Exceptional”
We had a wonderful stay here, just wish we could’ve stayed longer. We checked in late which was no problem at all. Our room was very clean and had a gorgeous view over the port. My kids were glued to the window looking at the view. The location is amazing - Meriken park is right outside and we’re able to walk straight outside to explore. We didn’t get to explore many of the hotel services but they looked amazing. The staff was incredibly hospitable and they cleared up an issue with parking (our ticket wasn’t originally validated) right away. We’d definitely stay here again!

Staff are amazing after a mis communication which was Agoda's fault with not being accurate with description the Hotel very kindly helped us move room location. The ocean view was stunning! The room was very large and part of room service had Japan times news paper in English popped under door each morning. The bell boy was just fantastic as he helped us move rooms. It was a great location museum at the base and train station just 17min walk away. This is a must stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Okura Kobe”
The hotel provides free shuttle bus from Sannomiya Station to the hotel, which makes traveling convenient. We were greeted with Omotenashi experience from the moment we enter the hotel, from check-in until we were brought to our room by a staff, together with our luggage. The view of Kobe Tower and Meriken Park from the room was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Okura Kobe.

We are one couple and two kids live one room . That is a big and comfortable room for us .and near port and many views and go to shopping mall about 15 mins. and hotel have shuttle bus go to 三宫station. That is nice and unforgettable trip for us.

Impeccable”
The service was perfection - from check-in to checkout. Our room was a lovely, corner room on a high floor where we could see the ferris wheel and the infamous "BEKOBE" sculpture. The location is perfect for exploring the artsy area of Kobe. Be sure to visit the hotel's Japanese Garden, which is breathtakingly beautiful. Breakfast was a bounty of choices, both Japanese and Western. No question, this is where we will stay on our next trip to Kobe.

Location was great for the Rugby World Cup as the fan zone was next door. Great spot for my kids to play and scooter around. Great location to plenty of restaurants that served up Kobe beef!!! Plenty of restaurants and also shopping. Wish we stayed longer. Rooms again very very spacious for my family.

It was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. We had a high floor room with brilliant view. The room was spacious and trendy. Staff are really nice and friendly. Beautiful hotel ”
Meriken park is just around the corner. A slow walk of 10 mins to Kobe chinatown. Service level of one conceige boy is superb. Helping us with our luggages, guiding us with directions and taking photos of the xmas tree in the lobby. Room is big, harbour facing, with air purifier. We love this hotel. Will go return if we are going kobe again.

A super value for money hotel given the promotion price. Very satisfied with every aspect from food to room facilities. Surrounding is very nice with magnificent views. Able to see the Harbour view from hotel room, some could even be able to see the beautiful sunset or sunrise. Highly recommended.

Great Experience”
Great hotel right at the water. Largest room we had on our vacation in Japan. Even had a spectacular view. The hotel personnel were all very attentive and helpful. Only drawbacks were that the bed was a little too firm and it is a 12-15 minute walk from public transportation. Highly recommended.

Wonderful room and service with beautiful view outside ”
It was a quick business trip to Kobe, and since we had an early morning flight from Kobe Airport, I booked a room at this hotel. The room was really nice and comfortable, and staff was very attentive. The night view from the room was really nice. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it was close enough to the China Town for nice dinner. Overall I was satisfied.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Okura Kobe. The staff was energetic and made sure we settled in comfortably and the room was spacious and comfortable. The room also had and absolutely spectacular view! The hotel is located at the waterfront and is a short walk from a subway station. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kobe!

Beautiful view and nice hotel”
The hotel building itself is a bit old but the room is spacious and the lobby area is very nice. The room we got has very nice view of the harbor so we didn't have to go outside at all to enjoy it. The staff was very nice - when I realized that I left something in the room after check-out, one of concierge staff went to the room with me right away to retrieve it not to miss the shuttle bus to the train station. It was close to Mosaic mall area (less than 10 min. walk) and city tour bus stop was nearby. There was a big supermarket on the way to the Mosaic.

The hotel is beautiful, all the common areas and rooms are really nice. The location, near the port, is a bit far away from the main attractions of the city, but the free shuttle bus to Sannomiya station makes things easier. The staff is really nice and well trained, allowed me to check in earlier, escorted me to my room, which had a beautiful view of the port and Kobe Port Tower, and explained everything in detail. Breakfast is one of the best I had in Japan, with a huge selection of both Western and Japanese options. Their omelette and French toast are definitely a must-try.
