Great location, great budget hotel”
I arrived earlier that the intended check in time and the staff were considerate about it and let me check in early. It's also just a short walk from JR Kushiro and the bus terminals. The room and bathroom weren't exactly new, but they were clean. Definitely recommend if you're looking for budget hotels.

The hotel is just next to the train and bus station! It is very convenient! Room is clean and safe. Some of the staff can speak English. If staff is not good in English, they are also willing to help you. I like the stay and will be back next time.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the Kushiro train station as well as the bus station which are practically side-by-side. This is very convenient for those using the Hokkaido rail pass. You can get to the Kushiro Marshlands via the train or the bus. Everything else is also close by, including the Kushiro seafood market and the MOO center. The hotel offers a choice of Japanese and Western breakfast. I had both and was very pleased with the service and taste. There is also a Japanese bar attached to the hotel (you are given a discount coupon by the hotel) which opens until late hours. It is moderately priced and offers good meals as well as drinks. Room is small but efficiently equipped with all that is needed.

The hotel is located right next to the bus terminal which in turn is also located next to the main Kushiro Train Station. This saves you a lot of time when travelling around Kushiro using the public transportation. Rooms may be a little small but provides awesome value for its price and is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful and saw to our request for help with additional items. Overall the best hotel experience so far in Hokkaido.

Simple, business style, compact and functional ”
Location is just within few seconds of walking to Jr kushiro station and Bus station which is where you would spend most time. 15 mins walk to Nusamai Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf MOO and Egg for a lovely sunset. Close to 7 eleven. Room is just nice for one person and more towards functional necessities. There is a microwave oven to heat your own food or for instant food prep at the 4th floor plus some vending machines. It is quiet.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room we are staying is pretty good and clean, except for the bathroom, the curtain is a bit looks old, need to be replaced. Location is good, they provide parking for 500 yen, and they reserve a parking spot for us, which is just in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and nice, with a smile. Overall, it is value for money to stay here in Kushiro.

Stayed at economy single room. Room was small but had needed facilities and desk as well. Hotel is near Kushiro station, and It was good because I booked Toyota rent car from next day and it takes only 1 minute by walk. You can choose Japanese Breakfast or Western Style Breakfast. And you can have the salad as much as you want.

This hotel was located approximately ten minutes from the Kushiro Station on foot. There was an izakaya next to the hotel but it was not particularly friendly to us as tourists so we opted to dine somewhere else. The hotel was conveniently located with several dining options within short walking distances. Several unsatisfactory features of this hotel are that it only allows laundry to be done before 11pm and has no coin changing machine. It is also less English-friendly.

The single room I had was stuffy. I wanted to open the window to get some air into the room since it was so stuffy when I first went in. The window cannot be opened. I believe they shut the window because I heard the sounds of birds at the window pane at night. I do not mind an old toilet but there are some black stain/mold on the sink. I believe this hotel was refurbished. It must have been a very old hotel by looking at the toilet. The positive points are it is very near the JR Train station and bus terminal. Just across the street. But then there are many hotels nearby. The Japanese breakfast was nice though. Coin laundry is inside the hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again. The stuffy room is uncomfortable.
