Excellent Location”
We stayed for 5 nights and loved this small hotel! Only 5 minutes walking from Arc de Triomphe, which is a hub of public transportation. We could reach everywhere we wanted to go within 30 minutes from this hotel. There were lively local grocery shops such as bakery, veg and fruit shop, seafood shop, cheese shop, chocolaterie... etc are just around the corner. Also, many restaurants, coffee shops and bistros are very close. There are 2 supermarkets within 100 ms from the doorstep. Basically, you have everything you need in 10 minutes walking distance. Even it is the centre of the city, the street was surprisingly quiet. The room was very clean and cosy, the bed was comfortable. the staff was nice and friendly. They have free wifi. We found that the wifi speed in our room was weak and sometimes very slow. It was fine when I went down to the lobby. Overall, hight recommended!!

I have been coming to this hotel now for four years. I love the location. Metro Ternes is 5 min walking you can assess Paris anywhere. Restaurant DADA around the corner their Argentine entrecôte is the best.and the staff is great and I love the cleanliness of the hotel.

Fantastique”
The hotel was super comfortable and clean and cozy. Dark wood furniture and textile walls. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Their is a gourmet market 1 minute from the hotel and line 2 metro is also just a few minutes away. The street is quiet. We were delighted to stay here. The value for money was super.

I have been coming to this hotel since 1995. Love the hotel but the location cannot be beat. Near a market, tons of restaurant, quick walk to le direct airport bus, and down the street from the arc de triumph. Always clean, great ac, rooms are small but comfortable

Hotel Neil close to heart of Paris”
Host staff were very friendly and helpful /knowledgeable with Paris advice. Kitchen staff kept morning breakfast stocked. Rooms were cleaned well daily and toiletries restocked. Air conditioning worked very well. Double bed room great for couples. Hotel is near daily morning market with plenty of restaurants nearby. Arch de Triumph is walking distance minutes away as well as access to Ternes bus, Metro and RER. Great value.

Great hotel, would highly recommend. Clean although our room was small, it was reflected well in the price. Really helpful staff. The best seafood restaurant opposite, and the best burger restaurant opposite. L'Hutriers and Le Grange.

nice location, good price”
nice hotel. small rooms (at least the one I stayed in). really tight hallways. But other than that, for its location a few minutes walk from the Arc of Triumph and nice vibrant surroundings, for the price that in my case was only 60€, its a bargain. Beware that this price does not include breakfast (you can have it for 10€ more) nor the tourism taxes (1,85€). Overall, I would repeat my stay.

Low cleanliness”
Spider webbing on the walls. Dust on all tables / bedside tables in the room. The bathroom does not look like in pictures at all. I was honestly afraid to make bath to the children. He was pretty cool in the room. Although we set the heat on 30 degrees in the hope that it would warm up and went all night, I do not think it was 24 degrees in the morning until morning. Very good location. Close to the Arc de Triomphe and the place where the shuttle leaves for Beauvais.

Maid left door wide open for 5 hours!”
All we received was a simple apology. It's far from acceptable to have our door completely open for 5 hours whilst we are out. We were expected to say "OK, no problem!". My frustrations were not acknowledged at all, it was a case of, well what can we do now, it's done. No compensation for ruining our trip. We had to spend an hour going through our luggage to ensure nothing was stolen.

The hotel is in a very nice location. Rooms are very basic and no other services are available. Staff are very kind and helpful also try hard. Beds are not very comfortable but will do.

Excellent emplacement et très bon rapport qualité prix grâce à la promo!! Accueil sympathique mais pas au courant de tout car proposition d’aller au feu d’artifice à l’arc de triomphe😆! Accès à la chambre plus tôt que prévu donc très appréciable. Quartier très agréable! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
