Built in 2006, the avant-garde hotel features 260 modern guestrooms and is only 100 meters from the Puerta de Atoche Train Station. Hotel Paseo Del Arte is located in the Arts Triangle and is close to all the major museums such as the Prado, the Thyssen Bornemisza, and the Reina Sofia. It is also close to the beautiful Park del Retiro. Guests are close to the many shopping boutiques, restaurants, and nightclubs of Puerta del Sol and Huertas. The on-site restaurant has an exceptional breakfast buffet and serves regional and international cuisine. As the new and hip 4-star hotel in the Arts Triangle, Hotel Paseo Del Arte has already become a very popular destination.

WiFi was constantly breaking off. There’s no water offered in the room. The owner doesn’t travel much & from constant traveler we need to feel at home. There’s no kettle for plain hot water for tea or coffee. And no slippers. Perhaps it’s simply a habit whether or not one hotel should provide these. I always bring tooth brush with me. There’s no toothbrush tooth paste nor mouth wash. Thank you for your attention
Nice location ”
Good location, approx 8 minutes walk to Atocha station, and 15 minutes walk to main attractions. Reina Sofia museum is just the opposite. Lots of restaurants (Including McDonald & KFC) and supermarket is also available nearby. Room is big, and the breakfast is good with variety of choices.
Nice hotel and great location. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The only thing I did not like were dirty footprints on the wall next to my bed. Not nice!
It is super close to Reina Sofia and Prado Museum, but a bit distant from plazas.. which wasn't appealing to me. The room was so cold and the heater only could go up to 25 degrees.. I guess it's just the way it was set... Not satisfied. Breakfast was okay, not bad. Room condition was good. It was clean and the bathroom is spacious.
Actually, I am quite happy for staying in this hotel until one hour before I left there. I really felt uncomfortable for the security/door man who was on duty in the afternoon on Feb. 11. After we took our bags from the reception, and before we were ready to go to the train station, we saw some teenagers having burgers and soft drinks from McDonald's, and my girlfriend and I think we could have some coffee from Starbucks because it seems there is no restrictions for having drinks and food at the lobby. However, when we got our coffee, the security yielded to us and kept saying we can't have drinks there, but we saw those teenagers still having their drinks 3 meters away from us. We asked the security for a reason and why the others can have soft drink there. He just kept saying we can't do it. I am not sure if it's kind of racial discrimination. I don't believe it is, but it did really make me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Very close to the Atocha Renfe ”
Very convenient place. If you plan to travel with Renfe, it is a very good choice.
The location is extremely good. I only needed to pass two crosswalks from the hotel to get to the Atocha station where I took a Renfe train to Seville. This hotel is an ideal location for Renfe-using traveler. Prado Museum (less than 10-minute walk distance) and National Gallery (just one crosswalk from the hotel) are both very close from the hotel. Teatre Real and other landmarks are accessible by metro and uber taxi at a very affordable fare. My hotel room was spacious enough. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. Unless you need to stay on one of the hotels on the Grand Via road, this hotel really is absolutely value for money.
Great hotel very close to the metro and just 10 mins walk to the centre. Breakfast was a good choice the staff were very polite and helpful. Please note the hotel do not provide kettle or coffee and tea making facility in the room . Many sites are incorrect with the room amenities on offer apart from that anf the lack of Eng channel on the tv a excellent hotel
Good hotel but rooms are a bit small”
This hotel is good hotel location is very good all places to visit are very close by its centrally located so many restaurants close by the rooms are ok a bit small breakfast of the hotel is ultimate, hotel should provide cattle in the room for tea n coffee
Great experience ”
We were greeted at the front desk by Michele who was very patient, kind and generous with us. We would come back just to speak with him again. The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to the Prado and the train station. Our room was fantastic. It was a great experience
Nice Hotel near Atocha Station”
It's a very nice hotel close to the Atocha Metro station or Atocha Renfe station. Also close to a lot of tourist spots like Jardin Sabatini and Jardin Real Botanico. A lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel so we had no problem at all. Will stay again if ever I go to Madrid in the future.
As with all business hotels the room was fairly basic but very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and polite but the best thing is the location, close to the city centre, museums and art galleries, had a really nice stay.
Good hotel, best location”
Was a pleasant stay, feel business is like a holiday. The hotel is very strategic in location. Walking distance to the station, metro, and surrounded by many restaurant and cafes. For sightseeing, there are hop on hop off bus stop close by, and the hotel also sell the tickets
Very good location”
Location is next to train station so it is ideal if you plan day trips to Toledo or Seville. Many fast food and good restaurants nearby although the best ones are in Gran Via area. Tried dinner in restaurant but it was somehow below average (the steak was not tender). Staff were very helpful. Room itself was in good condition but problem was with the hardwood floor. A rowdy family stayed one floor up and you could here kids laughing while people kept walking around with their shoes all night long.
Comfortable hotel in great location”
I greatly enjoyed my stay in Madrid as this hotel allowed to visit exhibitions at the two major art galleries. The Prado, Reina Sofia and the Thyssen Museums were all close by. The Madrid Botanical Gardens are next to the Prado Museum. Atocha Station which is your station to go to Toledo and further southern destinations is just down the street. My room was very comfortable: the bed was the best I have had in Spain and the large modern TV with cable channels allowed me to relax after all the walking. The staff was not consistently helpful. The Concierge and staff at the reception desk made you feel welcome. On the other hand, the gentleman serving at the bar in the morning did not seem to care much about us tourists unless you were a young woman - very funny to observe actually. I didn't try the restaurant, but the seasonal menu was very tempting.
Business + Leisure”
We were three adults travelling, so booked a triple room. The extra bed was surprisingly comfortable, unlike some foldable single beds used in some hotels. The location near the Main Train Station, various museums and restaurants/cafes is the key attraction for choosing this hotel. No fault with cleanliness and condition. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Good hotel in general”
The hotel is close to Atocha train station, convenient to some sightseeing places around Madrid for a day trip. Staffs are very kind to provide assistance to all our queries. The room is well maintained and spacious. Overall, we are really satisfied with this hotel and highly recommended.
Very pleasant stay for the money spent”
I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel which is next to the Atocha train station and metro station. Plenty of restaurant nearby including halal food outlets for muslim travelers. The flea market which open every Sunday is within walking distance from the hotel and you can find almost every items at the market.
Nice and Modern Hotel”
The room is big enough, easy to put all the lugages, close with Main train station and Metro station as well, so make us easely to mobile. There is a nice Thai restaurant called Phuket Thai Restaurant, so for asian traveller, we can find rice and nice Thai food there. Just less than 100 m from the Hotel. It would be great if Hotel can give free wifi, like other Husa Hotel di Barcelona
Close to metro and train station. If you like to walk, it’s walkable to plaza mayor, mercado san miguel, Retiro park and shopping st at Gran Via. Becareful at the area of Banco de espana, pickpockets was trying to open my backpack.
