Enjoy our stay”
The hotel is 4 min walk from train station and accessible to many restasurants. We were given a very spacious and beautiful room on the 6th floor for our 1st check in. We were impressed by the room size and it even has a walk in wardrobe and big bathroom. However, our 2nd check in 3 days later we were a little disappointed. The size of the rooms differ so much. The staff were very accommodating and had our room changed. Though it was bigger, the room deco seems older compared to our 1st check in. Despite the fact, we enjoyed our stay at Nord Nuova Roma and will certainly return on our next visit. We would like to have the room on the 6th floor. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.
Great choice near Roma Termini train station”
We arrived at Rome's airport fairly late at night so we decided to spend the night in Rome before continuing to Bologna (it's a long story why we flew to Rome). We took the train from the airport and were continuing by train, so we want to stay near the train station. This hotel is a quick walk from Roma Termini. Very convenient. We had a large room, very clean and comfortable. This is a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet, included in the price. I wish we had arrived earlier because it has a beautiful roof terrace and quaint bar. We only had time for a quick drink before it closed. This would actually be a good choice for an extended stay in Rome. It's right next to the Palazzo Massimo alle Terme, which is the national museum of classical Roman art.
Unassuming Hotel with Character”
The first impression of the hotel upon arriving at the venue was the old charm look of the interior. With red leather sofa agaibst wooden shelves warm roman wall facade, the staff was attentive and warm to all visitors. They communicated well in English so it was an ease to checkin. Hotel is well located near the Termini Station and is definitely central to all venue we had planned to go within room. Buses are all within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel has a gym room with was nice but we did not use it, but breakfast in the morning starts as early as 6.30 am which is great for Travellers like us on a full day outing to maximise our travel experience in Rome. The food spread was awesome and more then ample to charge up the "battery" for the day. Freshly prepared salad, cheese, hams, salami, breads and croissants and delicious pastry awaits you. The room we stayed in was large and gave the old roman feel. It was neat and spacious and will definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay.”
Located near to termini, Nord nuova turned out to be a great hotel on our modest budget. The rooms were clean and maintained, the staff was cordial and friendly, and the location helped us take bus or train to anywhere in Rome without too much walking. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. Would highly recommend.
Great time in Roma”
I would stay at the Hotel Nord Roma again without hesitation. The location is great and the staff as helpful as one could want. Breakfasts were super and the room was spartan but comfortable. The Handy phone device they provide is a great tool for free lancing around the town and helped us to find areas we were unfamiliar with. What more can one say except thanks for the great experience in Rome.
Really close to Rome Termini station. Not too far from major sites which was walkable or you can catch the Metro. Stayed in a room with a single bed. Got everything you need in terms of bathroom/shower and toilet. Shower is a bit small but normal I guess for European hotels. Rooftop Bar was nice. Staff were extremely friendly. Had the complimentary breakfast, it was ok. Not much variety but enough to fill you before you walk around Rome.
Convenient Hotel near Rome Terminal”
This is a very convenient hotel near Roma Termini, the main train station in Rome city . It is a small boutique hotel, but well organized. Staff are very professional. Room size is small - try to avoid the single room, which is extremely small...double room is OK.
Close to republic station and Roma termini, one train or bus will lead you to FCO Rome airport. Can walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Breakfast was cosy and served early from 6:30am so you can eat before the local tours start at around 7:30am. Recommend this place for convenience and for its price!
Great value great location great staff”
I was a solo traveler and needed a place for one night that was close to Termini train station. This hotel was perfect. My room was tiny but had all that I needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My train was to leave very early in the morning the next day which meant I had to leave before breakfast was served so the friendly person at front desk made sure to pack me a breakfast. I would stay here again!
Great location while stay at Rome! We joined hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. The room is big enough for two and comfortable, breakfast is satisfied. It's also close to Termini railway station. Highly recommended!
Best hotel during our entire Euro trip”
We had the most comfortable stay at this hotel. I'm glad I believed the reviews on trip advisor and booked this hotel. Our room wasn't big during the first leg of our journey but it was quite comfortable and well furnished. We stayed again at the hotel on our last night in Italy. This time, however, our room was a lot bigger than the previous one. So I'm not sure whether were were upgraded to a delux room as, both times, we had booked an economy room. Anyhow, the hotel is quite pricey by 3-star standards but unlike some other hotels in Europe that claim to be 3-stars, this hotel is most definitely a 3-star hotel- clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, perfect location...made our stay in Rome a positive experience.
One Night in Rome”
The location of the hotel is good, just 5 minutes walk from the Roma Central Station, good for travelers who want to make quick in and out. It is a small boutique hotel, room is typically small, breakfast is OK, but all value for the money you paid for. Good Staff, very clear , fast check in and check out.
Loved this hotel and in a good area close to Roma Termini. Good sized room, lovely terrace on the roof and good choice at breakfast. My only complaint is poor water pressure in shower and temp kept changing. Small shower area. Complimentary water bottle each day would've been nice but was available for purchase. Wifi worked ok.
Very convenient near the Termini st.”
The location was perfect! It was right behind the Termini station where you can get everything for food, transportation, exchanger currency, souvenirs. I liked the room interiors - antique-ish and pretty. At last, the important things - the front staff were delightful and kind. Thank you, Roma!
Great location and clean”
excellent location as only 2 mins walk from roma termini and very convenient given both subway station stops here. friendly staff and clean bed with all u need.
Value for Money .. Convenience ”
Simply put the hotel was definitely worth every penny. The hotel is conveniently located in such a way, that you can walk to all the main tourist attractions, including the Vatican City (Vatican city is about 45 minute walk). We chose this hotel after one of our close friend’s recommended the place. From the start the reception staff were friendly, and had some expert knowledge on local restaurants. The standard rooms are manageable with all the amenities; however we were upgraded to deluxe on our return from Sorrento. The hotel offers a modest breakfast, whilst the rest of the meals can be easily accessible by one of the many surrounding restaurants. The only down side is the breakfast staff need to be more cheerful in the morning. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the Rome Metro Station, which is of great convenience especially if you are travelling to other destinations in Italy.
Quite impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel considering it's quite a old hotel. Room tiles and floorings are marbled. Beds and pillows are comfortable to sleep in. Reception staff is friendly and helpful by showing us the map and explaining to us the places to visit in Rome. Breakfast has a few varieties with egg, salad, cereals and sausages. It was definitely a good night rest for us before flying home. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy more.
It's very near to Termini Station, very accommodating staff and the room was completely clean. Breakfast was very good as well! However, I'm sort of disappointed to my room. I've booked my room one month before my stay and apparently it is not the room that I expected to be. Instead of Double Standard Room they gave me the Single Room. :( Well, I want to ask them about it but I didn't bother them anymore since I'm just staying for 3 days and I'm always outside... Its just that, I want more a spacious room than having a small single room.
A very nice room”
I really have no major complaints about this place. It is located about a block from Termini, however you will never really hear any noise from it. You are also within a 20-25min walking distance from almost everything aside from the Vatican. The rooms themselves are quite nice.. with windows that you can fully open to allow you to hear the music and faint noises of the world around. The bathroom could use a little work, especially the shower doors.. however its well within acceptable levels and is pretty homely for what it is. The staff was fun, however there really were no "do not disturb" signs to put up. A few times I had someone try to just come right in to do housekeeping, but I had it locked so they couldn't.. I am kind of a late sleeper, so I wasn't fond of that. They even ended up calling to see why. Other than that, the place was perfect for my needs and I was able to walk to all of the sites and restaurants that I wanted to go to (except the vatican).
10/10 for Location”
Nice little boutique hotel, with a fantastic location very close to the Roma Termini, literally a 3 min walk away. Breakfast was satisfactory, I'd stay here again.
