        Hotel Husa Paseo del Arte”

Very good location, comfortable room very well equipped, excellent breakfast, friendly and professional staff.
I didn't like the internet system because when you buy 24hrs of internet use at the front desk the time starts counting at that very moment. I prefer the system other hotels have where the time start counting as soon as you start using internet. The picture quality of some TV channels was not optimal.

The Hotel Husa Paseo del Arte is very well located at walking distance of main city attractions. The staff is friendly and professional. They gave me good suggestions during my stay. The room has modern design, is well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast is magnificent with excellent quality and variety of treats. The chocolate pie was my favorite. I liked the stay at Paseo Del Arte. Great location (walking distance to Atocha, Madrid palace etc. Lot of eateries around, spotless clean rooms....value for money. Had problem with the room's air-conditioning, but, the staff were prompt in action and changed my room immediately.

        Location, price, cleaness

I stayed at Husa Paseo Del Arte Hotel for a week. The room was large with a great bathroom. It's within waling distance to Museum Prado, Museum Reina Sofía. And Atocha station is close as well. I could walk from my hotel to a lot of major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Husea del Arte hotel Madrid is ideally located for tourists near the three major art galleries and on the edge of the historic quarter. It is a modern efficient hotel with comfortable rooms, helpful staff and good breakfasts. My room was at the back and was very quiet. My family had no complaints. Any minor problem was attended to quickly and willingly. Would stay there again.

        Amazing Location for theArt Lovers”

Very clean, Polite & Helpful Staff, Brilliant Location next to Reine Sofia, down the road from Prado and Thyssen, Safe Area, Metro Atocha Just Opposite.

Fabulous location, nice clean rooms but could do with updating some of the decor for a first class hotel, really good choice for breakfast: fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, continental meat and cheese. The only major downer of the stay was the temperature in the rooms. The lowest the temperature adjuster went to was 19 degrees centigrade and with 30 degrees temperatures outside, the room did not cool. We did complain and they moved us into another room which was very kind of them but the air was not cooler in the new room. There was also no air vent or extractor fan in the bathrooms which meant all the hot steam entered the room. Apart from that, very kind staff helped with directions to the Mutua Madrid Tennis, handed Madrid Tourist Leaflets and if you going to visit Madrid for Art then you couldn't ask for a better siutated hotel. We got a taxi back to the airport and it only cost us 25 euros so worth it.

Convenient Location, Clean, Pleasant & Helpful Staff, A reasonable big city value
        Pricey & Cumbersome Internet Service

We enjoyed our stay in Madrid,in large part because we had a nice place to stay at the HUSA Paseo del Arte Hotel. A block from the Train station, just blocks from the Art Triangle and easy access to the rest of Madrid Centro/Retiro, clean, pleasant and helpful staff. This is a reasonable big city value.

        Good Hotel Bargain”

Upon arrival the concierge were helpful with directions and and assisting in booking of a train to a different city. The hotel was also very clean and located in a good area. 15-20min by taxi from the Madrid Airport. The Atocha train Station was just a 5min walk away. Good walking distance from historical places. 1-2 Taxis were constantly outside of the hotel, in case you wanted to a ride. I would stay at this hotel again for the combination of the good price and location.

        comfortable, friendly, clean

Rooms were of comfortable size and most importantly clean (including toilets), it was definitely value for money. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful although two staff gave us differing information on the airport shuttle costs but that was just a small glitch compared to the other information they provided us in terms of eating and shopping areas. It's approx 20mins from the airport by car and is located witihin 5-10mins walking distance from Atocha train station and main attractions in Madrid, and approx 15-20mins from Grand Vie which is the shopping area (by taxi from hotel to Grand Vie was approx 5-10euros). Pleasant stay and definitely will recommend to travellers. Downside was though wifi was free, the connection were VERY week in the rooms.

Very helpful staff and a cheap high class hotel

We reached Madrid at 8am and the friendly hotel staff allowed us to check in early for no extra charge. They also provided free ice when we requested for it. We would like to thank the staff for helping us to call the official Real Madrid store to help us check whether there was stock for a jacket that we were looking for. The room was fantastic and spacious. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the location was a bit far away from the city centre.

Close to major Art Galleries and to Atocha station, comfortable rooms

I greatly enjoyed my stay in Madrid as this hotel allowed to visit exhibitions at the two major art galleries. The Prado, Reina Sofia and the Thyssen Museums were all close by. The Madrid Botanical Gardens are next to the Prado Museum. Atocha Station which is your station to go to Toledo and further southern destinations is just down the street. My room was very comfortable: the bed was the best I have had in Spain and the large modern TV with cable channels allowed me to relax after all the walking. The staff was not consistently helpful. The Concierge and staff at the reception desk made you feel welcome. On the other hand, the gentleman serving at the bar in the morning did not seem to care much about us tourists unless you were a young woman - very funny to observe actually. I didn't try the restaurant, but the seasonal menu was very tempting.

Spotlessly clean and a lovely modern hotel - very impressed with our room. Great a/c too which was very welcome in 36 degree Celsius heat! The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and gave us some great tips for our first stay in Madrid. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best in a European hotel I've stayed in. Only negative was that the roof terrace wasn't open during our 4 day stay and we'd have loved to have a drink up there in the evenings.

        Art Lovers Resting Place”

Great location for walking to all of the major art museums, parks, and sites about town.
Not in the fanciest part of town. The restaurant is too pricey for me however, there are enough other restaurants close by.

I would recommend this hotel, which I plan to return to on my next visit to Madrid, to anyone who is looking for a four star hotel. The interior design elements are remarkable for an unusually shaped building. It is extremely comfortable and the staff was very professional. As a proponent of public transportation, I appreciated the close proximity of the train station and the metro. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

        NIce hotel in good location”

Near to Museum, park, restaurants and Atoch Renfe, room is well heated

We flown into Madrid from Dubai and had a sleepover in Madrid before we took the AVE to Sevilla the next morning. So, it was natural that we wanted to stay close to Atocha Renfe station. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which cost us 36EUR, which we found out later that you could take the train from the airport to Atocha station at a fraction of the cost which will take 30 mins. The hotel is within 15 mins walking distance from Atocha Renfe station and you have to cross a few traffic light to get there. And the road surface is not smooth and flat along the way which makes rolling the luggage a bit of a challenge, but we did it. Breakfast is not included in the rate that we booked thru Agoda, but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The hotel room is very comfortable, good size for 2 persons, good bed and room heating works well. It is close to Reina Sofia, Prado, Caxia Forum, Botanic Garden. It is about 20 mins walk to the shopping area. It is a pity that there is no free WIFI in the room even in the Lobby.

Nice hotel, located in a great spot”

madrid was our 1st stop on a whirlwind tour of espana ... with several day trips from madrid. the hotel is located a super easy walk from the atocha metro and renfe stations & with the atocha renfe station being 3 stops away from the chamartin station we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. the hotel is easy to find, and a taxi costs about 30eu from the airport. its lobby is bright and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are decent sized & the decorations / furnishings are modern and well suited.

2nd time back to the hotel”

comfortable room, good location, good room heating

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel in the 2 weeks. This time, we arrived by AVE to Madrid to catch a flight the next day. The room standard is consistent with my first visit. Comfortable bed, good size, good heating, but with no free WIFI in the room nor the Lobby. Reception is helpful, friendly and speak English. We used the shower facility in the gym on the 8th floor after we checked out to freshen up before leaving for the airport in the evening. Note that you need to ask for towel at the reception before you go up and they will deliver into the shower room in the gym. There is no toiletries in the shower except for shower gel. There is no hair dryer as well. As opposed to our first visit, we took the train from Atocha Renfe to Madrid airport this time. It costs us 5 EUR for 2 of us and took 30 mins, directly to T4. No worry for carrying the luggage up the stairs as they are elevator and lift in the station.
