Great location next to railway Station and public transport hub, no breakfast but plenty feeding options available within steps. Ensure room closes from inside

Late checkin was problematic and was charged extra at the last moment, even though we indicated this upfront weeks before. Room door did not lock from inside. Room is very small. Shower is very small. I wonder whether fire safety is ok. There was only a single direction exit route.

We had late arrival and no one answered the door bell => reception seems to be located in the bar downstairs without any visible connection to the hotel. Luckily the waitress spotted us and called personnel. Value for the money anyhow.

The hotel situated in a condominium, office situated in a courtyard that is locked to the street. They accepted a reservation at 8:30 pm only to tell me at 1 am when I was finally able to reach them by phone that they close at 8 pm . and I was on my own if the pizzeria was closed Very bad The Picture does not represent the actual hotel. Don’t let the entrance put you off. Once inside the hotel is beautiful. Scary looking in the walk up though. Good central location.

Very close to station so if you are staying over for one night and have early train then maybe this would suit. In a bit of a rough area, but I never felt in danger. Close to McDonald’s if you want fast food but I would recommend going to Mexico coffee shop, it’s cheaper and nicer than a Mac ds! We had to move rooms, as I had paid for a view and we had a courtyard view, the second room was lots better, not just in views. Bed was okay but I would t rave about anything, just it was cheap and kind of cheerful. Staff are friendly, English is limited but they get by and are very helpful if needed. I wouldn’t personally come back, first time in Napoli and I would pick a different location

It was a nightmare to try and find this hotel. When reservations are made, let people know there’s simply a sign, you’ll have to search for an intercom while being hassled by street sellers of fake goods. Filthy, seedy area, did not feel safe until locked inside our room. Front desk man was very kind and helpful. Secure building? No noosed to ring intercom as the door simply pushes open. There’s a “ lock” they say u need to undo to exit, the door barely closes. I would never stay again based on location. Hotel room & bathroom were very clean, that was a relief.

The location is very convinient due to the close train station and metro station but the area is terrible. The hotel looks more like a hostel not a three star hotel and the entrance and location on 3rd floor is not easy accessible and straight forward to get. The view is on the yard inside where all HVAC equipments ar located which are quite noise so there is no practically view at all. The room is very small with double bed but towels change daily and cleaned well. In overall, I wouldn't go there again and not recomending to anyone who is expecting a 3* hotel.

L hôtel très bien situé près de la gare des bus on a fait le centre ville à pied pour ce qui aime marcher pour arriver au centre historique environ 15mna pied.Par contre déçu de l hôtel et du site où on a réserver la chambre d abord on a eu une chambre avec 1 grand lit 1 petit qu on avait demander 2 petit la réceptionniste nous a changer de changer l erreur à été faite sur le site et ensuite on avait pas d eau chaude pour la douche nous étions 4 un coup elle marchais un coup non on a réclamer mais bon ils disait nous allons rétablir cela mais rien n étais fait

Le prix est très bon mais la chambre pour 6 est en fait pour 5 avec très jeunes enfants, le parking est annoncé à 16 euro par jour mais pour 3 jours j ai payé 68 euro en reprenant la voiture entre deux, comptez 2 euro par heure, pas de housse sur matelas. Personnel aimable

Lage katastrophe ist zwar sehr zentral was auch sehr posetiv ist aber Hotel ist im 3 stock unsere buggy passte nicht im.Aufzug rein somit mussten wir 3 etagen hoch tragen.Hotel eingangs tür war so eng das wir abens immer unsere buggy auseinander machen mussten. Toilettenbrille war kaputt Zimmer viel zu eng und klein Frühstück war nix ...sehr wenig auswahl
