Great location & facilities”
Super close to the main Nagano train station and shopping centers. Also about 2km walk (or bus) from the Zenko-ji Temple & Joyama Park. Facilities in the hotel were great: onsen, sauna & massage chair. Room was nice and clean.

Single room is spacious with a modern ensuite bathroom. Water pressure is strong. There is a free-to-use smartphone in the room in which you can make free calls to certain countries only. Hotel also provides daily bottled water. Bed is comfortable with 2 pillows. One power socket attached to the dresser. An extension cord is located beside the bed. You can use the usb socket of the free-to-use smartphone to charge your gadgets. Located along a main road but in the quiet part of the city, away from the busy Nagano station area. Less than 10 minutes by foot from Nagano station or you can take a local train and get off at Shiyasuko-mae station which is just across the hotel. Supermarket located about 10 minutes by foot from the hotel. Shopping and restaurant district about a block away from the hotel. Coffee machine at the lobby. Japanese comic books free to use at the lobby library.

A bit distance from the station but totally walkable. The bed and pillow not comfortable properly need to be updated. The bath room look like is just update n big for Japanese hotel standard. There is sento and sauna facilities.

Great price for couple, but not efficient for family traveler. They don't have family room, so I have to book 2 rooms, but the rooms and facilities are great.

When I check in ,the staff told me I’m booking a smoking room but I’m sure I’m booking a non smoking room ,I’m not sure where is goes wrong the hotel voucher also did not show. End up the staff just change to non smoking room for me without said anything ,I feel thankful for the helpful staff. The room is bigger than any others hotel room in Japan ,very clean & comfortable .but don’t know why the air conditional is not working....

Places was up to standard! Clean, neat and presentable. Staff was courteous as well! PROS - Wifi Was really fast and quick - free parking Do note that the parking area is at another building - ONSEN A really nice place to relax after a long day CONS - Location Other then the 7/11 nearby there really isn't much around - Noise isolation I could hear people talking and walking in the walkway - Circulation during winter stay I only could blow hot air or turn off the hot air which made the room really stuffy and uncomfortable (I could not open any windows as they were locked) - Entire building and furnishings just look aged

Perfect location in the heart of Nagano”
Short stay in this hotel with a perfect location between Nagano station and Zenkoji temple. Hotel itself is a bit outdated but well maintained. Room prices are a bit high for what you get.

One of the good hotels we had in Japan”
Took the hotel because it had a parking. Room was bigger than regular Japanese rooms at hotels. The reservation was for a Smoking room, don't know why. We were changed to a non-smoking room on the spot. Staff is not fluent in English, but very friendly and helpful.

You have no control over the room temperature. We were overheating in the room. The front desk said they would increase the AC and it did nothing to cool it down.

Friendly and budget hotel”
This hotel is about 10 minutes away from Nagano station. Just cross over from the station and walk straight, easy to locate. The hotel provides 24 hours beverage at the reception which is a nice gesture. There is also a library with many comics. The room is pretty small so get a bigger room if possible. There is an onsen which provides everything from shampoo ro hair tonic. The staff at the reception were really nice. There is also a locker to store your luggage when you check out. I strongly recommend this hotel in Nagano.

It is within walking distance from Nagano Station, and the nearest station is Shiyakusho-mae Station on the Nagano-dentetsu.The facilities are a little old, but this hotel has a large public bath and you can relax.

Wir waren zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, fußläufig zu der Nagano Station. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nicht groß (wie üblich), aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
