Staffs tried their best but restraint probably by profit
Nice clean modern rooms and helpful staffs. There's a shuttle bus to city so it's good. It's a little way out of the city where all the tourist attractions are. While check in a staff agreed to late check out, when I asked again the next day they said room was booked so we cannot do a late check out. This happened to other guests I heard to their annoyance. Same things at breakfast everyday which they should improved. Do not try the Japanese restaurant unless you are someone who don't expect high quality Japanese sushi!!

Quite satisfied with what I paid for
Rooms can be improved more although they solved the problem for me, but ithe problem tend to happen again. Not their fault tho, it's just maybe the facilities are already faulty.
