Okay for one night to just sleep on a budget”
Dingy and dark room, bathroom could be cleaner, but very cheap and okay to lay your head for a single night on a very tight budget. I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night though (unless your other option is staying in dorms - that’s the kind of tight budget I’m talking about).

החדר היה עם עובש על אחד הקירות וריח של שתן שהגיע מפעם לפעם. מהמקלחת חזרתי עם פטריות ברגליים. המיקום סה"כ טוב, אבל התחזוקה נמוכה. לא ממליץ בחום.
