“Nice location, great staff, nice rooms”
Stayed 5 nights in a 3-person room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The beds, toilets, and room was clean. 2 of us later moved to a smaller 2-person room for a day. It had the same, clean toilet but the room was much smaller (the average room you’d find in Tokyo and Osaka for 2). Staff were very kind and the luggage storage system was very cool, you get to store all your luggage there using a chain lock with password of your choosing (probably around 20 locks, so I’m guessing the rest are stored with them elsewhere). Staff were kind and helpful. They displayed toothbrushes, combs, shavers, coffee, tea bags etc in the lobby for you to take to your room. Most floors have vending machines and ice machines, while 4 floors had microwaves.

“Comfy room for a night stay”
Wanted to stay somewhere near after a day at USJ so booked this room even though I couldn’t get a single. The room was nice and cosy, bed was comfy too. The toilet furnishing was a little old but still very clean and the amenities provided was sufficient. The TV also had access to Netflix and YouTube if you don’t want to watch the Japanese channels. Check-in process was a breeze as well since you could choose the language on the self check-in counter. Staff was readily available to help guide and provide amenities like face care set upon request.

“It's a hotel I want to visit again.”
I originally booked a hotel near Don Quijote but canceled and changed it, and I’m really glad I did. Hankyu Sanbangai, Yodobashi, Link Umeda, Starbucks, Komeda, and the airport bus stop are all within about 10 minutes, which is amazing. There's a convenience store right across the street, and today when I went out and came back through the back of the hotel building, there are a lot of food options too. It's the best (◞♥ꈍ∇ꈍ)◞♥. There's no smell of cigarette smoke at all, the room is clean, the water pressure is incredible, hot water comes out abundantly, the windows can be opened, the bedding is clean, and they even provide a phone charging cable, it’s really nice. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the indoor slippers aren't disposable...? I brought my own disposable slippers, haha. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely come back here.

“Great location, bathroom could be updated though”
Loved the location. So close to major train stations, shops and restaurants. So convenient to get anywhere. Bathroom is dated with pink tiles so could use a little updating. Hotel uses Eco Clean which means you don't get your room cleaned every day. They supply you with towels and water hung outside your room in a bag. I would prefer my bed made and room cleaned everyday. So yeah maybe I took a star off for that.

“Good location in Umeda”
Although room is small but it’s clean. Great convenient location at Umeda train and subway station. Nearby about 300m hotel drop off point from Kansai airport via limousine bus, more convenient than taking Haruka even with dragging luggages, easy to navigate to hotel. Although hotel was relatively more expensive but worth the trade off with super prime location.
