Great choice for staying close to Kumamoto Castle and the central shopping area!”

Just mins walk away from the entrance to the castle, and the buzzy shops / restaurants / entertainment spots are just across the road if you wanna hang out with the youngsters Staff, service, facilities etc. were great! Highly recommended to anyone.

Right at the heart of shopping. Classy hotel which is what u expect of a Nikko. Couldn’t have asked for anything more - except complimentary parking as u have to pay for overnight parking that costs 1500 yen (unlimited entry and exit)

Great Hotel with a great view”

Got a hotel room with view of Kumamoto Castle. Very efficient staff. Lovely breakfast. Bus and tram stops just steps from the hotel. Catholic church right beside the hotel. Location is between Suizenji Garden and Kumamoto Castle. Shopping street right beside and across hotel. Everything within easy reach. Love to come back again.

NICE VIEW AND COMFORTABLE ROOM”

I would said room type is bigger than what I thought in Japan. Due to I request for the castle view so I got to paid for 1000Yen for upgrade for each night.. Room type will be twin bed instead of Double Bed which I fee this is the negative view from me. UNFORTYNATELY hotel didn't really put me in priority to their latest renovate floor even I did mention is my birthday trip which make me dissapointed too.. For Other Service such like houseKeeping , Check In and Check.Out are fine.. It's a good Choice for stay area..

A modern hotel at the centre of Kumamoto”

It is a very nice hotel with scenic view. The Kumamoto City is just in front of the hotel. Shopping malls and the key bus stops are nearby. It is a good place for shopping and sightseeing.
