Pro - Everything u need is there, cupboard, toilet in every room, small kitchen, small boiler, small round table, cups, small fridge, hair dryer, washing machine(share), easy come easy go, no curfew. -Nearby Tsuruhashi station which u can access all the trains, JR, Kintetsu, subway,etc - Nearby convenience store, markets mini markets, and lot of restaurant, cafe, all of them are very cheap compare to tourist place like dontobori. - Nice Host, nice staff, speak chinese too, someone will pick u up nearby Tsuruhashi station, and will roughly recommend some nice restaurant to u. Host will stay in contact with you, if you need anything from her. Con - no plate, no bowl, round table is small, if u plan to buy foods and eat in the room, u can buy a instant noodle with large bowl to contain you food. A private room with toilet and every basic facilities you needs, it is a very good deal. Highly recommended. Thanks

Nice place to stay”
4 people in my family (my husband, 3 kids(17, 13 and 6 year olds) and I stayed at New Tsuruhashi House for 5 nights. It's a good place to stay. Mika is very good girl, cute, helpful and has a very good service mind . She helps me a lot while stayed there. This place is located not far from the train station whether Private train, Subway and bus (the station is in the same place). It is only 3 stations from Tsuruhashi to Namba station. And also a lot of restaurants which are very good teste and not expensive. There is the big market, 2 Lawsan shops and 2 family mart shops around there. So only one thing that there are 3 floors but no elevator. If you have elder person you can request for the first floor.

Good place to stay”
I stayed at New Tsuruhashi House for 4 nights. It's a good place to stay. The staff is very helpful and has a good service mind . Location of the hotel also good, you can find a convenience store (Lawson) next to the hotel, around 100 meters or 3 minute walk. If you come from Kansai international airport, you can take either train or bus to Namba station and from there take a subway to the hotel. The subway station is 5-7 minute walk to the hotel. Moreover, in the morning you can find many restaurants to have your breakfast before you spend your day.

Helpful staff and great location ”
I travel with two children, 1 year old and 7 years old. The staff is so helpful, whenever we confused which way to go, once you text the staff, she will reply immediately, the part I love the most is they do provide washing machine, I can do the laundry over there, it’s helps me to minimise the dirty laundry when I am leaving. The location is convenient to access most of the places in Osaka.

Stayed here for 6 days, everything was perfect, room is considered big as compared to those in Tokyo. Many eateries around the hotel, more than 3 convenient stores along the way. Host speaks Mandarin and she'll tell you which eateries is good around the hotel. The only downside is that they doesn't have a clothes dryer, but clothes can be dry on the rooftop. Nevertheless we would come back in the future!

Great place (after you get through check in)”
The place is about a 7-minute walk to the Kintetsu Station and a good 10-12 minute walk to the JR Station. Good value for money and the staff is responsive. The only hiccup we had is that nobody was there during our check-in and we had to call the number posted at the “lobby” area in order for us to know what to do in order to get to our room; but after we got over that, everything was great and smooth sailing!

Room is clean and has most of the basic you'd need in a place to stay. Free use of laundry machine was very helpful for those who will stay for a few days and does not want to be bothered with large luggage. Staff was very helpful. Even went above and beyond by meeting us at the station to guide us towards the guesthouse.

No elavators, very small stairway. All other hotels we stayed in other cities have elavators for the same price. All facilities are totally like very cheap hostels and very old. The small bench nearly broken one leg. Toilet and shower room extremely narrow. The toilet is not the 'smart' one which is annoying given even public toilets are smart, and all 4 other hotels we stayed in the other cities are smart toilets. All in all not recommended for this over priced one. No receptionist , contact the host via whatsapp was inconvenient.

バスタオルがないのはあり得ないです。タオルに髪の毛がついていて気持ち悪かった。ドライヤーが異常に暑くて危険。トイレが狭すぎる。

隣の部屋にいる人の声が全て聞こえていた。テレビをつけていても聞こえるくらい それと、まだチェックアウトの時間が過ぎていないのにも関わらず朝10時頃に突然、管理人のような人が部屋の鍵を開けて中に入ってきました！びっくりしたし、正直ありえないです。もう二度と行かないです。

隣の部屋の話し声、いびき、物音全て筒抜けでした。また、夜中に管理人らが入口の受付のような場所でずっと話していたり、足音、掃除機をかける音などずっと鳴り響いていました。部屋には夜10時以降は静かにと書かれていましたがそもそも管理人らがうるさかったです。アジア系の海外の方が運営されているためそもそも文化や常識の基準が違うように思いました。二度と利用しません。
