Staff were rude, especially the front desk. Rooms were untidy. My room was allotted only an hour after my arrival, though I had indicated I will be arriving between 4 and 5 pm.. I was not happy with the room allotted to me and I asked to be moved to another room, which they did. Wifi does not work. Elevator is ancient and creaky. Location is good. Hygiene and cleanliness is not good. Breakfast was cold. There was no Manager or other senior person one could talk to about any issues. On the whole customer service is very poor.

Triumph of service over infrastructure”
Yes, the rooms are not that aesthetic but it comes with an excellent room service staff that make your experience totally worth it. It is the experience that counts for me, and as an experience, I would say it was a great one staying for 15 days at Nandhini-- the location, stone's throw away from KFC, McDonalds, and my work place and the highly responsive staff (rare in India). Highly recommended!

Given the option I would not even give this hotel a one star!”
This is positively the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. We had booked on line and paid, only to be told they were full and when we showed proof of our booking we were told to sit down and wait - an hour later we complained, to be charged for a coffee and juice and told - wait! After a while we eventually got shown a room where trays of food were being carried out and still sat in the corridor 24 hrs later on the floor outside ... We asked for extra pillows 5 times - never came - no key - shower wouldn't work, place was disgusting and stank of mothballs in every place - so much so you couldn't breath and sleep. The noise was incredible all night... We refused to eat there and went down the road. We asked the guy on the desk 4 times to get us a taxi for the following morning for our flight and he refused - telling us to ask the night porter - eventually he had to do it - with a bad grace - as we wanted to go to bed - it took him less than a minute! We asked for an early morning call at 4.30 and got it at 3.45! A dog would be the only thing that would sleep there - but not mine!! DON'T GO!!!!!!

Gud price but .....”
1 st thing they have not given a bill and said it will.be provided by Agoda. Now till now neither Agoda nor the Hotel has given me the bill for my stay. 2nd my check out was in early morning around 3.45am. Then i checked for Hot water but it wasn't available. I called to reception and maintenance but no body picked up. I had to take a bath with cold water in the month of January.

I was a regular visitor to Nandini chain especially the ones in Minerva and jayanagar. But this one was the bad experience. May be because I booked through Agoda for a lower price, the room given was the worst. The toilet does not flush properly, the water will not stop, no hot water, If we open cupboard it is stinking to death. windows are very dirty, Seating chairs are not cleaned for years and you can catch something just by sitting on it. Overall - There is no minibar! and I get a menu for the minibar which is not there itself. Beds were not so clean. I had to spend time in complaining and followup till they shifted me to another room. Front desk is very casual.
