Walking distance from Sapporo train station, lots of food nearby. Room was clean but small. The double bed is actually a super single. Check out time is 10am but we are allowed to keep my luggage there. Overall a good stay.

Old hotel in an excellent location. The staff have very limited English or the lack of, I was given a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room; all they kept saying is "no change", I had to argue my way through to make them realise their mistakes.

great staff, location, and japanese breakfast”
my only hesitancy in giving all excellent is the bed was a bit hard and you could hear the outside noise from a bar. but wow, 2 blocks from train, close to odori park, most kind and courteous staff, and such delicious Japanese breakfast that changed the two days I was there.

ホテル自体は少し古めでしたが、スタッフの人の気遣いがかなり良いです。「隣のビルの工事の音が出るのでご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。」とホテルには関係無いのに深々と頭わ下げてくれて、細かい気遣いが本当に凄い！

札幌駅に近くて便利。 朝食の種類が結構多い。 部屋の窓がはめ殺しで開かないし透明じゃないので外が見えない。

滞在のための施設はまずまずですが、契約駐車場を利用するので結局は高くつくホテルです。1泊の駐車料金だけで3000円ぐらいになりました。
