good hotel for staying near Bukit Bintang / Alor”
this hotel is near Hang Tuah monorail station, it's under 5 minutes of constant walking. the distance to Alor / Bukit Bintang / Tengkat Tong Shin is also the same, just need to cross big street. i made a mistake going from Imbi station, it was far so if you go here via public transpo, make sure to use Hang Tuah station as your final destination. maybe later when MRT Bukit Bintang is finished, it can be an alternative to reach here. hotel location is inside landed housing complex which is surrounded by high-rise building. I like the neighborhood as it feels just like at own home. check in and check out process is very simple. no weird rules, no nonsense. just fill a form and provide security deposit money. receptionist / staffs are very helpful. they are easy to talk to and provide many helpful guidance for reaching many locations in KL. I stayed in the single room. the room is very clean. it has personal bathroom which is okay - water heater is working well. air conditioner is okay but with no temperature control, anyway I think it was adequate and acceptable. I enjoyed resting in the room during my stay. Only one keycard was given so everytime you leave the room, don't forget to bring it along... my (only) concern is the wifi connection as the signal is not strong enough to reach inside the room. i have to point my device into area of the room everytime i want to connect :-) wifi is very okay around lobby and terrace. hope hotel management can improve signal better in the room. I forgot to mention this issue before leaving :-) I don't review the food / breakfast because I just realised on day 1 that I booked a Budget Single Room. finally, I'm definitely putting Hotel Paloma Inn as my #1 preference for staying again in KL especially Bukit Bintang area. I enjoyed very much staying here and looking forward for the next trip.

Perfect budget option in KL - 5 star service!”
We could not recommend hotel paloma inn more. It is centrally located, only 5 minutes walk from the monorail and LRT stations. The room is small and simple but super clean and functional. Madam Ong and Mr. Shah are wonderful, greeting us by name and chatting about their interesting lives in the city. And the breakfast is super delicious and generously portioned. The hotel is new since April 2014, so everything is very nice and spotless. For the price in KL, you couldn't find a better place. In two months of traveling SE Asia, this is one of the best places we've stayed at. ONE BIG TIP FOR FOODIES ON A BUDGET: Lot 10, a shopping center off of Bukit Bintang LRT station, has a food court in the basement with 10-15 longstanding Chinatown restaurants that opened branches in the food court. You can get gourmet quality street food there for 8-12 ringgit. Also, the helipad bar in menara KH has a great view of the city- some say better than that of the twin towers. Dress code after 9pm though, no shorts or flip flops.

We love Hotel Paloma Inn!”
Best things first: Walking distance to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang - hawker stalls, seafood restaurants, party and shopping. The breakfast area - relaxing with that 'homey' feeling. The staff - Madam Ong and her staff were very accommodating, helpful, and attentive to our queries and requests. The rooms - basic but very clean. Only a few minor things to improve on - make wifi signal in rooms stronger and stable and reminder to other guests, esp guests WITH KIDS, not to shout and speak loudly when passing in the hallway. Other than that, we had a lovely time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay again! Keep up the good work Hotel Paloma Inn! (:

really nice still brand new hotel, loved it!”
I really loved Paloma Inn, for sure I would consider it for my future trips. It is not far from Bukit Bintang, but the hotel itself is located in a very quiet & nice district on a very nice and clean street. The hotel was very new when I stayed there, some things were still finalized, but everything was so modern and extremely clean, and it is well decorated. Really nice owners (I guess they were owners) and helpful stuff.

This place is awesome. I booked a small room with a bed, a tv, a table, chair and a bathroom for a really fair price and I was satisfied! There are many stunning indian restaurants close by and its close to the subway too! If you want to stay in Kuala Lumpur on a budget for awesome value, book the Paloma Inn! I will be back soon. Great stay in KL”
We loved our stay at Paloma. The included breakfasts were great, with a slight variation every day so we didn't get bored. The location is perfect - in a more residential neighborhood, so quiet, but just off one of the main streets. This makes it easy to get to Chinatown and the Central Markt area as well as the shopping centers (eg Berjaya Times Square). They should, however, go to Low Yat and buy some additional wireless networking equipment and daisy chain them with the 1st floor unit, as the 2nd and 3rd floors cannot reach their WiFi. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Paloma Inn if we find ourselves back in KL.

Cozy place, feels like home”
We were greeted immediately by two lovely ladies with huge smiles on their face, Amelia (we found out her name upon check-out) and the other lady unfortunately we did not get her name, their welcome was so warm and cordial. They immediately brought us two waters, it was a hot day in KL! Once we were checked-in Amelia gave us an itinerary for the rest of our afternoon, which we thorougly enjoyed and eagerly waited for the next day for her to tell us what else was to be discovered. The room is small but cozy, and has a flatscreen with cable so you can watch news or a movie. AC works perfectly. Our huge backpacks were brought to our room. Staff here is extremely friendly, and always greet you with a smile, and check that you are comfortable and doing well. We enjoyed breakfast in the front garden, what I think is a typical Malaysian breakfast, was a delight. Paloma Inn is located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to the monorail and from their to all KL's transport as well as easy access to all attractions. Everyone was just beyond amazing, and we will definitely be back. They made our first impression to Makaysia one to never forget.

Most cozy and value for your money”
I've been here as a second visit. The staff are always helpful and sincerely thoughtful. When I arrived the hotel, it was raining. I was given the towel to dry myself and had a warm welcome from staff. The breakfast was great as I like the roti chanai with dhul curry. I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends who visited KL for a short break as the hotel is easily accessible to shopping malls and the food street. I love to go back to stay again at the hotel paloma inn. Thank you for welcoming me. xx

Perfect quite location while super central. Amazing staff! ”
We stayed at Paloma Inn for 3 nights. We got our best sleep here since we started our travels through SE Asia :) the hotel is super central (we walked everywhere) while "hidden" in a side street so it is very quiet. The room was very clean and our laundry was smelled lovely as well. The staff was super helpful and interested in our plans as well as giving local advice. We totally recommend the hotel :)

Budget hotel with 5 star service!”
Perfect location--Walking distance from Hang Tuah station, Bukit Bintang area, Berjaya Times square, mamak (cheap local eatery with delish food) and convenience store. They have basic facilities but all are new and working perfectly. (AC, hot shower, TV, safe). The bed was comfortable and they cleaned the room daily plus provided new towels + soaps. Wifi was quite weak in the room but is really fast in the common area near the lobby. We didn't mind as it was a great way to meet people. The best part was that it felt more homey than a usual hotel. Madam Ong personally cooked and served breakfast for the guests. The staff were funny, accommodating and extremely pleasant to deal with. I could not recommend this place more. We truly loved our stay and we'll definitely be back! PS. They sell tiramisu candy/chocolate. Must try!

nice place in KL”
My stay in the Paloma Inn was really nice: the hotel was clearly recently renovated and all the staff were extremely pleasant. The breakfasts were simple but satisfying, and it was very cute when the owner personally brought me egg roti canai instead of the usual one. In my 3 months of travel in the SE Asia, this ended up being my favorite hotel

Value for money”
Hotel Paloma Inn was comfortable and clean. The owners were very helpful and served up a really nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but is in a central area. There is a street with cheap, local food within walking distance as well as a big shopping area.

Lovely little spot in KL. ”
We stayed at this hotel for 6 days while visiting KL. It is off the main drag of Jalan Pudu so it's quiet but it's a quick walk to Chinatown and the Central Market as well as the historical area. If you are going further away the monorail and LRT are easy to get to. Our included breakfasts every day were perfect to start us off right! We especially loved the homemade roti and curry. The open air dining area with all the plants seemed like a tropical garden. Annie and the rest of the staff were fantastic and helpful with information on the city. You could take tours from the hotel as well but we like to explore on our own so didn't try any of them out. We did get our laundry done however and it was all ironed for us! What a nice touch. The rooms were clean and included daily maid service. The aircon was super efficient and the water heater was great for a warm shower. We would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Kuala Lumpur!

best hotel during our 5 month trip”
We stayed at paloma inn several times during a 5 month trip. We felt like coming home everytime. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The location is perfect, close to the MRT and Jalan Alor, but in a quiet alley so you will be able to get a good night's rest. The breakfast is amazing! Next time in KL we will definitely be staying here!

Nice, clean place in Kuala Lumpur. Good value for the money. Lovely staff.”
We stayed for four nights at the Paloma Inn and had a good time. Because I felt there was a mouldy smell in our first room, we asked so switch rooms after one night. We could choose from three different rooms which was nice. From what I saw all rooms were (including our first) very clean. The staff also explained all the things we can do in town and helped us to look for vegan places to have dinner. Also they were very concerned about our breakfast options, as they were worried, that fruits and coffee wouldn´t be enough for us. But for us that was just fine like that. Laundry service was very quick and the laundry smells really nice :)

Stylish Accomodation in the Heart of KL”
The inn is located down a small street, far enough away to be away from traffic, but close enough to walk to KL’s best shopping malls and nightlife. The rooms are simple but well appointed, in an old building with a great feel to it. Staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are cleaned every day. You can walk to the night food market in 5 minutes from here and the famous Bukit Batang shopping malls are only a 10 minute walk away. There’s a small convenience store on the same street, which is cheaper than the chains. Hang Tuah monorail station is 5 minutes walk, from there you can take the short journey to KL Sentral, the main transport hub in the city. Tip. If you stay here, try the restaurants on the street that run parallel to the night market, they’re much better than the ones on the main strip; cheaper and quieter. In room WiFi is very good and the Inn has a really nice frontside garden area with lots of nice plants and flowers, where you can sit and enjoy a drink.
