Great staff”
We recently stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the official address makes it somewhat difficult to find if you’re traveling by car, as the Naples traffic is somewhat chaotic. If you use the address Largo Barsanti E. e Matteucci C. this will bring you to the entrance where the parking area is located, as the front entrance is not accessible by car. We ate dinner at the restaurant, however the food was only average and barely warm. Breakfast was fairly typical of Italy with lots of cakes and sweet biscuits, but not a lot of healthy or savory options. The room was large and very clean with a large bathroom. The decor in the rooms was modern but the chairs were unfortunately not very comfortable. The WiFi connection was very poor. The location is next to the stadium and a conference centre, and is easily accessible by the Metro which is within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Palace at the City Edge”
It is located next to the stadium and the conference centre which are outside the city centre, but it is adjacent to 3 nos. train stations. Only a 15-minute train ride is required to reach the city. The location is excellent if you arrive by car as it is just a 5-minute drive from Napoli's Tangenziale (Ring Road). Remember driving in Napoli local roads is not a pleasure but a pressure. The hotel is splendid, clean and comfortable. It has its own secure private parking area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast had wide range of selections and you could sit at the hotel's central open hall with a long fountain.

Away from the center but excellent hotel”
Right next to the St. Paolo stadium... Luxurious building with all the necessary things in the room. No view...no pool..breakfast area is hard to find...but the service is excellent. The recepcionists most helpful and ready to give information for bookings.etc.Mariana told us about the scchschedules of ships going to Capri...and suggested we take a taxi to the maritime terminal...and called us one. Would stay there again when in Naples

Borussia Dortmund's player stayed here!”
Wasn't expecting this good quality for around 60 GBP! The away team Borussia Dortmund stayed here which was a surprise! Was staying in Napoli to watch a Champions League match,location right next to the Stadio San Paolo! Great staffs,nice outdoor breakfast area! But wifi was not the best,only in the lobby and the connection was not good. For beach and seaside,2 metro stations away from the hotel. Far from the centrale station.

All was as per the website. Our family was happy with the facilities and the breakfasts. The walk to the neighbourhood restaurants was quick and easy. No fault of the Hotel but using Google and Apple Maps to get there was a bit tricky.

It was alright”
We had a night stay at this hotel. It was abit hard to find even if we drove. Lots are free and many. The hotel looks really like a hospital when we step in. Many rooms and its all quiet. Kind of too quiet. Interior furnishings of the room is alright, beds look kind of old but still, its clean. Staff dont seem so friendly. looking real solemn.

Hotel correcto ”
Estuvimos en Nápoles para visitar la ciudad y los alrededores. Es una zona tranquila alejada del centro. Nos movimos en coche, por lo que es cómodo para aparcar, ya que tiene un parking privado gratuito. En la zona no hay nada, si vas sin coche, quizá no sea el mejor hotel. Desconozco el transporte público que hay en la zona. Está junto al campo de fútbol del Nápoles.

Me ha gustado mucho, había leído los comentarios, pero es mejor estar en el hotel para comprobarlo. Gran habitación, cosa poco habitual, la cama supletoria perfecta, el desayuno correcto, el personal de todo el hotel súper amable. Muy limpio.un poco lejos del centro pero con metro a 100m. Volvimos en taxi y costo poco. Lo recomiendo. Volvería sin dudarlo

Magnifique hôtel : le personnel est très disponible et compétent (accueil,restauration,services) Très belle chambre spacieuse Seul bémol peut-être ,le quartier un peu excentré mais tout près de la gare qui nous emmène en un quart d'heure dans le centre de Naples. À recommander

L’hotel Se trouve à 200 m du stade. Le personnel est accueillant et polyglotte. L’hotel est très propre. Il manque juste une bouilloire pour faire du thé et du café en chambre. Petit déjeuner moyen et assez loin des chambres et de l’accueil. Dans l’ensemble c’estnun très bon hôtel.

Ottima struttura, per pulizia servizi e staff. La posizione è ottima se devi andare alla fiera d'oltremare(accanto)- zoo edenlandia-palasele-ecc Un po' meno se vuoi girare il centro. Noi abbiamo comunque girato con il taxi, super gentili Viva Napoli !

Ottima sistemazione per pernottamento”
Un'ottima soluzione per un evento da seguire in una location a 5 minuti di distanza dal Palazzo. Tutto confacente alle necessità di una persona portatrice di handicap: suggerirei, tuttavia, maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione soprattutto degli ausili da bagno, per evitare che gli stessi perdano acqua e che il pavimento si bagni. Qualora dovesse esserci occasione, tornerò sicuramente.
