If you are looking for a short business trip without the hassle of driving, this hotel is superb in term of location. Less than 5 minutes to LRT station that will connect you to the whole of Klang Valley. Value wise, amenities provided good for hotel of its size and stature. Do not compare with high end hotels. Location also superb for food and shopping. Hotel is surrounded by an array of food establishments, from local to west end. You will be spoiled for choices. IOI mall is across the highway, just take the connected bridge through the LRT station, you could be in for shopping and eating spree.

The room they gave AC doesn't work at all, changed another room, no card can open that room door, change to another room, either no power but they fixed it, TV remote without battery, AC wasn't call enough, floor towel is dirty, and shower towel has one weird smell. Till the point i don't even know if the room they gave is the same as what i have booked.

I show my Agoda booking ID Upon check in, but the receptionist told me they hv stopped to work with Agoda and they not responsible for this order!! I’m at shock as that was evening 8pm.. where shall I to look for other hotel. The receptionist then to make a phone to someone to verify my booking, afterthat he said just give me a room .. and it’s “special” only! I was thinking I already paid and it’s not FREE! funny things is the room OFFER to me is the end room at 1st floor. I first enter the room. I not feel good, can see money coins elsewhere on the floor like chinese praying ..(strong feeling this room 👽). Really something happened at night .. scary!! would not come back to this hotel again! Bad service and bad management!

Strategy location”
This hotel is located at a strategy location. There are lots of shop lot surrounding the hotel and the best part is I no need to worry about my meal. Besides that, this hotel is nearby a shopping mall and a karaoke centre. Therefore i can have fun during night time. The staff there were very friendly too. I enjoy staying there. Thank you~

The room is clean and tidy although it is small in size. It is suitable for short term stay and rest. The location is great as it is just beside IOI Boulevard which got pub and bistro, food and beverage, dessert and so on. The bakery shop located at downstairs of the hotel also awesome with their egg tart.
