Truly love to stay at Hotel Pastel Beautiful boutique hotel with pastel colors made me feel like home . Greta location close to all activities and all landmarks must see I was attending Paris Fashion Week and my stay was so pleasant and comfortable. Cosy room ”
I have stayed five nights at this hotel. The location is great. I specifically didn’t choose the popular shopping areas like 8/9/10 Arr for safety reasons, however I found this hotel not too far from Champs Elysees or other shopping centres. The hotel made me feel extremely safe in Paris as they asked guests to leave room keys at the reception when left the hotel every time. (I come back to the hotel a few times a day to drop shopping bags and left again to shop) The neighborhood is also very quite and made me feel safe. There’s also a convenience store (Carrefour city) and a fruit store less than a minute away from the hotel. The room does not have hair dryer or a fridge. However you can request hair dryer from the reception, leave your take away food with them, and the reception staff will kindly help you to store the food in the kitchen fridge and reheat when you need to.) cons: the room and the bathroom are way too small, even I’m very petite I found it uncomfortable when taking showers. I would check the availability of bigger rooms of this hotel to stay on my next visit.

The hotel Pastel really was a very pleasant hotel. The rooms were on the small side but nice and bright and very clean. There was the usually tea and coffee in the room, which if you ran out of you could help yourself to more in reception, and a TV with a few English channels inc BBC world news. My wife and i stayed in room 36 for 4 days and found that there was enough storage space, and lots of wall sockets and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. There is a lift that covers all floors inc the basement were you can have breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and at 15 Euro’s breakfast was good value when you consider that you can pay at least 8 Euro’s for just coffee in most places in Paris. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Paris but within a 15 minute walk to The Arc de Triomphe and 20 minute to the Eiffel Tower, and a 3 minute walk to a Metro stop. if you turn right as you walk out of the hotel and go 400 metres there is a small convenience shop for those

This hotel located at a very strategic location. We walked to Eiffel Tower (or can take Metro for one stop away) and Arc de Triomphe (also one metro stop away). Boissière Metro stop is less than 5 minutes walk. Cafe and convenient stall an be easily found around the hotel. This hotel located at a very strategic location. Cafe and convenience store can be easily found around the hotel. Room size is small if compare to hotel in Asia (for the same price) but reasonable for hotel in Europe. The only two things that bothering us was the hotel did not provide hot water boiling facility and heater was off when they think it's not so cold by their standard. Overall, we had a good time due to the strategic local allowing us to move easily among all the tourist spots. If I do visit Paris again, I don't mind going back to the same hotel. I've recommended it to another friend.

We booked this hotel for our 3 night stay in Paris. The initial price was $1800 however we managed to get it down to $1200 due to the hotel offering discounts which was a bonus. Upon arrival the room was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It was around 30sqm which was like a matchbox. The room looked nothing like what was depicted in the advert. I attribute this due to the discounted rate. There was hardly any room to move. Although the linen was clean, we noted that there was a tip of needle and syringe cap in our bathroom bin in what was supposed to be a fresh clean room. The place had minimal amenities. In addition, there were no toothbrushes in the bathroom and no toothpaste. The location is central to the Eiffel Tower etc... For the amount paid. I have stayed at at better Air B&B with more ammenities. I’m not saying this is a bad hotel to stay in. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it

Very clean and friendly staff”
Very clean hotel, freshly painted. Showers and sheets are extremely clean. Carpet could use a shampoo however. Friendly staff. I didn’t find the room to be that small. Shower / bathroom however is quite small. Cushions on bed looked a bit worn, I would recommend removing these, they just took up space on the bed and were hard to store. No breakfast included in the price. I would recommend staying at this hotel the area is very clean and nice. It’s also only a 5-10 minute walk to major attractions.

Good location but the room and the lift are very small. Consider it a good price. Boissière Metro stop is less than 5 minutes walk. Location is just one street behind the main road. If you go across from Boissière Metro, then one street to the right. Very quite but safe. Waling distance to Eiffel Tower (or can take Metro for one stop away), Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysee(also one metro stop away). Cafe and convenient stall just in front of the main road which is very convenient. Room size is very small if compare to hotel but it could be common in Paris. If I visit Paris again, I don't mind go back to the same hotel. I will recommended it to another friend Very helpful and friendly staffs.

Best Location near Eiffel ”
Great hotel, very clean and comfort. The hotel location is superb, 15 minutes walk to Eiffel, 10 minutes walk to Arc de Triomphe, 5 minutes walk to Métro Station, 1 minute walk to Muslim Restaurant, etc. The breakfast is awesome, with local bread from France : Croissants. 4 thumbs up.

Excellent Location!”
The location was amazing! It was only a 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean. The rooms and bathroom were a little small. It was hard to maneuver around with two people and suitcases when trying to get ready in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

Staying @ Hotel Pastel Paris”
Locating the hotel was not very easy. However, the hotel did not dissapoint although, I made the booking initially with expedia. Expedia informed me that the hotel was fully booked. But I manage to get a room with Agoda unfortunately the smallest room available. The hotel is clean and chic and really instagram worthy! However, the walls are very thin and you can hear whatever is going on in the next room!

Accessabilitywise station is nearby though is not on the mail street and the only no so good thing about the hotel is it is a bit on a lonely lane and rooms are quite small.

Location was great”
May be it is French's way of customer service or is this the way they run hospitality business in this place. first time in France and shocked with the way receptions handle our check in, he Didn't even take our passport, just took the paper, handed the key without even look at us.
