Acceptable
Room not well maintained. Can hear vibration noise from aircon and toilet door because the door latch is an improvised loose piece of metal. Room door cannot be lock when inside and the manual sliding lock is broken. You can only hope that no one has access card that can open your door at night.

Back for Christmas
In the begining it make a very irri feelings. But once I get used to it then is fine. We did a last minute booking and the room needs a bit of face lifting and painting. The walls with marks . but the Bedsheet and beds were all ok. The staff were extra helpful and they spray our room each night .... Good Hotel but need to repaint a little and the bathroom door needs a front lock and the trap fixed because mosquitoes can come in..

Some improvements need to be done
I booked the hotel for my friend and we travel by car, so far Location is not an issue for us during the trip. And the staff is still okay. The main issue is the facilities which I suggest to improve, such as the door for both room and toilet are broke, tv don't have signals, and one lamp are broken. The cleanliness of the room also concerned me, such as the bed sheet is written with blue ink, towels looks very old and dirty, the floor also a little bit dusty and the side are full with "lizard poops". But luckily the toilet is quite clean which is good.

Cleanliness need to be improved
The room is full of dusts. Bed is dirty, there are stained and water mark on Blanket. Toilet facilities discovered with rust. Not recommended to stay in this hotel because it is not valuable.

Dishonest staff alert!
I accidentally left my phone on the bed on checkout. I returned to the hotel about 2hours later to retrieve it. I tried calling my own phone and it rang but the call got cancelled. At second attempt, the phone was switched off. We reached the hotel and found out that only one house keeping staff was on duty, the room had been cleaned and not occupied, and that no one else has entered the room after we left. We insisted to check the room again, and the housekeeping staff kept convincing us that the policy on lost and found was to hand over to front desk. We mentioned that we've got a tracker on the phone and that it was showing that it's in the building. We said we'd report to the police. The housekeeping staff looked scared, and kept his hand to his front pocket. He then suspiciously asked to check the toilet. He went to the bed. When we turned to the bed, he said that if there is anything dropped, it would be under the bed (mind you, this bed was already made by time we came back). He lifted the bed, and the phone was right in the middle under the bed. I took it to discover that the plastic cover had been reversed. Perhaps an attempt to open the back cover to remove the sim card. Too much coincidences and cover-up. Lack of ethics. The front desk staff was also very rude when we checked in. No smile, no greetings, demanded for my IC and no thanks whatsoever. I will definitely NOT come back to this hotel.

not much facilities provided
not much facilities provided, room lock is broken, shower head broken so water keep coming out even already closed it, toilet glass door also broken, budget stay for those who dont mind too much
