Lovely gem ”

i've stayed in many hotels in nyc and this was by far the best hotel i've stayed at. i got off to a bit of a rocky start when my room wasn't ready when i checked in. i had to wait another 30mins which was irritating when rooms are expected to be ready by 3pm and i had just travelled quite some way to get there. after that hiccup all was smooth sailing. the rooms were gorgeous and extremely comfortable. nyc is such a busy city that its sometimes hard to escape the noise. this hotel made you feel like you weren't even in the city anymore. it's so quite and peaceful. all around a great stay.

Location location location”

This building has been around for decades and it shows in some of the details such as the old elevator, the shallow bathtub, outdated furniture and a rather stodgy ambiance. Nevertheless, it's location is the best and their service is just great. If you're not looking for a state of the art, dernier cri hotel, this hotel is just fine.

Great Uptown Location”

Expensive, but worth it! We all know Manhattan is expensive, and if you have the funds, it's worth spending the extra couple of hundred per night to get into the Plaza.

We enjoyed our stay here and found the location excellent. We were disappointed to be refused entry for breakfast, however, because my husband was wearing a pair of chino shorts and not pants. The bathroom is charming but not practical with a shower over the bath.

das hotel liegt perfekt: 5 minuten vom central park entfernt in einer sehr guten und ruhigen gegend. besser geht es einfach nicht! es ist nicht zu groß und deswegen sehr gemütlich. der service des concierge war das einzigste, was uns nicht gefallen hat: wir hatten mehrfach um hilfe gebeten und haben leider nichts gehört. ansonsten würden wir das hotel immer wieder buchen. der service ist absolute spitze und die ausstattung und sauberkeit sicherlich auch ziemlich weit oben anzusiedeln. einfach buchen!

Albergo in posizione centralissima di fronte all'entrata dello Zoo di Central Park, situato fra le due vie principali dello shopping. Camera ampia e arredata con cura, bagno spazioso con una doccia veramente coinvolgente. Un pò rumoroso il sistema di condizionamento/riscaldamento. Prima colazione, non compresa nel prezzo della camera, un pò cara ma degna di essere provata almeno una volta. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo anche per consigliare/prenotare ristoranti, con gusto e capacità. Business center raccolto ed efficientissimo. In una parola soggiorno davvero incantevole.

Нам нужен был недорогой 4-5* отель на Манхэттене в Верхнем Ист-Сайде. Мы нашли этот отель, благодаря agoda. Отель нас полностью устроил: удобное месторасположение, отличный номер, адекватная цена для выбранного района и отличное качество обслуживания номеров. Также хотелось бы отметить прекрасного менеджера, кажется его звали Альберт. Когда мы заехали случился инцидент, нам не понравился номер, потому что в нем был неприятный запах. Мы попросили Альберта поменять нам номер. Несмотря на некоторые трудности, он сделал это в течение дня, даже распорядился перевезти наши вещи, а номер оказался еще лучше, чем был предыдущий. Огромное спасибо.

Отель не относится к крупным мировым сетям, поэтому делаю скидку на некоторые мелочи, например, дорогой и невкусный ресторан, отсутствие бесплатной воды в номере. Зато, в этом отеле есть масса больших плюсов: очень хорошее расположение, нам нужен был Манхэттен и именно Ист Сайд. Нас устроила цена, она была адекватной для этого района. Больше всего мне понравился персонал: при заселении нам не понравился номер, мы попросили менеджера поменять. Он сделал это в течение дня, предоставил номер гораздо лучше, и распорядился, чтобы наши вещи были перевезены, пока мы гуляли. Огромное спасибо.
