The location was ok it is close to Shinsaibashi station and shinsaibashi shopping strip, 12 minutes to Dotonbori. Super close to second hands stores. It has 7/11 infront and lawson by the corner. The staff was nice and fast. Easy check in and out. There are few cons is that they dont have an ice machine and there is about 12 steps before the elevator. And you will have to carry your luggage up that stairs. Lucky our flight allows only 1 check in bag per person so it was manageable. Room cleaning service is good even you request not to make bed they will come and changes towels for you.

The hotel is located near the subway station and America Mura. You can check in in advance (but cannot access the room). It's very convenient. The facilities are well-equipped, and the reception staff are very helpful. They also look young and cheerful, and they communicate well in English. Actually, I don’t really want to recommend this hotel because of the condition of the room; it is very damp. In some areas, there is mold on the walls, and dust is collected in spots as if it hasn't been cleaned properly. The size of the room is understandable, but if the cleanliness were better, it would improve the experience. We hardly want to go back into the room; we prefer to stay outside and explore for a long time instead.

The room was a little small, but had a bathtub and good aircon. The hotel offered amenities like razors and toothbrushes, something that is becoming rarer these days. It's location was great, close to Dotonbori and the Namba area, with a convenience store across the street. Would definitely stay again.

“Excellent location”
It’s a perfect location in the middle of the shopping zone, next to the subway station, near Dotonburi and next to the Amerika-mura! 24-hr convenience stores within walking distance for the usual drinks and snacks top up. The hotel is generally clean and has the usual facilities such as vending machines, coin-operated washing/drying machines and unlimited supply of facial care and toiletries. Rooms are small but enough space for us. Only difficulty we had was that there was a flight of stairs to pass through from the street to get to the lift lobby. We had a couple of large luggage bags and found it challenging to navigate the stairs. But overall I’m very satisfied with my stay and would book it again!
