was the best experience”

its a shame we check in at midnight and checkout early morning as the room was great for the value we spent on it! i called the receptionist beforehand to let them know that we'll be arriving around midnight and they really waited for us with a warm smile :) the check in process was hassle free and the quickest in my check in hotel history (prolly both of us are very tired and just wanna go home) definitely a place i'll visit again whenever i needed too catch a plane to Penang Airport. Kudos to hotelier and the staff, love it!

Pros: big space, clean room & bathroom, not crowded, great services, sejadah/qiblat/quran provided, ironing facilities and water heater provided and friendly staff at receipient counter Cons: no wifi at all; already ask the wifi password twice but its not working, staff said will on/off wifi but still not working. not so easy to reach by phone call, shower leaking, liquid soap not enough, hair dryer not provided

Spacious Room & Bypass Peak Hour Traffic Jam”

Location wise really close to industrial area and located in area where you will not face the long traffic jam. Less than 15mins to reach the industrial area. If you have a business-purpose here to access industrial area fast and not for holidaying, it is a recommended place to stay. However the surrounding is bit secluded and calm, also bit far from busy central town. For business stay its an ideal location. Have restaurant downstairs with delicious cuisine. Kitchen staffs were really helpful and considerate, they were able to cater for my needs for herbs infused cuisine because i was bit sick. Really appreciate their kindness. The room was spacious too and quite.

Clean, relatively new”

Location was ideal as I was going to a boat yard and this was 7 minutes walk away. But otherwise, it’s not a tourist destination. It’s close to the airport though. It just has rooms. Restraunt only opens for lunch and dinner. So no breakfast. Room had no windows…but bed was firm. So slept well.

The room was so clean, comfortable and spacious. I was hoping for a view but there no window for it except a window near the door. The breakfast was nice and delicious. Both my parent love it. I was told that the breakfast start on 7 morning. My family really a morning person so we came on time, but the staff still served the food on the table and took pic. I felt bad that we came early and interupt the staff ..

Pan Mutiara”

Pan Mutiara is a nice place to stay if u have ur own transport. the place is quiet and clean. the restorant downstairs has really good food.. staff service is top notch.. only thing im not keen was the noisy air cond and noisy toilet door hinge and parking..
