"We stayed at the hotel only one night over new years eye and got fantastic service - especially from Sujan who went above and beyond the call of duty."

Easy location close to transport”
I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were friendly and although they didn't speak much English it was OK as there is a tourist information center at Osaka station near the JR line. I went there a lot to plan my days. If you have a laptop you can plan it yourself cause there is free LAN and WiFi but I liked going to the information center as they always had brochures and maps and coupons :) and they speak English quite well. The hotel plaza osaka is located near Juso station which is only 2 short stops from Osaka and the trains run regularly. Make sure to bring a map of where the hotel is as it can be a little hard to find as its in an alleyway. Luckily we asked a local and had the Japanese translation of the hotel and the hotels address and he walked us there.. it only takes 5 mins walk from Juso station. I had the buffet breakfast almost every day and it was quite good. Good to really fill up on to start the day! I wish the free wifi worked in the buffet room though... it only works in the lobby. The room was reasonable although I think they automatically put you in a smoking room so make sure to say non smoking in your reservation.. but opening the windows every night made it comfortable and not as smelly to sleep.
Plaza Plus”
Japan hotel accom is expensive, so the Plaza is a little dated but the sheets and towels, carpet and bathrooms are immaculately clean the water pressure is excellent and hot! The view from the higher floors back over the Yodo River to Osaka is excellent. The lobby has 3 or 4 free internet pc's and is pretty opulent and neat for a Japan 3 star hotel. Contrary to one of the reviews I red it was quite soundproof in my room on the 16th floor anyhow. Juso is on the other side of the river to Osaka city but it has a great vibe that is more relaxed and less pressure and Juso goes off at night till the early hours the hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Juso Friendly street which is the main mall opposite the railway station.
very nice comfortable hotel”
hotel plaza osaka is a very nice and comfortable hotel. the room is reasonable size with all amenities. small bathroom which is normal for japan. situated in a lovely quiet position in juso , close to restaurants, shopping and clubs. handy to juso station.service is excellent with good tourist info . the room has no security safe but free box at reception.tv limited to japanese with only bbc news in english. pool is expensive to use and western food is not available at the hotel restaurants. i would recommend it as a good place to stay.
Great Location and great rooms!”
One word to sum it up.. its wonderful! Rooms are a bit small but its comfortable and clean! The location of the hotel is great as well, close by to restaurants and shops and more importantly, close to Juso train station. From there its just a stop to Umeda/ Osaka station where you could catch a train/ subway to anywhere you want.
Good Value”
Good value hotel. Large business class room with free wi-fi - located at Hankyu Juso (the main junction station), so it`s convenient for travel anywhere on the Hankyu lines. Clean and quiet room located about 5 mins walk from the station and with plenty of cheap eats in the surrounding area. Staff able to speak basic English. Gym and pool require extra charge. No iron available and no room safe. It`s a "pink area", but extremely tame by Asia standards...I`d have no problem staying here with my daughter, personally. For the price paid it was a great deal.
Lovely Hotel. ”
Lovely hotel 1 stop from main stn. 5 mins walk to Juso Stn. Nice clean room. Comfy bed and pillow. Fast enough wifi. Friendly staff. Got a good price through Agoda and i would recommend this hotel.
Lol. It's 1970”
Typical Japanese hotel room. Clean and small but you've got the mission Browns of yesteryear. Older styled room. It fits in with the trains on the hankyu railway ( closest station 5 mins) juso. This is one station away from Osaka umeda and 2 stations ( 2 trains) from shin Osaka.
No”
if we have chance to go back osaka, we would like to stay this hotel again. we found is close to station and very easy to find the food. we have a surprise, when we enter our double bed is really big room, and the room can see view very nice and the price is reasonable for room.
good value for room”
The hotel is 2 station from Umeda station and we have to tranfer there to the hotel that cause us to take times to do that for finding the right station. from juso station to the hotel have a lot of take away food and discount store that gave us very covenient on our back to the hotel. on first day we get to the hotel by taxi it is good to have hotel address even in english for the cab to know where we want to go.
Value for Money, Comfortable Clean hotel”
Nice and comfortable stay. Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, but needs to learn more English, so they can assist the English speaking guests better. The rooms are a bit small, but nice and clean, specially the toilet. The hotel should provide not only, tea but also coffee. In our next trip to Osaka, we will choose this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.
Good sized room”
The Plaza Hotel Osaka is good value as long as you are prepared to accept the fact that it is in or adjacent to the red light district. I had no problem with this as I was there on business and not really hanging out there at night. Juso station gets you connected and the taxi to / from Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations (Shinkansen) is only about 10 mins and 1 - 1,500 Yen
Excellent”
The staffs are extremely polite and kind, they always gave me a friendly smile no matter under what circumstance. I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Plaza Osaka, definitely will come back if I travel to Osaka in the future.

Excellent Hotel”
We arrived at this hotel in the middle of a rain downpour. Plastic bags were available for wet umbrellas. Staff were very helpful and efficient in allocating the room. The hotel was luxurious and very clean. We enjoyed a view over the river to Osaka. Breakfast was a full buffet and had a wide variety to choose from.
Pretty decent location, Big Room”
quite a distance from umeda / osaka station if you are carrying alot of luggage, otherwise it is a decent 10-15 mins walk from juso station, lots of food and colourful nightlife in juso. friendly staff.
excellent quality and good value for money”
hotel is in a good location, close to a train station that is only one stop from Osaka station. The hotel was always clean and is well presented. The staff are friendly and helpful and can speak enough english to help those that forget the Japanese
Nice hotel ”
I've been there for 4 days. Hotel is located close to Juso station. Unfortunately it's not a subway station, so I had to buy additional tickets. There are shops and some bars close to hotel. Internet is for free and you can print some pages for free too. I definately recommend this hotel
So comportable traffic connection around the Osaka”
This Hotel has very good position for the tourist that wants look around Osaka city. (Kyoto, Nara, Kobe etc.) Subway system is very good, and nearly the hotel. But, it seems to be some more careful room management for the Non-smoker.
Great location, Value for money”
It is one stop away from the main Osaka area. Quite a walk from the train station about 10 mins. The hotel room is great and the staff are really friendly.
Reasonable”
Good sized rooms for Japan, Juso is well known for it's "entertainment district" but it never bothered me in any way. For getting around there is a station not too far away and from there you can link to the metro, it is close to Osaka and Shin-Osaka (10 minuteor so cab ride).
Adequate”
The hotel met our basic need of shelter, and we did manage to get laundry done, but only because we were patient and waited in the sweltering laundry room for a washer to open up. (There are only 3.) Sleep was a problem because there is no soundproofing, but there were plenty of noisy children. The Juso area is entertaining (if drunks at night don't scare you), and there is a station nearby (not JR). Fixtures were old, and the staff were not bad but not outstanding, either. All in all, there are lots of better hotels in Osaka, but there are probably lots of worse ones, too.
