This is a good hotel of visakhapatnam in from of sea beach. Hotel is so cleaned. And food is delicious. All staff are helpful . Rooms are cleaned and big with all facilities.

Look no further, this is probably the best hotel in town. Slightly dated but still acceptable. Clean comfortable stay but mgmt may want to consider renovating the premise soon.

Executive Suite”
I stayed at the executive suite with my wife. It was a good experience. The facility was clean and staff was helpful. The view from the suite's large windows were awesome. At that time I shelled out 70k for couple of nights, I think it was a bit much for that suite. The tv did not have ott apps and the wifi had a limit of 4 devices. Given this was the top tier offering, I was expecting better.

Travelling solo or with a group or as a couple, this place is a must stay. It has a sea view which is just amazing. The amenities are state of the art. Rooms are big spacious & modern. Room service is prompt. This will go down as one of the best experinces of your life.

Excellent place if you are someone who loves nature view. Cleanliness is to the expected level. Definetly its very expensive but ull get that satisfaction for sure. One of the Hotel Managers Shweta was very understanding and customer centric. If you are a lover of South Indian, you might not like it when it comes to food, the food is more for north Indian or continental. Only one disappointment was there is no bath tub for a Premier room.

The room allotted to me had an open circuit on the door lock...major security concern. I ordered an item in the breakfast and never got it...in fact the service staff came thrice but with incorrect orders... Only good thing about the hotel was location.... it’s right on the beach and you can enjoy the beach from the swimming pool!! Rest all was just ok.... not even near Novotel standards.....

Being one of the most expensive hotels in Vizag, I expected good services and courteous staff. It was my anniversary and I had reached out to them to arrange flowers and made request for higher floor. Weird...flowers are not allowed it seems. They said they would decorate the bed swans as consolation. When I reached hotel they said they do not know anything about my special request even though I provided details during booking, on call and through mail. After that....wherever you go they want to know your room number. It border lines on pestering and really felt unwelcomed. I feel it's not a good place for couples. I noticed they were very courteous to bureaucrats and high ranking officers. I feel couples and family are better off some where else and should avoid this place. Total rip off

Worst Experience ever”
They made us stand in queues at reception. They could have easily applied coupon system and call customers one by one. The front desk was trying to be polite but was sarcastic and rude gesture wise. what shocked us was, whatever we ordered in day time and dinner (for which we signed on the bill also), they appeared at our door at 2am and asked us to pay the bill giving some useless excuse.

I was there for business and this being my first ever visit to Visakhapatnam I was not sure what to expect. The hotel turn out to be very nicely located right in front of sea and I was lucky to get the ocean view room. The Roof Top restaurant in the evening was great dining though the open placeis small (will advise families with kids to stay inside the restaurant) but the food was just superb.T.V. going off regularly and slow internet was alittle dampner but I suppose that is mostly to do with Telcos and not with the hotel. I spent 24th December night here and was not disappointed as the hotel has a musical event organized in it's beautiful pool side lawns. The Spa is an added luxury if you wish to relax. The airport is good an hour or little more (in a bad traffic day)and there is no shuttle. The city doesn't have a taxi culture and quick way to reach anywhere is either to catch an auto (three wheeler) or take hotel taxi which is very expensive. Overall a great experience and I would love to stay here again.

after spending 2 hectic days attending a friend's wedding, we wanted to relax on the last day of our stay at vizag.. so we decided to book novotel for the final day of our stay.. incidentally the wedding was also happening at novotel hotel, so when we came to attend that, we requested the hotel staff if we could check-in early the next day as we were travelling with our baby daughter.. the staff was most welcoming & we were allowed to check-in at 10:30 in the morning.. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant saffron and it was great.. all in all, a short but great stay at the hotel..

A great hotel for a stay in Vizag”
It was great. It's a lovely, well maintained hotel with a great pool area and beautiful sea views. The staff are fantastic - professional, friendly and helpful. We were unwell while staying at this hotel with bronchitis and the hotel staff were exceptionally kind. One even drove us to a nearby medical centre, helped us with everything and took us back to the hotel afterwards. The food was fabulous and very tasty. We paid for an upgrade to have faster WiFi access and use of the premier lounge from 6-8pm each evening where complimentary drinks and snacks were served every evening in a lounge with beautiful sea views. It was definitely worth it. Our only slight criticisms would be that the standard complimentary WiFi (preupgade) was slow and that there was a bit of mould in our room. We mentioned this to the housekeeping staff who dealt with it.
