Extra cost for additional bottle water”
Check in smooth. Hotel is very full during the time we travel, we need to move room for two times, not so convenient travelling with families. Need pay extra for additional bottle water.

Very small room”
Location is good. Staff are efficient. The hotel is a bit old but I think the hotel brand is good. We are travelling with baby, no baby amenities other than baby crib, addition charge required for extra bottles of water is not so good, water did not cost a lot. Overall is ok but not meeting my expectations.

Great location and excellent service. ”
An older hotel and still well worth the money. Location is just great, across the street from the Hakata station. Super helpful concierge. Subway access right next door and lots of shops and restaurants along the underground walkways. Rooms are large for Japanese standard.

Great stay”
Staff was really nice, and it was a surprise to find a staff who can speak Cantonese and very helpful. Hotel's location is GREAT, easy access to basically everything.

Excellent location”
You can't beat Nikko's location, walking distance of a few minutes to the Hakata Station, two 7-11s on each side of the hotel, Starbucks and a whole underground food street available nearby. It's easy to get taxis and also convenient for us to park our rental cars in the basement car park as well. Nice breakfast (western) but my brother's family say the Japanese breakfast aren't enough for them (quantity of food). My 60 year-old father wanted to swim in the swimming pool but the staff told us that an "entrance fee" of 2700 yen was needed....that's the first time I've ever encountered in an international 5-star hotel. Anyway, the rooms were excellent, I'd stay at this one again next time when I visit Fukuoka.

Awesome Hotel”
I have really enjoyed my stay here. Service is exceptional. My girlfriend and I were greeted instantly when we walked into the hotel, and our luggage was taken care of at the same time. Staff members are polite. A bit disappointed as the reception simply handed me the key card without mentioning the check out time. But the staff escorting us upstair did a much better job as she told us about the wifi. The hotel is a bit aging but everything is well maintained. Location is great as it is closed to the train station, but I would suggest avoid accessing the hotel through the underground street at night as it was quiet and lacked sufficient lighting there. Much better to walk above ground.
