Superb hotel! Highly recommended! Great CP value. We received very warm welcome as we checked in. Spacious room (more than enough for two medium sized luggage) - which is rare in Tokyo city. The convenience-store is just 30 seconds walk downstairs. There are restaurants in the neighbourhood. Just 3-5 minutes walk to the metro station. We loved the design and style of the hotel! Very nice lobby and room interior. Clean and tidy, and smells nice! Friendly and helpful staff - who gave us good advice as to how to get to the airport.

My regular business choice”
I love this hotel and I always stay here now as Jinbocho is convenient for my business meetings. It's a charming neighborhood if you want to stay somewhere not in the guide books, and it's only a short walk to the metro station. The hotel itself is absolutely delightful, small rooms but very cosy and I LOVE the rooms. I don't have breakfast at the hotel as it's very expensive and quite fancy, but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. Can't wait for my next stay!

I took a solo trip to Tokyo and found this place in the Lonely Planet guidebook. The staff was friendly, spoke excellent English for those travelers who need that, and were super helpful when it came to finding something or getting around. They have a list of restaurants in the area, broken down by type (ramen place, sushi place, soba, etc), and a map of how to get there. They have relaxing, full body massage chairs that are free. Their breakfast was delicious, and I also got a good meal from room service, and an in the room shiatsu massage. The room prices were fantastic. The only thing I wish they had were some more English speaking TV stations in the rooms (all they had was CNN and BBC news). I would definitely stay here again.

The location is good. Quiet. A convenience store right next to it. Tokyo Dome, toei and jr lines nearby. Room and bathroom all good. In room amenities great. The bed is very good for sleeping. Staff very helpful.

Modern Japanese design style, comfortable beds, ver nice and helpful staff, clean, rooms well equipped the coffee from the machine in the room was one of the best american coffees I have ever had: - usually I avoid this type of drink - here not so ! Many other restaurants and a metro station close by, a Mart store among the nearest neighbors. Subway from Haneda airport takes 50 minutes on 3 different lines.

Travelled in a group of 5 adults. And stayed 2 nights. The hotel was quite close to JR suidobashi station. A lot of restaurants nearby, convenient but not too busy like ginza or shinjuku, good for those who’d prefer a quiet stay like us. Room is not big, but acceptable in the Tokyo standard. Overall it’s clean and comfortable.

The room was quite large, big comfy bed, great large bathroom as well, and had a decent view. The staff spoke English well enough, and it was very easy to find (although a bit of a walk from the nearest station). Nothing to complain about.

U-Bahn in ca. 10 Minuten Gehweite, Kaiserpark und -schloss , Museum of Modern Art ca. 15-20 Minuten , nette Cafes in ca. 5 Minuten , Fruehstueck recht teuer, Keine ausreichenden Abdunkelung der Raeume (japanische Milchglas-Schiebefenster statt Vorhaenge), unbedingt Augenmaske mitnehmen!

This is my second time staying at the 庭ホテル The staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out, calling Yoidobashi Camera when I had misplaced my passport. The hotel and room cleanliness were excellent. I would prefer more healthy options for breakfast at the price charged, e.g. whole grain or multi-grain bread is popular in Australia right now, and low sugar granola for example. Also we prefer peanut butter or Vegemite over conserves. The gym could do with at least some free weights and a bench for guys to do some simple weight training.

I would recommend this hotel, but the location nor the room does not warrant the cost. It may be more reasonably priced during off peak seasons. I felt the room was not value for money. I booked as they had a gym,however it was small and did not have any free weights. The staff on the other hand were excellent and very helpful.
