It was interesting to stay there. A welcoming atmosphere and workers. It was funny try not to step on the nail in parquet :) One thing that I didn't like - there was no good water pressure in rhe bath .. But almost everything was ok - we took it only for sleep at night, not to live there.

Staff are very kind, location is 8/10 all it takes is a 10 min walk to grand boulevard metro and a 10 min journey and youll be in the city centre, rooms are decently sized and 7/10 clean. All in all this is perfect for a cheap stay and perfect for a couple or tourists who just need somewhere cheap to stay near the city.

I will just confirm all the previously written NEGATIVE review! This place is terrible and nothing like it seems in the pictures, I actually guess it must have couple of really "nightmare" rooms and these are the ones who moved all the bad reviews.. floors are uneven, not fixed, missing pieces . Cleaning conditions are not even commentable, there is mold all over the place and nothing works really properly, you need any of the neighbors breathing !! Just don't do that to yourself ..

I sent this massage to Agoda yesterday 30 December 2022 but nobody Anser, “ Greetings,I would like to notify you that I arrived today at my reserved hotel ‘Pavillon Opera Lafeyette’ and I had witnessed a really terrible experience. First of all, the reception staff were very unfriendly and treated us in a very disrespectful manner. Secondly, the room was horrible; since the walls were molded in bricks and covered with plaster causing a terrible odor and I’m very sensitive to this smell causing a breathing problem, the elevator was very primitive which is very risky to take, the toilette was so tiny as you wont be able to close even the door and there was no locker or a wardrobe in the room which made it impossible to open my luggage/things or keep mg belongings safe. Thereby, i don’t believe that this is similar to any of the hotel’s posted pictures or respond to the definition of a 3 star hotel. I’m sending you real pictures taken of my room as a proof. And I would request to cancel my reservation for tomorrow and move me to another hotel in the same area after all the damages witnessed in my horrible experience. Regards, Salim I’m waiting u reply

The carpet(s) in the whole hotel had stains everywhere. Really disgusting. The shower had molds and rust - I didn't shower that night I stayed. The wifi connection was very, very bad. I've never checked out earlier than the actual check-out time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a 3-star hotel - rather 1 star.

UNFORTUNATLY HERE THEY COLLECTED A DEPOSIT AND FINALLY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE. KNOWING THAT YOU WILL NEVER COME BACK TO COLLECT. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL REGRET. ONCE AGAIN THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST AFTER MONEY AND NOT THE SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMERS. THE VERY FIST DAY THE DOOR OF THE LAST ROOM AVAILABLE COULD NOT CLOSE AND THEY REFUSE TO REIMBURSE. A lovely hotel off the main roads therefore nice and quiet also closely located to cadet metro so u can easy get round the city. Room a bit small but bed is comfy and you sleep like a baby. The staff are awesome can’t do to much too assist and make you stay more convenient. Was amazing stay.

A room and bathroom size was quite small but it was okay but after seeing the bathroom, I was a bit shocked because it seemed like they forgot to clean. Several hairs on the shower booth floor and wall, a used soap also left on the basin and a rubbish bin also wasn’t emptied. I couldn’t be bothered to go to the reception so I decided to clean up by my self. The next day, the room and bathroom were cleaned properly. Staff was friendly. Shuttle to the airport is also cheap and convenient. There are lots of nice restaurants near the hotel.
