Having previously stayed around Orchard Road, it was a great opportunity to experience staying in a different part of the city. We arrived early on NYE and whilst check in time was supposed to be 3am, the staff had a room ready for us a few hours early. The room was really comfortable, clean and well appointed with complimentary minibar (snacks and drinks), which was restocked each day with the room clean. Located near Arab Street, there are plenty of eating options – we highly recommend Haji Maimunah for authentic Malay – and there are plenty of local eateries (mamaks) in the area. Haji Lane is also a short walk away with clothing boutiques, coffee shops, bars and other cool spots to hang out.

Great deal for its location and value for money”
The hotel is close to bus stops and the MRT Bugis station, which makes it accessible if you want to visit places at the City Centre or if you are heading to the airport. The staff were accommodating and responsive. Hotel NuVe provides a jar of snacks and a water dispenser at the lobby. I'm glad they have a hair dryer installed near the mirror and that they have a standby smartphone to use data. We booked the basic room and it was a comfortable neat place to sleep after a long day of walking and exploring Singapore. You can't use it as hotspot for your phone but you can use it for maps and web browsing. The bathroom is spacious, the water heater is working, the toilet comes with bidet (which is a big PLUS because some hotels don't have it) but it would be better if the shower is separated from the toilet bowl and sink with curtains/glass door to avoid the entire bathroom floor from getting wet. Or, they may want to provide bathroom slippers instead. Overall, we had an amazing stay. :)

Small but clean and decent”
The hotel’s location is perfect, just around the corner or the famous zamzam restaurant, within walking distance to arabica coffee etc. The room was small but not crowded, I can still put my things around and do prayers (shalat) comfortably. Most of all, the room was clean. They gave us bottle for water inside the room that we can refill for free outside. Staff were nice and helpful. The downside of this hotel is that the wall/door was not soundproofed so being a light sleeper that I am, I was not sleeping well. I kept waking up several times at night because people kept coming and going, talking and laughing in the hallway during the night. I can hear it clearly, even the sound of doors being shut or the sound of the water piping if someone used their bathroom was quite loud. I will suggest the hotel to put a notice of “Quiet Time after 10pm” as hotels in Japan usually does. And maybe put some cushion on the doors so it won’t shut loudly. Hope it helps :)

The location of the hotel is walking distance from bugis train station. Also walkable to tourist spot like arab street and more halal food nearby. Hotel was fine. Air conditioner is good. Bed so comfy. Not really spacious but overall was excellent. Got room located at the highest level which nearby to rooftop. Easier for us smoker to go smoke since smoking area also located at the rooftop. The rooftop a bit small but nice for taking picture and view.

Location: Near the bus stops and MRT Bugis. I Recommend to ride a bus going to tourist attractions (less walk) Room: Comfy bed, free room cleaning everyday, hot and cold shower, Iron, hair blower, adaptor, ezlink card and hotel slippers are available in the reception area They don’t provide pocket wifi anymore

I would like to commend Ms fish of their reception area. Very friendly and kind. She works at night duty and very helpful for tourist like me. Their room is so small but enough for us to sleep well after a tiring day tour. Location is great since its ear MRT, Bus Station and Mall. And My daughter loves their free buscuits. We will come back here for sure!

Pros and Cons”
We stayed at Hotel Nuve for 4 days. Pros: 1. Polite Staffs 2. Allowed us to early check in at 12:00pm and late checkout at 1:00pm 3. With complementary use of Handy Phone which has unlimited data. The phone is very useful for navigating the City. 4. With free drinking water at the lobby. 5. Free use of adapter. 6. Free use of glass bottle for water refills. 7. Clean Rooms. 8. With roof deck where you can eat your take away foods. 9. Just 15 minutes walk from MRT and Bus stations. 10. Near 7/11 and Bugis Food Street. Con: 1. Not all drinking cups at the lobby are clean. One cup has a lipstick on it for two days.

I stayed for a week in Hotel Nuve, Bugis. First, the location is very near MRT Bugis Station and also Near Raffles Hospital. A lot if eatery nearby and the hotel staffs are very nice and helpful, They even help us booked 2 separated grab cars coz our luggages can't fit in a regular taxi going to airport. The room is big enough, very clean, hot shower and also free coffee/tea daily 👍 There's also water dispenser at the lobby near elevator so hotel guests no need to buy water outside. Definitely will book again at this Hotel on my next Singapore Vacation with my kids 👍

This was our second time stayed in Hotel Nuve. Staffs very friendly & nice. Mini bar are free and there was also free handyphone that we can use to call home and for browsing too. Location is excellent with many local restaurant around. Highly recommended
