One of The Best ”
I have been traveling extensively all over the world for the past 5 years and the experience we had at Hotel Palazzo was one of the best ever! The staff were amazing. They upgraded our room without being asked. And the rooms were impeccable. The concierge Nicola went out of his way. We had mistakenly selected the wrong dates and although it was a non refundable booking her requested that we get a refund and rebook. We were so impressed with the staff. The location was perfect. Flawless in every way.

Perfect”
I love my room so much. It's so beautiful. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good, close enough to San Macro square and far enough to noisy crowds.

great apartment, ideal for families and long stays”
Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and fully equiped kitchen for enjoy cooking (fresh foods easily to buy from local traditional market near Rialto bridge in the morning or a big supermarket nearby). We booked "one bed room apartment" contain 1 king bed + 1 sofa bed, but in fact we had 1 king bed + 2 sofa beds, and the sofa beds were big and comfortable. Rooms were much larger than we expected, especially in Venice, with a nice view right a square. Everything was perfect, except squeaky sounds from the old wooden ceiling when people walk on the upstairs.

Good hotel for couples ”
We stayed here for two nights the room was typically Venetian as was the hotel, breakfast was superb however, our stay was let down at the end as we chose to go back to the hotel for a few drinks before retiring to our room only to find that the barman decided to close early! Major disappointment to the end of a great stay!

Two-bed annex”
Booked a two-bed annex during summer 2019. The annex is across the square from the main hotel, in a alleyway with a bar/restaurant at the corner. The alley way is very dark at night, although there are still people at the square. The annex is located on the 1st/2nd floor. The interior is spacious, but dated- cracks can be seen on floorings and walls (not as nice as the images on website). Kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Remember to ask reception at the main hotel to turn the boiler on for you, otherwise there is no hot water. Second bedroom is small with a sofa bed and no TV. Air-conditioning was good.

ATTENTION TO THE SMALLEST DETAILS OF THE ADVERTISED OF THIS HOTEL CAUTION”
How to describe my experience at this hotel: Misleading advertising, disrespect for people I was even threatened with being kicked out of the hotel, with my mother a 78 year old lady who is in a wheelchair. You rent a hotel room with elevator ,TREY will send you to an apartment in another direction no elevator ,and all the time someone rings the doorbell it’s scary. They destroy your vacation and if cry in the lobby for frustration [oh !you are threatened with expulsion with a disabled lady. I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED IN THIS HOTEL!!!

"Live Like a Venetian"”
A week in Venice, in a Beautiful Spacious Apartment from the Palazzo Paruta Hotel Group, was simply lovely. Like all of Venice, a bit of a pain with Luggage coming off the water taxi, so unless you have a hotel that is a direct drop off this is standard for all of Venice. When you arrive, the hotel does help with all your luggage and give you a tour of your apartment room. You are not part of the hotel, though you can eat there for a price and they do provide you with all your services. Everyday clean towels, and room housekeeping. We stayed in the Prestige Square View Suite 603 which is a lovely 1 bedroom with amazing views of Campo Sant’Angelo Square during carnival so bonus street performance's entertained us right in our room. Go to Hotels website, click Le Residenze for totally accurate pictures of the apartments. The Location is perfect, very close to everything, especially great restaurants and shopping away from the tourist crowds although still buzzing with people and energy. St. Marco Square literally 5 min. away and just a small travel tip be sure to bring your phone for walking GPS a must for all of Venice and still expect to get lost its all part of the charm of your visit. Fear not upon entry into apartment building there is an odd smell, but not at all in the room. The apartment is immaculate, clean and spacious. The Bed is comfortable, Kitchen and Living Room Modern, and the Bathroom and shower was surprisingly great, with the exception of the blow-dryer, well for an American anyway. A bit outdated, attached to the wall, with no real air pressure. Check if they update if not, girls definitely bring your own and remember proper outlet plugs. Great Experience, and Charming Stay for Mid-Range Price but Luxury Living.

Exceptional”
Palazzo Paruta was a fantastic choice of accommodation for our recent trip to Venice. The apartment that we stayed in was just across the square from the hotel, which is ideally located in a safe area that is within walking distance of pretty much everything. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially when providing us with a stronger hairdryer and recommending restaurants and activities. We have only great things to say about our stay, and will definitely be returning to the Palazzo Paruta in the future!

GREAT SERVICE”
From check in to check out, the staff at Palazzo Paruta were all great. Room is clean and very accessible. We picked this hotel due to its charm and location. Breakfast is second to none - great selections, in both continental and Venetian style. We had an early flight and unable to have our breakfast on our last day but the staff prepared a baggie for us with croissant, fruits, water and juice to take to the airport. My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely stay there again or recommend to our friends.

Beatiful place in great location with the most awesome breakfast”
Everything perfect. Super friendly staff. Nice courtyard. Super quiet. Near San Angelo square - away from the crowds of San Marco, but a short walk away from everything in Venice. The 2-euro gondola crossing is very close. The room was a bit small, but I bet that's typical for Venice. The breakfast was the best I ever had.

I wish I could stay one more night”
We have heard so many bad reviews about hotels in Italy and Venice.Especially small rooms and poor breakfasts. That's why we were a bit prejudiced and booked only one night in Venice. The hotel and Venice were so beautiful and fascinating that I regret not being able to stay there anymore.Location, decoration, rooms, reception and other staff everything was very good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I hope I can go again someday.
