Beatiful place in great location with the most awesome breakfast”
Everything perfect. Super friendly staff. Nice courtyard. Super quiet. Near San Angelo square - away from the crowds of San Marco, but a short walk away from everything in Venice. The 2-euro gondola crossing is very close. The room was a bit small, but I bet that's typical for Venice. The breakfast was the best I ever had.

There was no heating in our room. We complained to various people and were told it was the hotel's policy to switch the heating off at the end of April. We asked to speak to a manager on Friday night when we arrived and were told there was no manager at week-ends. On the second night the receptionist offered us accommodation elsewhere and she sent a porter to this accommodation to ensure it was available. We waited half an hour for him to come back but he didn't re-appear. We were eventually given an electric heater for our room. Not surprisingly we were not the only people to complain. If we are not offered compensation within the next few days we will seek advice on the best course of action to recover some or all of the payment we made.

From check in to check out, the staff at Palazzo Paruta were all great. Room is clean and very accessible. We picked this hotel due to its charm and location. Breakfast is second to none - great selections, in both continental and Venetian style. We had an early flight and unable to have our breakfast on our last day but the staff prepared a baggie for us with croissant, fruits, water and juice to take to the airport. My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely stay there again or recommend to our friends.

The staff were extraordinarily kind in sorting out a slight misunderstanding about the need for a standard size bed instead of a cot for one of the children. In fact, they upgraded us to a junior suite and the children were absolutely thrilled with the room and so were we. We will remember our stay in this beautiful, palatial hotel for many years to come.

"Live Like a Venetian"”
A week in Venice, in a Beautiful Spacious Apartment from the Palazzo Paruta Hotel Group, was simply lovely. Like all of Venice, a bit of a pain with Luggage coming off the water taxi, so unless you have a hotel that is a direct drop off this is standard for all of Venice. When you arrive, the hotel does help with all your luggage and give you a tour of your apartment room. You are not part of the hotel, though you can eat there for a price and they do provide you with all your services. Everyday clean towels, and room housekeeping. We stayed in the Prestige Square View Suite 603 which is a lovely 1 bedroom with amazing views of Campo Sant’Angelo Square during carnival so bonus street performance's entertained us right in our room. Go to Hotels website, click Le Residenze for totally accurate pictures of the apartments. The Location is perfect, very close to everything, especially great restaurants and shopping away from the tourist crowds although still buzzing with people and energy. St. Marco Square literally 5 min. away and just a small travel tip be sure to bring your phone for walking GPS a must for all of Venice and still expect to get lost its all part of the charm of your visit. Fear not upon entry into apartment building there is an odd smell, but not at all in the room. The apartment is immaculate, clean and spacious. The Bed is comfortable, Kitchen and Living Room Modern, and the Bathroom and shower was surprisingly great, with the exception of the blow-dryer, well for an American anyway. A bit outdated, attached to the wall, with no real air pressure. Check if they update if not, girls definitely bring your own and remember proper outlet plugs. Great Experience, and Charming Stay for Mid-Range Price but Luxury Living.

Needs improvement ”
Breakfast - Good Staff - Good, Helpful Bedroom - vacuum cleaner hairdryer ridiculous! Paper thin walls you can hear the neighbours sneeze and do other things! Very disturbing if you with children! Room needs a good vacuum dust everywhere (including air vents very noticeable) and with carpet/fabric on the walls and floor allergies will act up. Mirrors on the headboard! Please don't tell me this is the Venetian style....I viewed pictures of the same room taken by previous guests on TripAdvisor and it used to be padded. Poorly designed room - protruding lamp shade from the side wall into the middle of the bed my poor husband had to duck everytime he got in.

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was very nice, but on the small side. ”
Nice bathroom with beautiful tub. Great breakfast. Hotel very peaceful. Nice sitting area outside room. Only downside was low tide smell in the evening . Staff very helpful. Wifi didn't work in our room only in certain outside areas.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent value.”
Our room was absolutely beautiful.. opulent decor and very clean bathroom. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips for dining, as well as arranging a gondola ride and providing glasses of prosecco. We were late for the complimentary breakfast one day, but the staff let us sit out and the terrace and brought coffee and breakfast out for us. I would recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Venice!

Almost perfect ”
Service was great. Our stay came with complimentary breakfast and tea time. The only thing that makes it not perfect is the lack of windows in our room. There was one small window and you could never tell what time in the day it was since it was facing a rear enclosed courtyard. Everything else was fantastic.
