Front Desk People .....just excellent!”

overall good service, especially the people at reception desk...always ready to assist and advise when asked to do so. spacious and clean room, but due for a revamp. triple room should have included 1 double bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. we had to medium sized beds which was large for one person but small for two!. tv malfunctioning and shower too. otherwise for the price paid we got good value. good breakfast spread.

Very clean and comfortable, easy walk to the shops”

When my friend and I was checking out, I was going to get charged for use of garage, but the Receptionist he could not speak much English, my friend could speak a little Italian and she managed to tell him we have used a garage. That's was the only mishap we had. Otherwise the hotel was superb.

The room was nice. Big enough, clean and silent. Just a lit bit far frojm the main station, but you can walk. The reception staff were kind, breakfast was also good.

Unremarkable. Room was connected to another. Thin walls, could hear every conversation within three or four rooms. Noisy hallways. Rooms do no look like those pictured in brochure or your website. Gated parking for 10 Euros per night. Hotel caters to large tourist groups and causes masses of people in the lobby to get in the way of everything.

Everything is good, except for sound insulation”

The hotel has been recently renovated and meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. However, the hotel's major drawback is extremely poor sound insulation. Avoid the rooms facing the street, because right next to the hotel there is a "Manhattan Café" that makes extreme noise until one o'clock after midnight. It is simply incomprehensible to me that such a thing is possible. The hotel windows provide very poor sound protection (several times I thought they were open). Also, in the bathroom you can hear guests from the next room (bathroom).

Hôtel à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles du point de vue du personnel et des services à disposition. Néanmoins, la structure mériterait une modernisation, notamment en ce qui concerne la climatisation et la robinetterie! Hôtel à recommander, surtout pour sa situation géographique!

posizionato in centro ma in una via tranquilla. Parcheggi disponibili e servizi tutti vicini. Foyer ampio con tanti divani e poltrone a disposizione. Anche la camera extra large con bagno comodo.

Gradevole ma con sorprese...”

Gradevole ma con sorprese! Il personale è gentilissimo (anche troppo), però all'arrivo abbiamo avuto la prima sorpresa: non c'era un posto auto nel loro garage disponibile (ed era stato uno dei motivi per cui l'avevo scelto), è pur vero comunque che fuori posti se ne trovano sia a pagamento sia free. La seconda sorpresa (molto fastidiosa) è stato lo scarico del bagno: RUMOROSISSIMO! Tanto che di notte mia moglie si peritava di tirare l'acqua per non svegliare me ed i vicini di camera; in effetti per un hotel 4 stelle, sebbene con acquisto via internet, un disagio del genere non te lo aspetteresti mai. La cena, una proposta con una formula economica, è stata davvero ottima: degno di nota sia il cibo che la gentilezza e disponibilità del Maître che vorremmo ringraziare pubblicamente. Se rimediassero al fastidio del bagno: ottimo!

Siamo stati molto bene al Hotel President. Lo staff è molto cortese. Un punto negativo - le camere sono un pò malandate. Regolare la temperatura del acqua è un impresa ardua.

l'hotel si è rivelato un'ottima scelta e sicuramente con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere in perfetto stile anni 70, ma molto ben conservate, sono molto ma molto grandi. l'aria condizionata (gelida anche al minimo) è regolabile personalmente. i bagni potrebbero essere ristrutturati perchè mostrano i segni del tempo, ma sono grandi e ricchi di "regali". il personale è gentile e la colazione è super: abbondante, con una grandissima varietà di cibi salati e dolci e con yogurt e torte fatti in casa. la zona è tranquilla e molto ben collegata. si trova molto vicino al centro storico, giusto 5 minuti a piedi. considerando i prezzi estivi il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo.
