Estupendo!”
Superb hotel! The staff are fantastic - very helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful - very clean and comfortable. We originally booked for 2 nights but kept extending our stay and this was never any problem. We arrived late to the hotel on Easter Sunday after a flight from Australia and we're checked in in less than a minute! Great room service too with a good choice of snacks and meals. Fast complimentary wifi and use of 2 computers downstairs (equipped with Skype). The cleaning staff are absolutely wonderful as are the staff at reception - all very efficient and welcoming. This was a fantastic welcome to Mexico for us and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough. An additional bonus is the check-out at 1pm as standard. Great location, peaceful hotel and surroundings and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Muchas gracias to all the staff at Hotel Plaza Revolucion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

Nice location&nice stuff& super clean room. 1more”
If you describe the stay there, it's quite nice and clean. I loved how reception people are nice and room cleaning people are nice too. They all work with smile. That's what I really liked. One more I liked he most is bathroom. In Mexico there are so many cheap hotel whose bathroom is quite dirty. But this hotel is super new. Beside that, they clean quite well. I would love to stay here one more time when I visit. Just only two things. The room doesn't have fridge or microwave. So I asked the reception person to make a cup noodle because I was craving it. They were super nice that tell me "okay that lady in restaurant can make it for you!" With smile. Then the lady was super unhappy that she had to make a cup noddle. Her face was "why I have to do this thing. It's not my job." Because everyone else was with smile and super nice attitude, her hateful attitude was quite obvious and really disliked her customer service. Before I came in to the restaurant, there weren't anyone in restaurant, she was just watching TV sitting down the table. So I don't understand her attitude. This hotel is 4 stars hotel if they educate her more for better customer service. Just two thing. Her attitude to customer and there is no fridge or microwave in the room. Management people, please improve this two point. I'll love to stay in your hotel again. It was actually quite good for this price. Thank you for your service!!

Nice hotel in a good location but ...”
Plaza Revolucion is a very nice hotel located on a quite street next to the busy Reforma street and around 500 meters away from the Hidalgo metro station. The hotel is nice and very clear and the staff are friendly but the reason I gave this hotel 6/10 is that they don't have heating inside the rooms, the rooms were extremely cold at night, and when I called the reception they told me that they are still installing the heating system and they offered me extra blankets! Another thing is that their internet connection is hit and miss and is not available in all rooms, in the first room they gave us (216) I had to stand next to the door all the time to use the internet, and when I asked for another room, they transferred us to room number 1 on the ground floor. The internet was better but it was quite noisy. Also, their beds are a little short, I am 1.83 cm (6 ft) tall and my feet were always hanging outside the bed. Other than that, the location is very good, the staff are friendly and honest and the rooms are very clean.

Great Hotel, Great Location for Turism”
Great Hotel, Great Location for Turism, if its your first time in Mexico, it will be better if you take the Tour Bus at Monumento la Revolución next to some bikes for renting. It will take you to almost all "Must seen" Places around Mexico DF

Great location & very clean. ”
We were pleased with our booking with this hotel, it's located on the edge of the main town square, where everything is buzzing and too touristy. Near the monument of revolution and metro station, hence the name of the hotel. Hotel Ramada is closed by as well, but there were transsexual hookers to each corner of the blocks nearby. We didn't feel they bothered us & it was entertaining to see how many implants to they have had. The hotel rooms are very clean and seems like a new hotel. When we booked through Agoda, the payment was listed in USD to be paid directly to the hotel, but when we arrived we got told to pay x amount in MXN. We had a confusion on how the total amount was based, but all cleared after emailing Agoda. would suggest Agoda to list out the total amount payable, rather than just listing out % fees on top of the room charge in USD dollars and trying to work out the exchange rate set by the hotel.

Great central location to explore Mexico City.”
The hotel is a short walk from the metro station so we arrived easily direct from the bus station. Nearby there are many interesting and diverse areas to visit within walking distance. Though not far from the red light district we had no problems and felt safe walking through town even after dark. The hotel is not luxurious, but is adequate for a short stay. We stayed 3 nights.

Clean and modern hotel”
Very happy with the stay and cleanliness of the room. Room is new and very modern. Staff are friendly - they don't speak perfect English but communication isn't much of a problem. I do have some gripes with the Wi-Fi and the hot water though. The Wi-Fi signal isn't very strong in my room and connection keeps dropping. Hot water pressure also becomes very weak - close to non-existent during peak shower time in the evening. Other than that the room was very comfortable and clean - which is the most important!

Excellant value and Location ”
Stayed for 5 days. Walking distance to most of the major attractions. Breakfast is not included and it was low quality. There are many cafes around and had a delicious egg sandwich from street food nearby. Extremely nice and helpful staff . Special thanks to Edgar. Highly recommended !!

Cozy hotel”
It's located close to transport and near the main streets. My only issue is it is noisy due to a bar across the street and poor sound insulation
