My wife stayed here for 1 week, she thought that it is a 4 star hotel, because of the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the facility and the location that is near to the malioboro and the rail station that connects to international airport in just 45 mins. It is strategically located. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that her stay is good by providing extra services including free transport to the rail station in early morning. We are grateful with the staffs, and don't miss this hotel. It feels brand new 4 star instead of 3 star mentioned.

Modern minimalis hotel at Malioboro area”
I'm very impressive with the hospitality of the staff (from bell boy, front office, cleaning service, parking staff) they always greeting us and any other guest with smile and we don't need to worry about the covid protocol. This hotel is near with malioboro st, tugu station, pasar pathuk,pasar kembang (we have to walk approx 10minutes distance to the landmark). This hotel is surrounded by plenty of food stall,minimarket, souvenir shop, so i think you will be worthed if stay in this hotel eventualy. This hotel also have a pool for both adult and kids, 2 fast elevator, spacious parking area, and mini bar, comfy bed and pillows, fast wifi in the room, huge TV,cool AC,plenty water dispenser in every floor, clean towel, fast check in/out. I will defitenetly back to this hotel and recommended to all my friend and family. Thanks Patra hotel for making my holiday in yogya more pleasant and lively.

Need to fix toilet area”
Everything are ok and high recommended for 3 star hotel. The food are various, the room very clean as well as for covid-19 protection with high standard (Important for us in pandemic situation) , but 1 thing need to be fixed and pay attention by the hotel management , there is a lot of stagnant water around the toilet area cause no drain water, it makes us uncomfortable while in the toilet with slip risk. Hope it can be solved and sure we will back in the next visit.

Love this hotel so much. The building is NEW. Interior is great. Good bfast, many foodstalls at the street, very close to Malilboro, live environment, friendly staffs, great cozy bed, indoor pool. And they have connecting room! So great services.
