Perfect except for poor breakfast
Didn't enjoy the breakfast too much since it was grab and go style - just a few croissants, espresso machine, milk. All the rest love the hotel would stay here next time. Rooms are new and clean, hotel is well maintained. Friendly concierge.

Good location and modern room
Not too far from subway station (exit F1) lots of food choices nearby, staff was friendly the concierge always greeted me when exiting and entering. Room is good enough for 2 people looks new and clean

Good location, clean room, nice decor
This is now one of my places to stay in Hongkong, room is small but very well decorated and clean. Everything still looks new, staff was helpful even if we checked in at 3am. Also the free handyphone was helpful!

A Little Disappointed Stay
A couple of the house keeping ladies were pretty rude. The very low quality tissue paper is frustrating to use. There was no room slippers provided . Shower water temperature fluctuate so much it was very annoying. The front desk staff said that nothing could be done about it and it's normal.

No hot water in shower was an issue. I was only there briefly so they didn't have the opportunity to try to fix it. Bathroom lighting was also very gloomy. Otherwise all good

Efficient and Friendly service
Thanks to the speedy reaction of the management staff Jonathan and his team, it made our 5 nights stay here so much more comfortable. Everyone in the hotel tries to remember your names and makes guests feel really welcome. Thanks to Stephen Chow, chief concierge who is exceptionally friendly and helpful in all ways. Standard rooms are really tiny but was gladly given a larger one due to a slight mishap. However, the rooms are super soundproof despite the noisy busy street below. Thanks also for the birthday surprise too which was so personal and would have never happened in a larger hotel!

Good room but very small
Pro: - Hotel provided blower, slippers, robes, toilettries - Short walk to Causeway Bay MTR - Surrounded by tons of restaurants - Awesome shower experience (hot, consistently strong water) - Comfy bed Cons: - Tiny room, 2 people with individual luggage can barely fit - No bar facility to make coffee - Ref was not functioning - Bed bugs - Room lacks light, It is VERY dark especially at night

value for money!
-Great location -Powerful shower, clean and cozy room -Kind staff -Hotel room has free mobile phone which guest can use it for GPS and free local phone call. But the land line was not working properly, it's always busy whenever we needed to contact housekeeping, reception, concierge, etc. while staying. we had to go down to lobby and speak to staff physically. It's a bit annoying. That's the only inconveniences we had.
