Decent stay with Hotel Precia, car park available at 700 Yen per day, it was not difficult to locate the hotel with the help of GPS, streets were dark in the neighborhood and no shopping in the vicinity, have to drive to kokusai dori which is about 5-10 mins drive away. Free amenities available, free welcome drink and water dispenser. Room was spacious for the price and generally clean. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Overall great stay. Keep it up.

The hotel with 4 beds were huge. Very spacious for my toddler to run around. The shower and tub area were huge too! Staffs were very friendly and helpful ( especially the 2 younger men) with suggestions for places to visit. Worth trying the hotel breakfast, simple local fare and yet delicious. Complimentary beverages ( including sake) were provided daily from 3-9pm. Such nice gesture. If you opt for no Housekeeping, in return for a box of local cookies. Clean towels and rubbish will be cleared daily. Hotel is a bit far from Shopping belt but it’s near the shrine and taxi cost S$15 to Naha International Airport which is about 10-15 mins drive. Can walk to the shave ice shop which is abt 5 mins walk.

Interesting local hotel”
Would be difficult to locate if not because of gps, as the hotel is in a housing neighborhood. Booked a 3-bedded but was given 4 beds. Good sized room and big size bathroom. Hotel even provide bath salt for the big bath tub. Breakfast was simple but hearty. Only wish they do not charge 700Yen for parking since most hotels in Okinawa provides complimentary parking.

Overall is clean, quiet and good service, the staff explain so detail and polite. The hotel is near by the restaurant and family mart, walk to monorail around 15mins. The size of 2 people room is quite enough space. The bed is as big as I think. There are three areas with bathroom, sink and toilet. So glad that can dry my clothes in the bathroom with the dryer system . The bathroom and toilet have already had a door. The suggestion is to remove the middle area of sink door which is a bit inconvenient and useless. overall is really nice and cheap price, I will choose it next time too.

staffs were super friendly, they are always willing to give you a hand. we arrived about 2 hours earlier but they kindly helped us with unscheduled early check-in. By the way, there is a parking fee of 700yen per night. Rooms were clean, with bathtub and large bathroom (compared to any other hotels in japan). beds are a little bit hard but it didn't really bother me, plus there are two types of the pillow so I guess you can pick one as you like. If you are to walk to kokusai street you'll have to walk for quite a while, it didn't really bother me but maybe if you are not willing to, take a cab or just drive. +one of the staffs speaks spanish -it was hard to lock the door

Overall the hotel is quite nice big room big bathroom. Only thing I will recommend is to install anti slippery pad on bathroom floor. The floor is quite slipper , might cause potential injuries to customers

The map code on GPS was not quite accurate, We circled around the neighborhood then finally found it. Huge parking spaces, lots of parking lots, ¥700 per day and you can go in and out anytime without paying extra money. The door of room is not that steady, when wind blew, it made the door moved and click sound happened, we had to use tissue to make it steady... The shower room is pretty big even the bath tub is in the great size. All in all, the hotel is nice and a good place to stay.

The hotel has all the little things you need. Comfortable enough. Best thing in my experience is the staff. Being a foreigner in Japan, it's really a big plus that they spoke great English. They were very friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough good things!

Almost all amenities you need provided except shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste so be sure to bring your own. Very spacious room making a comfort and relaxing stay as well as a separated toilet from a large bathroom. Without a car your journey to/from the hotel could be tiresome. Staffs are of good English and very helpful. Free welcome drink and drinking water, and a microwave are available at the lobby.

If you dont care about location, this is a good hotel with large room at a low price. Located quite far from the train station so will take some time to walk. If you have large baggage, it is not advisable to walk down.

Spacious room but the room rate for weekend is almost double compared to a Villa quest house that I have stayed in weekday and it’s less than 100 metre away. Good thing about this hotel is that at the lounge, they offer free flow of coffee/ tea including Sake before 8 pm. Reception staff speaks excellent English

as we are travelling with an infant, we are especially appreciative of the space to let our son run around. we manage to find free parking near kokusai dori (near tourist information center) otherwise its a pretty long walk to the dori.

comfy room with a very spacey bathroom. the washing machine at laundromat comes with detergent already, very convenient. 1 min walking distant to a Family convenient store. parking charged 700 per night.
