Great Hotel in Central Naples.”
We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Poker for two nights. It is a 5 minute walk from Train Station & Bus Station. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Staff were terrific and very friendly. We would stay here again if ever back in Naples.

Reasonable accommodation”
it has private bathroom and toilet which is difficult to be found in other similar price accommodation. Has warm water. provide towers and breakfast which has a vup of latte, mango juice and creamy croissan one each dilibering to the doorstep. has local TV chennel, ot has air conditional as well. Yhe location is situated to very confortable to access to the main train station. easy to go to airport or pompei trip. However, the staffs and the owner is not available to communicatr in English, but only Italian. But still theu are kind. The facility is not bed not great that one of windo lock was cracked that i couldnt completely close it. good for just one or two days trip for single traveller or with friends. The wifi is not very fast but functioning well. (the given PW words contains capital letters but its only small letters and numbers). my gf is flexible girl that could accept there for two nights, but normal gfs might not like there. The surrounding at night seems not safe with street drunkers.

La ubicación perfecta,trenes,bus y metros en la misma zona a 5min.Habíamos leído que la zona es peligrosa pero para nada,tiene vigilancia y es tranquila.El hotel es sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para un buena estancia,camas cómodas ,calefacción y ducha.Personal muy agradable,nos toco una habitación grande y con terraza vista a la plaza garibaldi

Direkt am Hauptbahnhof und dementsprechend Tag und Nacht laut, Schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich. Duschvorhang und Badwand schmutzig. Allgemein nicht sehr sauber, aber jeden Tag neues Bettbezug und saubere Handtücher. Personal nett und behilflich. Frühstück war gut. Zu bekommen sind Brötchen, Butter, Croissants, Käsescheiben, Joghurt, Kornflakes, Kuchen, Säfte und natürlich Kaffee. Für kurze Aufenthalte ohne große Erwartungen vom Hotel ist es akzeptabel.

Ho pagato in anticipo e non mi hanno dato la camera”
Ho fatto la mia prenotazione pagando anticipatamente e quando sono arrivato hanno detto che erano pieni e non era arrivata la prenotazione nonostante su Agoda risultava confermata. Non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso o soluzione alternativa. Hotel da denuncia

По факту получили не то, что бронировали! Комната страшная и без ремонта. Кондиционер не работал, дверь на балкон плотно не закрывалась поэтому ночью было холодно. Санузел просто ужасный! В бронирование входил wifi и завтрак, а по факту wifi отсутствовал и завтрака не было! Выселение указано до 12:30, а нас выгнали из номера около 11 часов. В коридоре постоянно курили рабочие, воняло в номере! Персонал вообще не говорит на английском языке!
