perfect location and excellent service”
I had booked this hotel for my business friend who was travelling to Mumbai and Pune to visit our office. Since the return flight was at odd hours (6.30am) check-in at 3.30 am in the morning, we decided to book this hotel. The location is just off western express highway in a residential area ( Vile-Parle) and very easy to find road signs. Since I have stayed in this area in the past, I am aware of this hotel since a few years. Renovated recently with better rooms and better facilities, this hotel is the most economical hotel near the Mumbai International airport since all the other airport near the International airport are 5 star and very very costly. I was also pleasantly surprised that they arranged a taxi drop at 3.30 am & even gave packed sandwiches to my guest at 3.30am which was very surprising,since this was free of charge. Airport is just 5-10 min drive from the hotel. I am definitely pleased with the hotel and it's services. However a word of caution, please don't expect 5 Star service like the nearby hotels, this is a budget hotel for no frill travelers. Some problems which we encountered. 1) Lift had some problems. Our guest had to climb the stairs but just once.

We stayed in this hotel a number of times earlier. Our earlier experiences were good. This time it was otherwise good but first four days we had lot of inconvenience due to nonfunctioning of internet in the entire floor where we were staying. Because of new year holidays expert technician was available only after four days. The management should have alternative plan like separate modems because internet dependence is high now a days. Overall experience is satisfactory. Management should also allow complimentary early check-in if rooms are available because flights come at different times and customers should not be put to inconvenience of waiting a lot or paying high amounts for early check in when rooms are available.

Airport pickup was on time. The staff very helpful and was open after midnight. Room was clean , good furniture but walls were thin and can hear other room's TV. It was good & pleasant one night stay!

Rooms were decently sized, could use a bit more touch ups here and there, but it didn't bother me too much. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but room service menu was slightly pricey, though this can be overlooked! Overall had a pleasant stay!!

Stay if need budget hotel,near to domestic airport”
It was just decent. Only good part is near to domestic airport. Food is just ok and complimentary breakfast is really bad you just need to survive on bread butter n eggs, other dishes poor. Room size very small and not to hygienic. So stay only if you need budget hotel and near to domestic airport. Otherwise avoid it.
