Excessive Extras”
Not a bad place but I had a small bit of laundry to do and the cost left me feeling like it had been taken advantage of. I also wanted to use the steam room in the spa but declined when they told me the cost. I don't mind paying for services. I don't like being ripped-off!

Cost is very good and very clean The bad : the rooms are not in good sound isolation,, you can hear the street and people walking in the corridor.

Not so good experience........”
I am staying in this hotel for second time, mainly due to its location. Even last time when I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and there was some misunderstanding about one or two adults in a room and I paid extra money for one person as they said the max occupancy in that room is one person. But when I booked this time, 2 rooms for 4 adults, I made sure the max occupancy in each room is 2 persons which was at a higher price than the normal one. When I reached the hotel they told me the email that they received from Agoda is 2 rooms for max occupancy of 2 adults and I have to pay for 2 extra persons. I tried to convince them that max occupancy is normally given per room and not as per 2 rooms. I even opened Agoda site in their computer and showed them the type of room I have booked which was showing 2 persons per room and the amount I paid was tallying with it. They kept on insisting on the email they got from Agoda. I told them it was the second time its happening with me, So I was really careful about this booking and asked if they could contact Agoda. BUT IT WAS ONLY THE PROBLEM OF CUSTOMER NOW. I CAN CONTACT AGODA IF I WANT TO. We were really tired as it was the last day of our trip and just paid the extra 1,000 Rs they asked for.Also there is no bar in this hotel. As only 5 star hotels are allowed to have a bar in kerala, many people who book a 5 star property are mainly looking forward for a bar. It shouldn't be advertised as a 5 star property if they don't have a Bar license or if the classification is not over. The room I stayed was good, but couldn't compensate for my bad experiences.
