Small room but great hotel overall!”
I traveled to Hong Kong with my 70+ year old father. We are not extravagant people and were looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay that was reasonably priced and located close to everything in Tsim Sha Tsui. This hotel really fit the bill overall. Finding the hotel was a little tricky because it sits on a smaller side street that looks somewhat run down. The hotel stands out because it is the one buidling there that actually looks newer. It's a very clean and modern hotel. The folks who work there were all friendly and helpful. When we got to our room, we found it very clean and comfortable. We were on the 12th floor so the view was limited. The bed was great though. Only complaint is that the room was small. As others have noted, it is difficult to sit at the desk without the chair hitting the bed. There was only a shower (no bathtub) which didn't matter to us. My father did not like the fact that there were no face towels (only hand towels and bath towels), but I did't care. For the price, I couldn't complain too much. We called for help several times with various questions and the service was always prompt and courteous. The manager even sent up some cookies and treats at one point. We were in Hong Kong while the swine flu scare was going on in the U.S./Mexico. The hotel responded promptly with an informational letter, mask if requested, and attentive "disinfection" of public areas. Other than the small room, my only other negative about this place is the street that it's on has several bars/pubs that are open only at night. That's not a big problem except the next morning there was occasionally a drunk or two stumbling down the street after a night of partying and sometimes vomit on the street. This is not something the hotel controls but important to know nevertheless. The area never felt unsafe though and the location is in easy walking distance to shopping and transportation. We walked everywhere in Tsim Sha Tsui from this hotel!

A Hotel Room You Cannot Miss”
My stay at Hotel Panorama by Rhombus was in a Club Harbour View Room. MY family of four booked two inter-connecting rooms with a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour. (Of course, this view only comes if you are on a high floor and if you booked a Club Harbour View room.) Bed was comfortable especially the thought to include both a hard pillow and a soft pillow for you to choose. Two sets on each bed. Bathroom was adequate - shower was great. Don't expect huge rooms nonetheless, it's Hong Kong. However, each room should be comfortable enough for two people. In my case, with two linked rooms, it was just nice. Also, the fact that I booked this class of rooms allowed me access to their Executive Lounge on the 39th floor (a room for chilling with a small variety of drinks) and the Sky Garden on 40th floor. Hotel is very centrally located towards the east side of Tsim Sha Tsui. The MTR exit is literally at the entrance of the hotel. Walking underground distance to both Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui stations. Most importantly, I am very heartened by the hotel's conservation effort for the environment. Instructions are clear on how you can help to recycle their super thick and absorbent bath towels and bed linen. I would recommend it to everyone. You may have to splurge a little bit more but it's totally worth it. Business traveller, families and groups of friends, it's worth.

Great location and reasonable rates”
This hotel, located in the Tsim Sha Tsui neighborhood in Kowloon, Hong Kong, offers reasonable rates in a great Hong Kong location. Nearby are dozens of bars and restaurants, and the famous Nathan Road “shopper’s paradise” is steps away. Also within walking distance is Kowloon Park and the Star ferry. The rooms are clean and comfortable and offer every amentity except free wifi and breakfast. My family stayed there for three nights and were satisfied with the location, cleanliness and comfort, and staff services. We did not try the dining room nor the breakfast, which was quite pricey and not included with the room. On the downside, this is an enormous hotel, 40 storeys in all, and during our stay appeared to be full. There was often a long wait for the elevator and the lobby is located on the first floor while the entrance is on the ground floor, requiring waiting for two separate elevators to get to the street. While I would not stay here again, this hotel could be recommended for the location and reasonable rates for the rooms.

Great location & friendly staff! (:”
hotel panorama have : great & friendly staffs > they are more than willing to help you with any queries you have. : good location > it's just walking distance to k11, the one and other shopping mall. tsim sha tsui mtr is only 3 minute walk away! (: : clean room and nice seaview > although their rooms aren't very big, but it's enough for 2 person. i stayed at 18th level, and can see the seaview. on the 2nd day of cny, i could see the beautiful fireworks from my room. : delicious food around the hotel > able to get great food from nearby the hotel. some recommendations are the japanese restaurant next to the hotel, "gai gei" a teochew noodle shop(they have nice fried cuttlefish balls and noodles!), "bai le men" which serves nice dian xin just 5minutes walk from the hotel(you can ask the hotel staff for the direction.) : night life > if you're a night owl, there are many pubs nearby the hotel, and their prices are reasonable! (: overall, it's a nice stay there!

Superb view, fantastic location, warm service ”
i would highly recommend staying at panorama hotel to any traveller to hk. the staff speak good english and are very obliging. when we requested for a room on a higher floor, they re-processed our request immediately and recommended the habourview rooms, it was worth every cent! i also love the fact that the rooms are spacious and very clean unlike some hotel rooms in hk. security is also good, each level is only accessible to guests staying on that level. although the nearest mtr is east tsim sha tsui but the underground linkway is connected to tsim sha tsui. it takes only about 5 mins to walk between each station, which makes travelling around hk on the mtr a breeze! panorama hotel is definite my favourite hotel in hk.

Great introduction to Hong Kong”
This was my first visit to Hong Kong, and the Hotel Panorama was a great choice. The location is very good - located in the Tsim Sha Tsui district, surrounded by shopping and a huge range of restaurants, a very short walk to the nearest MTR station, about 10 minutes on foot to Nathan Road. The Executive floors are very well serviced, with a dedicated breakfast area, separate service counter on the 39th floor, and comfortable lounge for relaxing while waiting in the service area.

Lovely furnishing and prompt service”
Though slightly pricy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Panorama by Rhombus. In-room furnishing is lovely, as was the service. Requests for an extra bed, extra sets of toiletries etc. were promptly addressed. Beds (even the rollaway bed!) are extremely plush and comfy! Location wise, Hong Kong is already extremely travel-friendly in itself, with the well-connected train (MTR) system, so with the nearest MTR station (Tsim Sha Tsui) just a few steps away from the hotel, I'd say its great. Tsim Sha Tsui is more of a high-end shopping area, but cheap bargain malls and street markets are just 2 stops away at Mong Kok. There's a mall (K11) right next to the hotel itself, so getting bottled water and other necessities is no trouble at all.

Great location and service but no free internet”
I got a free upgrade to club harbour view room upon arrival. The room was pretty decent and its quite spacious compared to other hotels that i have stayed at hong kong (similar standard hotels). Rooms were clean and housekeeping is good. Crab tree and Evelyn amenities. Bed is comfortable but its not the best i have experienced. However there was no complimentary wifi or internet LAN connection. I had to depend on my girlfriend's phone internet tethering. the hotel concierge is extremely professional and helpful. they provided me many travelling tips and restaurant suggestions to me and they even helped me to call the restaurant just to make sure they are open. I would suggest you to get travel information from them compared to the tourist information counter. The tourist information counter however wasn't helpful at all. She was busy playing solitaire on her computer and was on the phone chatting (non work related stuff) leaving me waiting in front of her for a good 10 minutes to finish up. Furthermore she doesnt have much information compared to the concierge as she's a foreign worker. As for the location, its only a two minute walk from the MRT entrance (Tsim Sha Tsui East MRT station). Its really near BUT, like i've said its Tsim Sha Tsui East, NOT Tsim Sha Tsui Station. You will need to use the Red MRT Line more if you're travelling around Nathan Road and Central. So you will still need to walk about 10 minutes to the get to the Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The only good thing is that you can get there through the East Station which means you dont have to walk under the hot sun or rain.

Value for money”
I have been to HK many times and I always stay in the hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui because of the convenience of traffic. The images of hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui are usually small, old or unfriendly-priced. But after staying in this hotel, I found that it is different from others with the same price. In my opinion,it is highly recommended. I'm sure that I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit Hong Kong.

Club worth the extra money.”
The Hotel Panorama was in a great location surrounded by lots of small restaurants and within easy walking distance of the main shopping areas and the Star Ferry. The Tsim Sha Sui MRT was just around the corner allowing for easy access to Hong Kong Island, Mongkok etc. We would definitely recommend the Club rooms as we had fabulous views over the Harbour, with access to a separate breakfast area on the 38th floor and the Club on the 39th floor which was great to relax in after a busy day sightseeing.

Prime location, nice view”
I book this hotel but I didn't notice that my room choice have only 'Twin bed' in Superior Silver. It was a surprise. I decided to upgrade to Superior Gold with HKD440 per night. It's also a small room but a nice view on 37th floor. We can watch the Symphony of Light via our room. It can be accessed via an exclusive elevator that stops only on Ground, Lobby and 31-39th floor. The location is near to exit N of (East) Tsim Sha Tsui station. A very short walk to K11 shopping mall, Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district and HK cultural museum. If you don't mind about it cost and a small space, this is a good choice for you.

Thank you for choosing the Hotel Panorama. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back and stay with us again.
Fantastic Getaway Option”
I've been putting up in this hotel for my pilgrimage to Hong Kong and this has to be one of the best in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. With K11 mall just outside the hotel, you have shopping right at your doorstep. Go down the N1 passage way and you're at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station in no time. If you choose to walk around the hotel, you will find everything for everyone. From traditional shops, restaurants, street food, pubs, fast food...etc. You will be spoilt for choices. If you want to venture out on foot, you will hit Nathan Road and Canto Road within minutes and if your wallet is deep enough, Canto Road will fix your desire for high fashion and designer needs. The only gripe about the hotel room is definitely the space but hey, this is Hong Kong!

Elegant”
the hotel panorama by rhombus surrounds with panoramic views of breathtaking Victoria Harbour and the mountains. As guests,i would say that the Hotel Panorama by Rhombus will be your "Home Away from Home. it is very clean and also you will like the smell once you entered the hotel. the staff are very accommodating and friendly. they have also their sky garden which it is located at their top floors.they have no free internet or wifi. Welcome to the Hotel Panorama by Rhombus. Also, the prime location in the heart of the city allows you to access all parts of Hong Kong via Railway (MTR), buses, Airport Express, taxis and ferries. Everything is right at your door step.

This hotel is located in heart of Tsim Sha Tsui ”
Location is near to Tsim Sha Tsui. Especially, exit N1. It only takes 2 mins from hotel. Staffs are very kind and helpful. The view of upper floor was fantastic, we enjoyed the night view of Hong Kong as well. However, if you have a plan to eat breakfast in this hotel, I recommend to eat outside. It would be more cheap and delicious.

Great Location but small rooms.”
panorama by rhombus is just a stone's throw away from east tsim sha shui mtr station. there's k11 mall nearby and lots of halal food outlets for muslim families. i got a free upgrade to executive harbour view and the view is simply fantastic. we could see the symphony of lights from our room! the sky garden offers a fantastic view too. one setback is that the rooms are not large enough to fit an extra bed, unless we upgrade to a suite. overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and will definitely return there if we go to hong kong again.

big rooms, comfortable, clean, great restaurants”
First time staying in Tsim Sha Tsui. This place is really great. Spacious rooms for Hong Kong. Great view of the harbor. There are several incredible restaurants in the hotel and many many right nearby plus some very nice bars / lounges just outside as well. I will be staying here again.

Modern hotel in convenient location”
The hotel is quite new, I think I read 5-7 years old. It is conveniently located to the MTR railway network and only two blocks walk to busy Nathan Road. It is a somewhat further walk to the ferry terminal. Check-in/out We arrived early prior to normal checking and wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel. We had booked a superior gold room. While checking in it was suggested we could upgrade to Club harbour view room and including breakfast the cost would be an additional $A55. We agreed and it proved to be money well spent. I asked for a quiet corner room and was informed there was one available but not till 5 PM. This did not concern us and we agreed. Room 2913 Located on the 29th floor with magnificent views across the harbour and to Hong Kong Island. Quite spacious by Asian standards with all amenities you would expect in a quality hotel. Meals Only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was satisfactory by Asian standards. At all-times service was friendly, efficient and accommodating. As our flight was around midnight, we asked if we could leave our luggage and collect that around 8 pm. We also asked if we could use a room to change into more comfortable airline travel. This was agreed and when we arrived at the hotel the Executive Assistant Manager greeted us and said a room would be available with a shower if we wished. This was a godsend to us as the weather was surprisingly warm for a Hong Kong winter. We also used the Club Room for some refreshments. The manager went out of her way to make sure every comfort was offered to us. A very big thanks from two weary travellers.

Phenomenal!”
We were thrilled to arrive at the Panorama from what can only be described as a disastrous experience at other unnamed hotels in China. The Panorama by Rhombus is Canadian owned and run just like any other western hotel with all the expected amenities. The Michelin stared chef does not produce Michelin quality food unfortunately. The food was tasty and palatable however did not meet the same standards of food preparation and presentation as other comparable restaurants in Sydney, London and New York. We ate in house for new years eve. Each dinner guest was given a voucher to enter the sky garden for the new years count down and fireworks show over hong kong harbour. Much better than battling it out on the avenue of stars. The show would have been better if the music was broadcast in the sky garden however the whole production and sectioning off to the public was very well organised. The promotion was fantastic, each guest received a glass of Moet with a crystal inside and one guest received a diamond. Excellent promotional concept! It would have been made better if there was a cash bar at the sky garden after midnight. As it was we had to go downstairs to purchase champagne vouchers and the mood was lost. We had an excellent night and Asif the Executive Assistant Manager was excellent and deserves to be commended!

Great hotel!”
I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel (which is unusual), other than the price tag, but for Hong Kong it's still not bad. It really exceeded my expectations in almost every conceivable way. The hotel is in a great location -- it's only a 30-45 second walk from the N1 exit of the East Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR station. You also have easy underground access to the main TST MTR station via that exit, so if it's raining you'll still be able to get anywhere in the city by only walking a few seconds in the rain. Overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay there again.

Fantastic Hotel in a Great Location”
Great Hotel with a great location, wonderful service, very clean and comfortable rooms. Location near all must visit places, namely Nathan Road, and Tsim Sar Tsui shopping area, with lots of restaurants, shopping and also pubs just right next door or very short walking distance. Must visit Knutsford Terrace which is similar to world famous Lan Kwai Fong pub area in hong kong but this is shorter and as vibrant at night. Hotel has great rooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful service. Highly recommended when visiting hongkong. Have stayed here on the last 3 visits.
