Bad hotel with poor service”
Front desk staff is friendly and AC room with less charge compare to other hotels in same area.
Hi, I stayed in this hotel for six days with my wife and a small kid of 3 years.They had given a room wihtout cleaning the floor and it was full of dirt.Paintings on room is broken many places.Bathroom having leaking pipes and tapes.Hot water in bathroom on some days morning only.Room service staff changed the bed sheet only once in these six days.Upon request they had cleaned the room once.Could not see any friendly staff other than the front desk staff and one room service boy.Complimentary break fast also very poor quality and less quantity.Restaurant staff providing the breakfast as it is giving as their mercy.Even room Convenience also very pathetic and not providing enough hangers for clothes.Not even a tray or glass. Complimentary internet access was only working for last two days.After many followup also nobody bothered to rectify that for four days. They are saying as they don't encourage families and encourage only corporates.I and my family was totally disappointed with the stay in this hotel.
