Top location ..near Paris CDG airport, take RER B ( train ) for 4 euros and stop at Parc d Exposition , 2 mns walk to hotel, small rooms but convenient, clean, secured, staff very polite , small washroom n toilet but its fine, we dont stay in long toilet. Paris centre is near by train RER B ranging to zone . PARC D EXPOSITION IS Zone 4. Convenient and practical for wise n frequent travellers, stayed 11 days, we love this hotel. AEROVILLE shopping is by bus ...all attractions by RER!.

- Small room , rude réceptionist, extra charges when it was already paid so check the City tax , elec in the room that zaps, + polite femmes des chambres ..and security. Location not bad near train station but fare expensive as outside of Paris zone. Go somewhere better for a few euros.

I booked a double room. Got a room with twin beds.. The floor was super dirty and there were ants all over my room. No staff available. Room keys are picked up and left at the neighbor hotel. Would not recommend.

The hotel is few minutes walk to the Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte - very convenient for people want to attend the show. It is also near the Gare du Parc des Expositions, very easy to go to and from airport. Room has beautiful view to the garden outside. However the room is small and the bathroom is very tiny too. There are few restaurants nearby, not many option to choose. If you come early or late in the day, you need to go to the reception desk of their sister hotel next door (5 meters)

It is also very close to the Gare du Parc des Expositions, super easy to come/arrive to the airport and anywhere in Paris. The room has beautiful view to the garden outside. However the room is small and its bathroom is very tiny. You have few restaurants nearby to choose, not many options. If you come early or late in the day you need to process to reception desk at their sister hotel next door (5 meters).

Reading the recent reviews I was really scared. My room was on the fifth floor. Clean. Didn’t smell like cigarettes. It was kind of hot but opening the window helps if you’re not a light sleeper. The bathroom is tiny indeed but I don’t mind that part, the most important side is the cleanliness to me. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about the breakfast. Yes it’s mainly bread but it’s France, what do you expect ? Rice? Good value for its price. Good staff. Definitely a good choice if you’re on a business trip or solo traveler! Hope my review helped.

we stayed at this hotel just for 1 night as our flight arrived late in the day already and we did not want to spend more money in booking a hotel inside Paris. We took the RER B to the Expositions station and nobody there knew where the hotel was. You have to check-in in the hotel next door. The room was clean enough. What we didnt expect was how tiny the bathroom was! it was not even a room! it was like bathrooms inside cruise ships. i could barely turn around properly in the shower.

hotel was 3-5 min walk train station. hotel room are clean and safe. staff are not as friendly. for the value, it is ok. But for those who needs to go into city center offen, do think of this hotel again as it is in zone 4, all places of interest is in zone 1 to 3. train ticket are not very cheap if get zone 1-5.so good planning are needed.

All the six of us who occupied 3 rooms agreed that we have picked the right hotel. It is close to the airport and the train station is a very short distance away with regular train service both to the airport and the city. It is affordable, convenient and comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to travelers.

Far from town”
Unless it's for visiting the Parc des Expos, there's no reason to use this hotel for visiting Paris. Nor is it convenient as a layover at CDG.
