlet. Got good restaurant near the area. Awesome staff.

Conveniently located within walking distance from the train station, with decent selection of food, convenience stalls, shops around the hotel. Room size was decent, was able to accommodate 2 fully-opened luggage and have some spare space for the young kids to play around (although limited).

Close to Shinsaibashi”

Just cross the road then I can reach Shinsaibashi's main shopping area. Close to the Shinsaibashi Station. Only one thing is that you have to take your luggage up/down stairs (Just a few) when you check-in/out.

Staff were very accommodating with our inquiry. Easy to find the location and near subway and malls. Many restaurant near the hotel and convenient store. The only thing that i did not like the hotel is they dont have restaurant.

Clean and convenient. However the cleaner is unreliable ”

- location is great, only 3 mins away from MTR and mall - the room is pretty clean - Front desk staffs are mice and helpful - however, do not trust any cleaner there. I left a face moisturizer outside by the table. It was gone after we come back. The moisturizer wasn’t valuable but it’s not cheap either. Can’t imagine what will the cleaner do while they are cleaning the room. It is very disappointing and unreliable!!

I am writing this review as this is my only means to communicate with Hotel Mystay Shinsaibashi. My booking description requires that I pay in cash, upon check in which I did. However, upon checking my credit card today I still got charged. How do I rectify this? Thanks!
