Close to Gare du lyon”

Very modern spacious clean room. We are family with young kids, too bad , we stayed only for 1 night because we need to catch our train to Milano. The room has everything you need. Nice matras, cleaned, fridge, water cooker , wifi, USB stick connectors, shampoo, handwash ,enough towels. I am giving 5star for this small hotel.

Exceptional”

The room is quite small but we expected that for hotel room in Paris. The room is well equipped with all amenities we needed. Bus station nearby with only few minutes walk. There are self service laundry nearby but not the one on the same street, that laverie is not for public. Choices for breakfast is limited but taste good.

Hotel's staff not tell truth”

We reserved hotel the Prince Albert Lyon Bercy for three nights for 2 adults and 2 kids but we have lots of problem with hotel’s staff. First, we booked a room with 2 beds and fully paid. When we wanted to checked in the guy told me we don’t have any room with 2 beds but they advertised as 2 beds room and our reservation was room with 2 beds!! and gave us 2 separates room and was so tribble and we paid tax for additional room!! In addition, the guy told us we have breakfast on our reservation but on check out they told us you have to pay for breakfast separately!! Hotel was clean and the location not bad but DON’T TRUST THE STAFF!

Ok, but very rude crew”

The hotel is ok for the price and it’s clean. It seems to have been renovated recently. But the crew is very unhelpful and unrespectful. Checkin is at 14hs and we arrived on time, but the lady at the counter aggressively told us that we had to wait 2 hours for our room. Also, although she had a badge that she speaks many languages, she spoke to us only French, giving us a very hard time. She was always showing to be upset because we didn’t understand her. I won’t ever come back to this place unless the staff is renewed.

No Air-conditioning/ No Electric fan”

It was a very uncomfortable stay. It was 29-30 C in the 3 nights we’ve stayed in this hotel. I was literally sleeping with my own sweat. I feel like I’ve booked a Sauna bath not hotel room.. There Lobby is fully air-conditioned but the personnel told us the hotel rooms air-conditioning are not working. For a Hotel Chain this is very disappointing & discouraging to book their other hotels. You should have a foresight to provide a remedy like a small Electric fan at least to compensate for your shortcomings and have the decency to inform your clients of the hotel room unpleasant situation. Having said that, in my personal opinion, its not worthy to be tagged 3 Star hotel. Sorry for being honest. But I hope this will improve your services for the money people that paid you in advance.

Value for money ”

This is a good hotel in Paris. Clean and well laid out and with the facilities you would expect from a hotel in this category. The Gare de Lyon area is not city centre but it is easy enough to get to the main sights by underground. Breakfast is a bit richer than the average French one with coffee and croissant. Good English spoken.

Good room for Best price!”

Paris is expensive! But this hotel is cheap! And good! The room was small, the street was a bit noisy with drunks and some cars (although it's a small street), and we were on the 2nd floor where the A.C. doesn't work (so they told us -although there was an a.c. in the room, but no remote control or way to turn it on) so the room was a bit stuffy when we closed the windows against the noise… but the location is 2 steps from the main train station and amazing Sunday markets, the breakfast is superb and all you can eat, the room was clean and warm, the private bathroom small but great and all we needed, and the price… the price… with prices like these, we will return to Paris again and again… and to this hotel!

Not Impressed”

A very small hotel, with only a single visible member of staff, though he seemed very nice. The staircase must be related to a ladder, a design to try to make the most of the limited floor area. The en-suite room was clean but with nothing except for basic furniture and a small TV. The lift was small, the corridors were condensed and there was only space for a small public lounge at the reception area. We did not visit the basement breakfast area.

Un barrio con muchos bares, pastelerías y supermercados, hotel muy limpio y cómodo y desayuno muy bien, a unos minutos a pie de la estación de tren Gare de Lyon. Repetiría sin duda. Taxi al Louvre 13€ desde el hotel

el desayuno es terrible solo pan, deberian ser mas internacionales, porque reciben huespedes de todo el mundo. queda cerca de una estacion pero no hay nada de interes cerca

Fin de semana completo”

Llegamos al hotel cerca de las 16h y nos encontramos con el recepcionista, como es debido. Nos entrega la llave de la habitación de forma natural y subimos a la habitación. Allí descansamos después de un largo día de paseos y caminatas por París que empezó a las 8h de la mañana. En la habitación mi novia y yo descansamos un rato y luego nos disponemos a canviar nuestra imagen para ir al concierto de un grupo de Punk-Rock del que somos incondicionales y al que hemos venido a ver actuar en directo en París. Nos vamos al concierto hacia las 18h y al pasar de nuevo por la recepción del hotel la cara del recepcionista cambia por completo al ver nuestra imagen... Por qué será? (Basada en hechos reales el día 4 de Octubre de 2009).

Très bon séjour ”

Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans une chambre calme et propre, proche gare Lyon et métro. Le chauffage marche très bien, l'eau chaude aussi. Les WC sont séparés. La literie est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est très bon dans une jolie petite salle voûtée et la dame qui s'en occupe est adorable. Je reviendrai automatiquement et avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Paris.
